Can you stay open until at least 7 one or two days a week?? Some people work and the store is piled up and messy it takes a long time to look at what’s available. Also, get a few air fresheners, train on how customer service should actually be performed, and rather than hand written signs everywhere perhaps type them.If the people who work here put a little more effort into this store, it could be really amazing and would definitely bring in more money to help the animals. Also, keep in mind there are vendor booths around the store, so that’s not actually thrifting, that’s consignment which means prices are going to be higher than the thrift items .

I loved this place! Great variety and an even more impressive bargain! They had a bag sale for $5.99. Anything you can fit in a grocery bag. She said I was only half full so I shopped more! I went home with 3 pairs of slacks, 5 shirts, 2 sweaters, a purse, bag, leather computer bag and a wallet ...all for under $20! Staff/volunteers were very laid back and friendly. It is a small place but non-profit and work the time and money!

This place is always so kind. I love donating good stuff here that I know people will buy because every dollar helps those little fellas to live the most normal life they possibly can after being ripped away from their homes and placed into a strange place to wait...wait...wait...they say 54 days is a year in a dogs life. Imagine waiting somewhere for 1 year of your life. Would you at least want some delicious food? A comfy bed? Something to entertain you? The staff at Humane Societys wish they could provide it all, but they can't without the help of their community. So if you can't donate money, that's alright...but save a trip to Goodwill, and give your items to a place where the money goes to a place that's worthwhile. Not into the pockets of a corporate billionaire who claims to help people, but doesn't.

This is probably one of my favorite thrift stores for non-clothing items. They have clothing, and some of it is in decent condition, but a lot is fairly worn out. The housewares and crafts are amazing, so are the books. And definitely the most fair pricing around, as far as I've seen.

Sign says thrift store, and the items looked like thrift store items but barely saw anything that wasn't consignment and ridiculously priced. $20 for a toddler shirt is insane. (No, it wasn't miss marked)Never going back there.

I have been here at least 3 times and have always found some great bargains. If I lived close by, I would be here more often. You never know what you'll find, and I love that the money they make benefit the Humane Society of Auburn. The employees are always helpful and super nice.

Discovered this place recently, have driven by tons of times! So many treasures. Some at retail but most at a discount. Found an amazing framed (41x41) print for $8 for my Birthday tomorrow! ♥️♥️♥️♥️Interesting collectables and some fun stuff. The staff is really nice and friendly. The lady working today helped me load the heavy print into my car!

Although the selection of clothing may seem smaller than other thrift stores at first, definitely give this place a thorough look through because the majority of clothing items they have are high quality and at MUCH better prices when compared to goodwill. Additionally, this store's proceeds go directly to a great cause.

Waited in line while the cashier spent her time chatting with someone who cut in front of us and who wasn't purchasing anything. A second worker also ignored us while we were standing with our purchases. After finally getting to the counter, we were not greeted, only rudely ignored some more and given an annoyed sneer from the previous cashier. Left our products and simply walked out. Don't know why she displayed such a distasteful attitude to a few girls who did nothing to her. Definitely don't recommend.

I enjoy going here for all types of things, anything from office supplies to vases to pet care, knick knacks and Books!! Been shopping here since I moved to Auburn 5+ years ago and I can't complain one bit. I've saved many dollars by stopping in and checking here for items first before going to a retail store.. oh and they often have a cart out front discounted items for only $0.25! Literally can't buy from any other place now a days for less that a dollar

A great store with excellent staff and a good selection of items. The dealer items are a bit more expensive but it's okay for most things knowing the profit goes to the shelter. For the donated items it's really great prices and worth regular visits as there something new every week.Feel great about spending money with them and knowing the volunteer staff are better than paid staff in most stores. If your looking to donate they're a great charity and it isn't for someone's profit like value village or goodwill where they take good items and sell them on eBay instead of to the public. This thrift store it a much better way to go.

This place is not only a hidden gem for finding awesome clothes and treasures for next to nothing, but also serve our furry, four-legged friends as well! What could be better? Oh! I know! Add excellent customer service along with a temperature check for safety at the door and you get this awesome little store! Visit them to support them!

That aside, the prices are exceptionally high. They also mark items from Ross and Marshall's as "antiques" and mark up the value to several times the initial cost.Hostile signs threatening prosecution are also plastered all over the store (on almost every shelf/aisle). I get it; we all hate thieves, but this is simple an anti-social, cynical approach. On my most recently visit, I was kicked out because I refused to buy an "adequate" mask from the store for a one-year-old. They say they're following "CDC Guidelines" which is an outright lie according to the CDC website. Absolutely bonkers.

Whenever my kid and I start to look in the toy section, one of the associates ALWAYS come to pick up any fallen toys she finds on the floor as if to say "you guys better not make mess in here!!" It happens all the time, and I find it quite annoying and not so friendly. Just please stop following us, okay? We are not thieves for crying out loud. In fact, you guys are the ones who took my kids' $60 bike that we parked outside and put a $3 sticker and moved inside the store along with our $5 helmet which they put $7 sticker on. That's stealing if you ask me. Other than that, the prices are great if on sale. If not, they overprice so much. Most of all, I hate their customer service. They treat you like a thief if you are not dressed in a fancy dress.

Great places to find lots of bargains and support a great cause too. Whether you are buying for yourself or to resell online you will find some awesome scores. Watch their Facebook page for daily specials and once a month all thrift store items (non vendor) are 50% off. I got 2 great pair of Born clogs the other day for less than $5 as shoes were 75% off!

This place treats my dog Cairo like a king even went out of their way to give him a free bed and that means a lot because we're homeless

Selection is a hodgepodge like any thrift store. We scored a pair of high end baby gates for super cheap, and an otherwise hard to find toy from the 1970s that my kid’s physical therapist used. I love my cats and I love thrift stores so this place was pretty awesome to hang out in while getting my car serviced across the road.

Good deals can be had here! They seem to care more about selling items for good prices than Goodwill or Value Village. Plus, the purchases you make go towards the humane society of Auburn!

Very cool trinkets, almost everything is locked up so if you don't like talking to people this isn't the store for you- also you can buy a buttplug

Just called and asked about large dog crates- I would have brought my pup with me but he's still getting use to other dogs. I wish I could remember who I talked to on the phone (it was a lady). She got out her measuring tape and checked the crates for size for me! And then she told me she looks forward to meeting us some day! Great customer service... will totally go visit when Thor gets a little more training.

I was a 16 year customer. Went to the store on Friday April 17th. Wanted to purchase two Ken Griffey Jr jerseys. Made an offer. Clerk said she would get ahold of the vendor and would put the jerseys aside for me. I called later in the day and the clerk said that they hadn’t heard back from the vendor yet. I gave the clerk my name and number. Come The next day, I still hadn’t received a call back. My wife and I decided to purchase the jerseys at full price. So, prior to going to a live Mariners game on Sunday, I drove to the store to purchase. First I was told that the vendor didn’t call back. I responded and said I was ready to purchase. Then they couldn’t find the jerseys. When questioned, they then said that the vendor had shown up, took one of the jerseys and the other one was sold. I was promised that they would hold them and was also promised phone calls about the offers. My wife and I were very excited to have these jerseys for the game. Unfortunately for the store, they have lost a long time customer. We had purchased many jerseys (from the same vendor) over the years as well as dog crates, toys, bikes, collectibles etc. It was one of my go to spots in Auburn for my pets, children and grandchildren. I will never step a foot in that store again. Unfortunately, it will be the pets that hurt the most from our donations.John CAuburn, Wa

I have shopped here monthly in the past. I planned on buying several clothes. Gentleman was allowed into the dressing room. When I was ready to try clothes on, Sales Associate said they do not have a dressing room. I will never be back due to them allowing only who they choose to use the dressing room. I felt discrimination and humiliated. I will donate directly to humane society from now on.

I absolutely loved the Humane Society thrift store in Auburn. There was so many different unique and cool things to look at and buy I didn't want to leave! I'm going to be going back today because I didn't have enough time to really look through everything they have a lot of unique things and there are certain people that rent spaces and sell their own products they have a lot of great purses clothes and all kinds of unique finds for amazing prices and I love that 30% of each purchase goes to the Humane Society you should definitely check it out it looks small when you go in but it is packed with all kinds of amazing things I promise you'll love it and the stuff in it and the prices! I ended up leaving with a beautiful leather pink purse which pink is my favorite color and it's not a cheap purse it's very nicely made and is not fake leather and I absolutely love it I also purchased a beautiful ring and it's usually very hard for me to find rings anywhere because I have really big fingers but the lady that owned a little section I was in looking at things had several different sizes and had one that I loved that fit me at a really good price I also got a great pair of shorts for my son and a wonderful vintage quilt with all hand done work it's absolutely beautiful and I'm thrilled with my purchases I can't wait to go again so take it from me I love thrift stores and it's rare that you find one like this it's a gem so go in and see them everybody was so friendly I met a couple of the women who owned or rented spaces in there that sold their own things like the woman that was selling the purses and she gave me a discount on the purse just because she was a sweetheart and the lady that sold me the ring and the quilt was also very helpful and we talked about Antiques and things that interested us and it was a really great experience seriously go in and check this place out and you'll also get the warm feeling of knowing that you're also really helping all the fur babies out there!

It's an interesting thrift store because the perimeter has vendor booths, and those items are not priced like a thrift store. So you get an interesting mix.

Low prices even for as thrift store. Alright items great friendly staff. Ridiculous that they need security and constantly get ripped off. I love shopping here because most the money goes straight to supporting animals.

The items priced by AV are fairly priced...sometimes even better than fair. Items priced by individual vendors are ok, sometimes overpriced but AV doesn't control that. I always find a few treasures to take home plus it's a great way to help puppies : )

Great place. Nice staff. Good reusable items get donated here. Prices are modest and proceeds go to animals care. Best thrift store around!

I was asked by a volunteer never to bring my little three year old boy back to the store again. Reminded that they are volunteers and don't get paid to be there and clean up messes. Counter lady was impatient and rude when I asked to view some jewelry items.

I just went in to look at crates and was greeted by all 3 employees at the counter, and when one walked past me they said hello as well. Very friendly service which is rare these days
