Recently new to this area and tried this clinic for two of my dogs. I was able to get in quickly which was great and unexpected. Staff is very kind and you can tell they really care about their patients and clients. They called to check in on my dog multiple times after being seen for kidney issues that they helped us with. We brought our dog Winnie here starting in 2023. We liked the staff and had a good experience until we had an appointment scheduled in December 2023 where we no showed because we never received a phone call or email reminder. When the person called me to ask if I was still coming (25 minutes late into the appointment as it was) I told her I assumed they would have given me a call to remind me I had the appointment. I got several excuses like "well back several years ago we didn't do that" and I had to remind her my appointment was not several years ago and asked what the policy was at the time and then when she said it was something they did but only if we had an email on file (which we did). She was going to check with the office manager to see if it never sent to us (I am happy to confirm it never did and told her at the time it never did) and to have the office manager call me if they had concerns or questions but we were responsible for paying the no show fee unless it's waived. Never heard back and assumed they had taken responsibility for their mistake. We moved out of state (which they were aware of) and shockingly, Jackie called us withholding our dog's heart guard prescription medication until we pay this no show fee. Is that really a business you want to have your pet go to? Seems pretty low to 1) not even have the courtesy to say we made a mistake and because our policy is to remind folks 24 hours in advance we will waive your no show fee 2) be unwilling to provide a prescription for a thing that is necessary for our dog's health and a service we have already paid for. Thank you Jackie and your team for being cowards and unprofessional providers.

We have been taking our cat here for six years and took our dog here for a few years before she passed. The vet and staff are compassionate and friendly and truly care about animals! We wouldn’t want to take our pets anywhere else!

Got in very quickly for a first time vet appt. Everyone was amazing I can't say enough good things about them. My pup was having seizures and I was a very worried mommy and they took the time to explain everything to me and reassure my anxiety. My girl was very well taken care of

Went there before we moved to TN! Dr Beechy Here’s my babies in TN! You may recognize Crystal she’s the last picture up. She left us 14 years ago. But we’ll be with her again too. Love our vet, recently our big doggie passed away and the whole office signed and wrote loving messages of care and support on a beautiful card and mailed it to us. I am thrilled with the vet, always caring and thoughtful and our other 2 pups just love the whole staff. They are always clean and friendly and they care.

Not being able to go in with the vet and my rescue pup is tough since they don’t allow you to accompany your pets during the visit. The clinic remains operating as if Covid is still rampant. However, the staff is nice and knowledgeable.

So I been looking for a good place where the compassion for the health and well-being of it patients is the most & first priority Dr. Beachy is an excellent doctor has really love & compassion for it patients & it work so thank you so much doctor for that great first impression had made a big difference & has giving a peace of mind that my fur babies are in great hands so for any one looking for a great veterinary I really recommend Auburn Valley Animal Clinic.

Very clean, professional building. The staff and vet were very kind and seemed to really care for the animals. Pricing has been reasonable so far and they will be our regular clinic going forward. Only standard visits like exams and shots have been had here. I can't speak on emergencies or major medical visits.

Couldn’t have chose a better vet for my puppy to go to! My dog has been a patient here for over 3 months now and the customer service is extraordinary! Mercedes is the sweetest and always so helpful when it comes to questions and concerns regarding my dog. The doctor has a strong sense of humor and always so kind. They have great prices, and great care. Definitely recommend.

If you want just a super fast check up this place is probably fine for you but not as a permanent vet choice. This is my first puppy and I went there with a handful of questions for raising her. I was given very short exasperated answers. My puppy also didn't receive some things that I was later told are normally part of a routine check up. They probably have so many animals in and out that they feel they don't have the time of day for everyone. Maybe the office ladies don't get treated very well and they carry it down onto their patrons? Whatever the reason I would rather find a vet who takes the time for me and my pup while we are present and spending WAY to much on vet fees 🙂

They have been generally nice to my 4 Dobermans over the years. I did have a semi-emergency several years ago but they would not see my dog. Said they were too busy. I had to find another vet fairly urgently. That experience was not what I expected as a longtime customer.

They were so thorough and informative, I was very impressed. They were great with my cats too, and just very lovely, down-to-earth people. It does have a family-like feel almost with how in to the cats they all were and how much time they spent answering questions and providing guidance. Money very well spent☺ Should have a five star rating or higher (and read the recent reviews! )

This clinic is AMAZING!!! The staff took their time explaining everything with us about our dog and they were open to answer any questions we had. Our dog REALLY needed to have his teeth taken out and we had an appointment near the end of this month, but the staff knew how important it was to get them taken out. The staff called us twice to try to reschedule because they had openings in their schedule. We got in him 2 days after they saw him. It meant alot to us that they took the time to help us get him in to an earlier appointment. Our dogs teeth were REALLY bad and they knew the urgency of needing them removed. I would definitely recommend this animal clinic. I will absolutely be taking my dog here in the future 😊

Really like Dr. Meeker and his staff. I took my 16+ dog in. He took a lot of time deciding what to do. He tried prolonging her life without pain. He knew I wasn't ready to let go yet. If I had another pet I take them to him. He is very compassionate.

We took our four cats here for regular checkups and de worming. They had great covid protocol and we're shockingly affordable. The staff are super friendly and happily answer any questions. We're happy to have found our local vet! We'll definitely be back.

I used to like this place. I scheduled a visit for my grandpa's dog and I left my phone at work so I couldn't call when I went to my appt. And the lady there Jacky got on me about not calling before going there right in front of her customers. I would of called but I didn't have my phone. I asked for her nails to be clipped and she said that's a extra charge like I don't know that. Then she went in the back and I heard her whispering that I didn't call. I couldn't hear what else she said. But they charged me for the nail clip. I really don't think they clipped them because I've been clipping her nails for 10 years and they weren't clipped. And I was charged. If I were you I would suggest to go in the back with your pet (family) because I have a feeling they are saying they are saying they are clipping or doing whatever and not doing it then they charge you for it. But I used tothis place but like I said they are not don't so well. I will be looking for another vet to bring my nuisances because that really is disappointing how they treated me. But please make sure you see them do what they are charging you for.

I recently moved to Auburn from out of state and was very worried about finding a vet here that I could feel comfortable with. I first went to another vet. He was nice but didn't talk to my cat and I had to wait until the next day for test results. When I talked to him, he didn't discuss what the possible reason's could be for the drastic change in my cat's T4 blood level (she has thyroid disease and has been on medication for years). He changed her prescription and told me to have her blood level tested again in 2 weeks.When it was time to take her back in, I wanted to find someone I felt more comfortable with; someone who would explain everything and discuss the treatment options with me. I got an appointment at Auburn Valley Animal Clinic and am very happy I found them.Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. The nurse/vet tech spoke with me for quite a while: she was very thorough and very easy to talk to. Then I met the doctor and I think he's wonderful. He asked lots of questions and we talked about possible causes and treatments before he even looked at my cat. He was very good with her and I could tell she liked him.He re-ran the blood work and we had the results in less than 15 minutes. Then we talked about the medication. He was concerned that I didn't have to give her too much at once and even called the apothecary I use to have the dose increased so she could take a smaller amount.I can't say enough about the people here.........I liked them all very much. It is obvious that they love animals and want to help them. They talk to the animals just as I would expect them to and explain everything thoroughly. I will definitely be bringing my other pets to them and will recommend them to anyone!

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Beachy for over 25 years. I really like the man and his humor (although I'm sure that it is an acquired taste). I also know that for quite a long time he did work for those that couldn't afford it. He is my vet. I don't "shop" prices for these services. If I'm paying a little more (and I'm not sure that I am) to enable him to help those less fortunate than I, I'm okay with that. That is the kind of person that I want taking care of my animals. For everything that I have had him do for my furry family, I've been pleased with the results (even when we've had to say goodbye). The staff is terrific and always ready to help.Thanks for more than a quarter century of tending to my family.

Brought 5mo old puppy. Staff very efficient &Covid conscious, good protocols in place. They answered all questions about spay procedure. All concerns addressed, very helpful! So happy to have a furever Vet!You may find less $$, but not expensive! GREAT STAFF&informative Vet, new to us, so far highly reccomend!
