I needed fencing for our field and decided to try TS. Ordered everything online, communication was great, and pickup was a breeze. When I arrived, the girl at the register greeted me and another asked if I needed help. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The two that assisted me in the yard were amazing and loaded everything by forklift and brute strength. Great work ethic you two! Ask for a raise:)Not sure what all the lower reviews are about, but my experience was great.Thank you for making my large purchase, easy.

I usually don’t give low scores on businesses. I understand that everybody has bad days but when you are the one working at the register directly face-to-face with clients at least say hello, thank you, a forced grin… something! But eye rolls and attitude?!? that’s a no go for me! Go home if you hate your job or people that much.2 thumbs down! 👎 👎

This review is specific to the Marysville location. We are VERY disappointed with the customer service we received with a return. The cashier was disrespectful and rude. We purchased an item online that was faulty. We attempted to have it repaired and it was not possible. Frankly, repairing a brand new item was more effort than we should be expected to make but we hoped it was something small and easily corrected. It wasn’t. We were offered the option to return it in store despite it being an online purchase. Thanks only to the manager for getting the return processed while listening to a know it all cashier who was neither helpful or accurate. Not likely to purchase online again.

Called asking about inner tubes on a small tire size 15x6.00-6 nothing complicated. Called twice when first time they hung up when I set the size. The second time they hung up when I said I called about inner tubes.

Probably by far the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I went in to purchase a smoker for a Christmas gift, the website just said there was 1 available, there were at least 5 employees at the front chatting with each other, we asked someone that wasn't doing anything where the smokers where and instead of looking for us or showing us where to look she flippantly says they are back by the BBQ and then turned away, where the heck are the BBQ's, found the area, no smoker available and no one willing to assist. Went to the Tractor Supply in Monroe, product was there and much better customer service.

Prices going up so much isn't great. Plus things tend to run out randomly. Workers are great and they do have allot of farming supplies.

There's a lack of communication amongst their employees and lack of transparency with their customers. I bought some horse mats, and the cashier mentioned that someone was going to help me, GREAT. What she failed to mention was I needed to drive around the building for someone to assist me after she saw me waiting by said horsemats for 10+ minutes. Finally a male employee came out to assist me and said "we've been waiting for you", and I replied well looks like we've both been waiting. He apologized for the miscommunication which wasn't his fault whatsoever. It's just wild to me that some people just don't know how to complete a job from beginning to end.

I'm neutral on this business because I haven't been in the store yet. I did notice that the people were just flowing in and out of the place. If I were to guess that the selling was a good thing for the store. It was very popular for customers who shopped there, and it looked like they were pretty busy for that time of day. I am going to get a look inside some time soon.

This is a great store. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they had more than I expected for products. Great home decor too, for a chicken enthusiast. One guy was actually on his break outside when he started up a conversation with me about a chicken coop I was interested in, and he spent probably 10 minutes or so just answering questions. I really appreciated it. The lady working the checkout was very helpful as well. I'll definitely go back here.

I got 4 T posts and a 8ft x 50in handy panel. I was having hard time to fit these in my SUV. Scotty went way above and beyond to make arrangements so I can carry those in my SUV. He cut and bended the handy panel as well as safely tightened these in my car so I can have a safe drive home. I had truly amazing experience with Tractor Supply, especially Scotty

WOOOW.......Watch out when CHECKING OUT AND PAYING WITH your CARD there's a FFA donation fee If you're NOT paying attention when tapping your card your finger might mistakenly......hit the button that says to donate, which happened to me. Went back inside to ask for a refund, Tina The assistant manager super rude rolls her eyes and says you must have hit the button to donate I explained to her that I didn't She stood there arguing with me. I asked for a manager above her, a very NICE gentleman came up with no issues at all and refunded me.

Low quality farm supplies. We call their gate manufacturer, Behlin Country, “Failin’ Country” due to their product’s poor quality welds, thin metal, and short life span. We have found this to be true across the line of Tractor Supply merchandise.On the farm we have had to learn to weld in order to make quality gates, and we are now looking into 3d printing our own insulators. You can’t buy quality here. Even their galvanized electric wire rusts after a couple years.

I had been told before in Oct my birthday month that I would have gotten 10% off, but they didn't tell me until after I had bought my stuff. They said no problem that I could use it next as long as I spent 50dollars.We had to go back and buy more feed and it came over the 50dollars and I told them that I would like to use the 10% off because they said I could use it next time. The kid at the register didn't know what I was talking about so I left and since there was a line. I was a little upset. So we will probably go to the co op next time.

Placed an order and chose the "pick up at store" option. I love that option because I don't have to pay for postage and it's just a hop, skip, and a jump to pick up my order. They had my order precisely how I wanted it. The problem was having to wait at the customer service desk for over 20 minutes before finally giving up and getting someone from the front registers to help me. But after that everything went pretty smooth.

As a store, it’s an amazing place. It’s a regular stop for me, especially since it’s right next to Lowes. I gave this place 3 stars due to a service they advertise but have not been able to provide for the last 2 months minimum. That service is the PetVet clinic. The vet has called out for far too long. The wife and I call every Saturday including today. I inquired if they were planning on finding a different vet, in which they replied no. I think they should stop advertising it as a regular Saturday service. Maybe advertise it as a limited service or don’t advertise it at all. A lot of people depend on that service.

BE CAREFUL MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON PRODUCT REVIEWS FOR ITEMS IN THIS STORE. REVIEWS ARE BLOCKED WITH NO RECOURSE.I submitted a review of a product. The next day I received an e-mail with the subject line "Your review has been moderated." It went on to say, " It cannot be published to the website, but... Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" That was literally all it said, other than including a copy of my review.It did not say how the review fails to meet all the website guidelines. I have looked through the website and cannot find guidelines for writing reviews. I searched through FAQs, used their search feature, and looked through their site as thoroughly as possible.There was a button to click in the e-mail I was sent that says "Edit your review." I clicked that button, expecting that it would take me back to my review so that I could edit it, having to guess what was unacceptable. Instead it took me back to the page for the product that I reviewed. After about 20-30 seconds a window popped up in the center of the page with a giant X, then the statement "You already submitted a review. Thanks!"VERY FRUSTRATING!! I don't appreciate being run in circles. I have submitted reviews for other companies, and occasionally I've gotten an e-mail saying that my review cannot be accepted. However, every time that has happened I've been told why it could not be published, and given an opportunity to edit my review. This company has done neither.

Good name brands at decent prices. The employees are always helpful and courteous. Does seem to be understaffed sometimes at the registers. When that happens though the cashier's try to kick it into high gear while remaining courteous and helpful.

This store is a joke and so are the people that work there. Unprofessional and a women helping my husband that works there was way over the line in the inappropriate comments. We will shop at Coastal from this point on. This is a small community and people talk. No one wants to send their husband in for feed to deal with that and no Woman wants to come in and deal with a disrespectful woman that does that as well. It has been an ongoing issue. I hope someone files a law suit 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I was able to call and speak with a person and find out everything I needed to know before driving to the store...And then once I got there~10 minutes before closing timeI was immediately greeted and helped with what I needed. This was all done without any type of rudeness or pressure to hurry up and get out of the store.It was my first time in the storebut will definitely be back!!!Wonderful customer care 🙂Thank you💜🦋💚

Good store, nice and organized, well kept and friendly staff. Wish they had some better pet food brands, was kinda let down by the poor selection, other stores similar to TSC carry more premium brands, but they are not a feed store so I can't complain too loud. Overall a decent experience.

We come here for the 4health grain free cat food that was recommended to us. Excellent pricing and exclusive to the TSC. I wish it was available online, it is to order and pickup in store but not for home delivery (which I'd be willing to pay for). Customer service here is as friendly and efficient as at their Kent location we've also been to. Recommended.

Disrespectful staff today. Wish you could leave more than one review since you can have more than one bad experience. Worst store manager ever. Running out of propane constantly simply means you can not count or plan ahead. Same with long lines at the register while employees talk about life while walking around instead of helping out. NO excuse for this. Lost sales are lost revenue.

Went late towards closing and young personnel followed us around and once warned they would be closing soon. Keep following us the stated they were closed while my cart was half full I was just wanting one more item. Well I skipped the item due to the pressure from the employees and they reluctantly rang up my things.Like the store but didn't see the sense of pressuring shoppers to be done when the car reflected a decent purchase size and I'm a returning fequent shopper there. So 4 stars.

Website said they had 20 lb propane tanks available (I wanted a spare). Nope. Glad I didn't order it online for pickup!They also couldn't fill the tank I brought with me because there was something wrong with the (internal) threads. Interesting, since it would only have been the third time filling it, and both previous fills (the first being when I bought the tank from them) where done there. Guy said it was "weird" because it happened 3 times in the last few days, but "nothing is wrong with the nozzle". Riiiight.Silver lining: went to a place otwh that I thought did tank exchanges to pick up a spare, but it turns out they do refills, and use an externally threaded nozzle. Same ppg, and 9 miles close to home. So, thanks (?) TSC! 😆

Burlington Tractor Supply closed at 6 today due to lack of employees. Was there at 5:55 but employee was physically blocking the door and would not let me in. Very belligerent.
