Clean, friendly. Organized. As a person with sensitive sensory needs, coming to a store so well maintained, and organized is a wonderful experience. I also appreciate that their frozen and refrigerated sections less noisy than other stores I've been to recently. I highly recommend this Safeway! đ

a large shop with a large parking lot stocked with a great quantity of all products and a great variety. you can buy alcohol, frozen food, sweets and bread. the staff is very nice and ready to help, which makes shopping time more pleasant. the prices in this store are reasonable and keep the national average. I will return to this store with pleasure and you will shop again. The big addition to this place is the coffee shop. (Starbucks Coffee) which, however, is rarely open at odd times. I hope someday I'll be able to catch up on the opening hours of this cafe. it is a very large range of wines and many different types of spirits. there are also many yoghurts and other Food products. There is also a pharmacy at the back of the shop, where a very nice and helpful lady works. all people interested in make-up and taking care of their skin can choose products of good quality and average price. Compared to the cost of some mascaras and foundations, the prices here are much lower. the only downside of this place is the temperature which is very low in places - I recommend bringing a sweatshirt with you!!!!!! it was great thank you â¤ď¸â¤ď¸đđđ

This is a standard grocery store with the selection youâd expect. The prices are completely outrageous though. My cart with a few items (pictured) rang up to $90. Iâve paid more for less in the past. This chain is shamelessly gouging its customers, and itâs despicable. Also of note: it took over ten minutes for me to get half a pound of roast beef and half a pound of cheddar cheese from the deli, despite three employees being present and the absence of a line. Aside from the long waits and prices, this is a very run of the mill American grocery that is not remarkable in any way.

The nastiest grocery store bathroom I have ever encountered. My 4 year old had to use the restroom while grocery shopping, take her to the restroom to find a very dim, blue light bathroom. Graffiti and nasty words all over the walls. Disgusting toilet and sink. Soap dispenser that doesnât work.This is a real shame Safeway. I should be able to comfortably take my child to the restroom while grocery shopping.

Edit: I found her name on our receipt and the disrespectful womanâs name was Kim. ( should be fired for trying to follow me to my car). We came here the other day, my husband forgot his wallet in the car and went to get it. No one behind us in line wasnât busy behind us, the cashier had such a tone. During waiting for my husband to find his wallet I said how is your day? Super snobby goes fine and super snappy says so do you have an ID or what and if she cleaned out her ears when my husband said heâd be right back with his wallet and maybe if she learned customer service and how to be a civilized human at her age (how embarrassing) she could have had a nice conversation while we waited. Then after I let he elbow that I thought she was rude and this woman has the audacity to lean over and say what did I do in the snobbiest tone and I walked away. The best part of it was this work of art followed me to the car and proceeded to stare at me. So not only was she rude but followed to what? To continue to be ignorant? Will not shop here and definitely canât believe they have employees like that customer facing, big yikes.

The Over Night/Early morning staff here is very rude, negative and condescending God help u if you are looking for them to be helpful.They lack proper customer service skills an proper training. I would drive to the one on Olympic to avoid this place. Not to mention the Meth Monkeys, Fentanyl Ferrets and Percocet Possums that are constantly camping out front begging harassing customers

This store has the worst customer service. They are supposed to close at midnight. Inarrived at 11:48pm & the employee looked at me & shut and locked the doors without a single word. Then 2 other people show up and people are coming out so we try to go in & the guy wouldn't let us. Stating they were closed at 11:50. I called & spoke to the manager Ryan who was the employee at the door and he said oh well that's our policy. Then the closing time shouldn't be midnight. Also if there's that many people wanting only 1 item, let them in. It's not that hard to do your job.

So the inside of the store has gotten a make over, but what about the outside? The outside parking lot looks like a garbage dump. Not only that but my husband and I come outside from shopping and a guy in his car was shooting up. Not only that the guy had his poor dog in the backseat.So sad we donât have another grocery store closer to home.

Doughnuts were absolutely rank, like they were made two days ago. One bite and in the trash. đI'm guessing this is one of 'those' Safeways where the bakery manager is perpetually redating old product. I know this goes on in the company as my other half used to work in a Safeway bakery where this happened.

The Smokey Point location charged us $10.00 to fill a balloon that was BROUGHT IN by US!! THAT is UNBELIEVABLE! $10 bucks to fill 1 SINGLE balloon with helium!!! You should be completely ASHAMED!!!

Great location, but the parking lot is TERRIBLE!After 9pm, the left entrance is CLOSED for the night.Decent selection of SEAHAWKS gear. Good deli, hot food, Chinese, wing bar, olive bar, take and bake pizza, butcher and seafood counter.Good selection of organic fruits and vegetables too.Lots of precut veggies and fruits for those who don't want to cut up the traditional veggies you'll find for skewers, pot roast, etc.

A pretty standard Safeway. Nice selection. Decent layout. The rewards programs for .10$ off per gallon of gas per 100$ of groceries is quite nice. You can get up to a dollar off a gallon by banking the gas rewards.I would rate 4 stars but the last few times I have tried drive up and go there has been some heavy delays. Then they had an issue with the phone number and I had to come in and get assistance to get the groceries. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating with my kids with me.All and all if they clean up the phone issue and get the drive up and go working smoothly an easy return to 4 stars in my book.

The absolute filthiest grocery store bathroom Iâve ever been in. The womanâs was shut with CAUTION TAPE. This is the mens bathroom. ImagineâŚ. The people who serve your food and cut the deli meat here was their hands in this room. I almost vomited.

I have recently moved to the Smokey Point area, just over the bridge from this Safeway which made it a perfect choice for it's location. The employees here have welcomed me with kindness and understanding as I am an avid coupon finder and at times this makes grocery shopping at times very timely and even difficult if it were not for the assistance I've been provided here at this Safeway! So besides customer service and the endless access to my grocery needs it's offered me all my household essentials among other needed items making me feel the need to give a "âââââ" Review and my full support in what this business has been able to bring to my community!

I drink their signature waters and it's so hard trying to grab some when they have them on the top shelf.. I can't climb the shelves and it's impossible to ask an employee for help. Wish they would make it easier to grab for all.

Poor check out clerk in self check out. Did not ask if needed more help constantly walked away when I need further help to check out items that were freeLarge woman employee tried at check out could do it and after while it worked. Only finished after difficulty. On plus side did not charge me for cat food or cat temptations. Otherwise poor treatment.

Came into the store to use the coinstar machine, after receiving my ticket I went to the cashier and waited in line. Having no items on the belt and being next in line, Christine began to scan the items for the customer behind me. Before she began scanning I said âoh wait-â and explained that the groceries were not mine but she had already begun. She then met me with a big ole sigh of frustration like I did something wrong. She then continued to sigh as she scanned my ticket and voided the item she scanned. Once she scanned my coinstar ticket, she then looked at the little kiosk where you put your card in like a prompt was going to come up. The kiosk then showed âhow likely are you to recommend safeway to a friendâ as Christine was reaching across the counter I quickly pressed âskipâ. She then looks me in the eyes and says âwhy would you do that? You weren't even going to use it so why did you do that?â And follows it up with another sigh. I personally was confused. Was she going to give herself a 10 for her performance on my behalf? Sure I wasn't even going to use the little kiosk but when you are met with consistent sighs and an attitude that you did something wrong, why then should I let you farm the 10/10 review. Needless to say Christine was having a bad day and before I left I said âI hope your day gets betterâ the experience is 0/10 but this is the closest safeway to me so I will be back. I hope to see you in the future with a better attitude Christine. :) (just incase there is multiple Christineâs, its the one with short hair and on the older side.)

They need to work on some of their pies and get the moldy ones off the table. Okay managers you got to pay attention, seriously expiration dates are in place for a reason, nobody wants to eat moldy food unless they're trying to fight some viral infection and you can get penicillin from your doctor. thank you. Other than the occasional moldy bakery stuff and sometimes the chicken patties not recently though, good job.

I was super about 6 months ago after having to pay $3,500 in emergency car repairs left me completely broke until payday. I was super embarrassed but I desperately needed gas and a few bucks in my wallet so I reluctantly headed to Safeway to return $45 in cleaning and laundry supplies I'd purchased the week before. The gal behind the customer service counter was incredibly understanding after I explained my situation. I could tell that she initially pegged me for someone trying to scam the store, possibly using a random receipt I'd found the stealing the items to return for cash. But I offered my phone number with matched my receipt. I can understand her jaded opinion of people trying to return random things like I did. I am an addict, in recovery. And I know all too well that the word "addict" carries an extremely negative, untrustworthy and grimy visualization. But I appreciated that she was so understanding of my situation and was willing to do a little extra for me after explaing that she was only alllewed to return $10 worth of merchandise, with or without a receipt. But she ended up doing it regardless, and 6 months later, I am still so grateful for her help. I walked into Safeway that day feeling scared and super embarrassed to return stuff I'd just bought, like 7 different items! Haha. Thank you, Ms. Customer Service on that day âĄ

04-21-23 @ 1:30pm. Absolutely Disgusting bathroom! Bathroom checklist inside door was dated 4-8-23 as last cleaning date (see pic attached). Transient/homeless clothing left in corner (pants & wadded up socks) trash full, spit wads on ceiling, horrible lighting, used plastic utensils on floor, graffiti all over etc...if this store can't do the basic routine cleaning of their bathroom...what else are they slacking on? AND to the owner, I read your previous comments regarding the same complaints from months ago so save your "standard customer service B.S verbiage " AND just fix the issue! Absolutely rude, tried to buy a visa gift card and they wanted to see 2 forms of ID because of âtheftâ issues theyâve been supposedly having. I wasnât going to go all the way to my car to get 2 forms of ID. Iâve worked for Safeway for 10 years I KNOW thatâs not policy and Iâve bought visa gift cards multiple times, you should really get your employees to do the discriminatory training again, donât assume people are stealing.
