These folks are awesome! We had a beef processed here and it was a great experience. Very good communication. Quality cutting. Overall great experience. Our beef was very friendly and when I got there to drop off she was a little scared to get out on the slab as she was a pasture cow. These fine folks let us take our time getting her unloaded. We had to move locations to a spot she was more comfortable with. If you’re in need of processing these fine folks are top notch and my family highly recommends them!

I have used their services several times now and continue to be impressed with the quality of their work and the high standards they hold themselves to. The facility is exceptionally clean and everything I have taken home has stored beautifully. Even the boxes they send home are well thought out. The total weight going home and sheets detailing exactly what was packed are helpful and accurate. I have recommended them to others and look forward to using their services again.

After having multiple animals processed by other local processing facilities, I finally found a shop that exceeded all my expectations! In the past year, we have had a set of 2 pigs and 1/2 of a beef done by North Fork. Finding a business that is ethical in their processing is hard to find. North Fork ensures that the animal you give them is the animal you get back. Only one strand of DNA in your ground beef! I have found that other facilities wrap jobs leave my meat freezer burnt after 3 months, but North Fork’s double layer of plastic has kept my meat in same the condition I picked it up in—even after 6 months! Both times we have used them, it was seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service and they cart your meat to your car IN BOXES, something that other places don’t. Raising our own meat or buying from a local farmer is super important to my family and we will continue to use North Fork every time for processing.

We are very happy with the packing of our meat. The cut list was followed and we received all of our beef in these wonderful, sturdy boxes that we could reuse! It was a nice, thoughtful touch. I cannot wait to do more processing with you guys! Thank you so much!!!

took a steer to be processed there back in april,was told he would hang for 2 weeks. got a message a week later he was cut up and ready for pickup . was a young cow,grain free should have been the best beef. IT was awful!!!! very tough,nasty meat and packaged horribly! when you took a pack out of the freezer it'd leak blood everywhere! they should've let him hang the full time. what a waste of a good cow and money. I'd never recommend them to anyone. can't believe their still in business

I have been delighted with my beef raised by Nerland and cut/wrapped by North Fork. Absolutely delicious! I highly encourage anyone to bring their beef to North Fork!
