After searching through two big box stores and one very large tile store we became frustrated with finding a tile that met our vision for a fireplace upgrade project. We visited Flooring Connections and were surprised at how broad their selection was. We also found the owners to be extremely helpful even though the tile portion of our project was relatively small.

I've DIYed the carpet in a 250sqft bedroom and installed a 500sqft heated porcelain tile floor thanks to Flooring Connections. For both of these projects, FC was the best cost I found. Casey, Pam, and everyone there went above and beyond to help me understand the pros, cons, and gotchas of the materials and shared their experiences. They even helped when the unexpected came up on both projects, especially with regards to talking to the manufacturer. In contrast, pretty much all of the other flooring suppliers tried unsuccessfully to overprice me or condescend me into hiring them for install. Of all the suppliers I've dealt with sourcing materials for construction projects, this Flooring Connections is the only supplier I actually enjoyed working with.

This outfit is an absolute delight to work with. The owner communicates updates on flooring status and install status on a regular basis, so you know where you're at every step of the way. The install crew did a fantastic job, were always on time, and met my time crunch for moving day.I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking for flooring in the area.

We recently had Flooring connections do the tile work for a master bath remodel. Casey and Becky were very helpful in assisting us with tile selection and Casey went out of his way to make sure all products were on hand at the time of the project. Seth is a perfectionist and did a fantastic job of installing the tile. We found the pricing to be competitive and are thrilled with the results. Hello people, I would like to give this store a 5 star rating. Casey our sales person was amazing today. These days personal service is unusual. It's always "what do you want or need" the end. Casey took his time and gave us all the information we needed and even though he didn't have one of the items we needed to complete our project he led us straight to the store we could find it. He explained in detail everything necessary for us. I find that simply fabulous! Next time you need flooring of any kind go see Casey. They have recently expanded this location so it's much bigger than the last time we were there. Thanks Casey!Cheers!

I went to a few different hardwood stores looking for a smaller piece of foam for my stairs, when my dog was a pup he got a little chew happy! I was turned away and wasn’t given any ideas on where to look! I took a chance and popped into floor connections to see if I could just buy a small piece and they just gave it to me for free! 😭 when you take pride in your home little projects like this are important! And when it comes time to replace my flooring I’ll know where I’ll be coming! And Becky was so wonderful! Great family owned business!
