I get orders from here all the time. Great workers, great deals all the time. The pull up option is great if I don’t feel like going in. Was sad to see the low review online, so wanted to say I Love this wallgreens!

Generally satisfied with the staff when I am able to locate one. Mixed experiences with the pharmacy. My wife and I scheduled appointments for flue and covid shots. We waited for more than 40 minutes before a somber, minimally responsive pharmacist appeared.. He barely spoke with us.He apparently assumed we were able to read his mind for directions. We assumed he was finished then left. It was a surreal experience.

The pharmacist named Jonny, who used to work here, is amazing. He always takes care of you, makes you feel heard, and is exceptionally good looking. Five stars just for him.

Not a bad Walgreens but the prices were a bit steep, like everything in the area. They didn’t have the Febreze I was looking for and their candy aisle was almost completely empty. There was a long line but they started paging staff and the line started moving quickly. They did have the fingernail clippers I was looking for and like I said before the line started moving rather quickly. The store was clean and the staff were friendly.

If you’re getting flu shots and have children DO NOT GO while the “pharmacy manager” Tim is working. The rest of the staff was great but while trying to get my children their shots Tim couldn’t handle even one moment of crying. He left the first time saying he needed a moment. I understood. Then left us in the room for way too long. He then came back and tried to make us leave. Asking why we don’t we try the pediatrician. (they sent us to Walgreens!!)He tried to gather himself together to try one more time and while doing so he tried to guilt my children and I by saying “There are other people here waiting for their shots.” he said “I can’t handle this.” , “This is too much” , “sorry, I can’t do this.”We left with only myself having gotten the flu shot. And everyone in tears.I’ve never felt so humiliated in my 6 years of parenting so far. Children cry when getting shots. You hold them, get it done and give out lollipops. Not my first rodeo giving shots to all three of my kids. For a man who has been at Walgreens for so long I would think if he couldn’t handle children that he would have someone who could step in for him.

Edited: The staff in the store and the pharmacy are lovely, but managed to "lose" and not email me my COVID-19 results (which I need to return to work due to an exposure). After doing the automatic prompts on the phone and speaking to 2 very apathetic Walgreens team members, I got transferred to the "lab" to get my results, only to be transfered to a random utility company.We've been in a pandemic for over 2 years. Honestly, it's irresponsible to lose critical patient information when employers require a negative PCR test to return to work. Walgreens, please get your coordination together. Your staff can be nice and lovey to my face but I expect so much more when it matters.Update 6 hours later: I *finally* got 6 emails from Walgreens of my results. So my specimen wasn't lost - I guess that's something. Adjusting my review from 1 star to 3 since not within the 48 hour window as promised and Walgreens Corporate customer service was absymal.

Dropped off photos in October/2020... 6 months later and still no word that they are ready. After calling and dealing with a sweet woman in photo department I was transferred to another lady that was incredibly rude. They looked in the system and said it was refused... by who? I was never notified they were ready and the woman did not offer to make amends that our film was lost, not even by honoring their limited warranty by replacing the film lost. She was condescending, rude, and unhelpful. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHOTOS HERE.

My girlfriend made a reservation here on Friday to get a Covid test. You guys sent her a confirmation email and then today, she drove 30 minutes to get there and you guys are saying that it hasn’t been confirmed and it was still pending. This is not OK and a complete waste of peoples time, money and energy. You guys need to fix your system and honor the reservation

I have used this Walgreens for years. I appreciate that it generally clean and well organized. Staff are nice, and I've had good experiences with the pharmacy center.

This Walgreens is well stocked and laid out identically to Walgreens in other states. If you are visiting or new to the area you will find it easy to find the Walgreens' products with which you are familiar. The store is clean.Every time (no exaggeration) I have entered the store at this location, I have been treated in a surly and unpleasant manner by staff. If I ask a question or need to find something, each staff member I have interacted with grimaces, starts to become impatient, and speaks in a louder tone as though to advertise to other staff or patrons that "they" are dealing with a "difficult" customer. It has been unpleasant enough that I will stop going to that particular Walgreens for a month or two. I then try to shop there after time has passed only to receive the same surly, agitated, unpleasant treatment from staff as I received on prior shopping attempts.It is THIS specific Walgreens' staff! I have frequented Walgreens throughout the West and Southwest U.S.A. and found the staff in the other locations very nice.

Woefully understaffed ALL THE TIME. No wonder their workers don't take a friendly approach to helping their customers. This is a management or regional management issue. I've used Walgreens all over the country and this is by far the worst, and it is a correctible situation but no one is making the effort or proper management decisions.

Do not use this pharmacy. Go to Rite Aid. After surgery, Walgreens would not fill my husband's prescription. Rite Aid cared enough to help. Walgreens did not, and acted like I didn't know my own husband's history (and the surgeon didn't when when we wrote the prescription) when they rudely refused to help us. Uncaring. Really made me sad 😢 I used to love this store. I won't shop here again.

I went to Walgreens in Anacortes WA in order to get a Meningitis vaccine. I made an appointment, spoke with the pharmacists as I need to take a 1 hour ferry to get there, showed up for my appointment and then: The pharmacists says "I'm sorry, we can't give you the vaccine."! I said why, she says "Because you are over 55 years old. We have an agreement with our internal company doctor (weird) that says we can't administer many of the vaccines to over 55 year olds". The pharmacists further said that she could give me the actual shot and medicine and that I could take it to my own doctor and they could administer it. There were two types of Meningitis vaccines available, Walgreens refused to administer either one. It wouldn't have made any difference even if I had brought a prescription to them. For those of you who are older, or hope to be older someday, AVOID Walgreens. Age discrimination is no fun!

Great place that has whatcha need to make em walls green! Smokes, booze, pills, syringes for diabetics binges on the loose candy wrappers, drinks snacks and neat ticky tacks to go witcha snack yes, hygiene products, makeup, cake for that gnarly break up and so on and so forth worth the quick stop to h itty the spot.

Bad services, bad customer service, take a long time to help you out. Cars on line leave angry due to a lack of help. I just leave my meds to pick up later and I comeback and have the same issue. Inside the building waiting time 1/2 hour , drive in up to an hour.
