The whole package, amazing care, dedicated staff, beautiful atmosphere. My father has been at the Haven for the last 5 months and I am always amazed at the amount of compassion I see going into his care. The head nurse always knows exactly what is going on with my father’s healthcare, and keeps us informed. The residents are up in their recliners watching TV, enjoying meals at the table together or even enjoying games, such as bingo or bowling. So happy my dad is at the Haven

My experience with the Haven has been all positive. They take care of my mother-in-law since she moved in there more than two years ago.Mom spends most of her time in her easy chair sharing the large open area with the other dozen residents. The setting is great with huge views of the bay, Mount Rainier and beyond.The staff is attentive, energetic and helpful. Our experience with the Haven was outstanding and particularly after having a horrible experience at a more expensive facility. The residents and their families are treated like family. My mother was there for a couple years until her death. The staff was always consistently attentive, loving, professional and respectful. They have a small amount of residents and about a 3:1 ratio to staff. Debra was a strong advocate for my mother when she believed she was not receiving the best care from her medical providers. Their communication with me was always prompt, informative and compassionate. I hope to go there myself when it's time.

I am beyond grateful for the team at the Haven who cared for my aunt for the last two months of her life. My aunt was clean, well cared for, and the happiest in her last weeks of living.Karly Moxon, One of the head nurses is passionate and beyond dedicated to ensuring families are happy and satisfied. She will go above and beyond because of her love for the residents.The Haven is in a beautiful Setting which is calming and Healing. My aunt loved looking out across the water while drinking her coffee in the sunshine of the morning. This is a heavenly place and you will feel of its great spirit when you visit. We went for our first visit yesterday and found our family member comfy in his room, relaxing with a view. There were other patients relaxing in the front room and chatting with us and each patients. one of the nurses was serving a group of ladies at the tables like it was a restaurant, you could tell the nurses really care about making sure their patients are happy. Everyone was so kind. Big thank you to ownership for creating such a kind and caring environment. I feel so lucky to know he is in their care.

My mother was a resident for 2 1/2 years until her passing at age 98. It's a great facility that provides skilled services and compassionate care. The staff has been trained to spot personal needs and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure comfort and safety.The owners are regularly on site to ensure that their high standards are being met by all team members in all areas. They participate in continuing education in order to provide optimum care.I highly recommend this facility.Bill Zak

When it came for my husband and I to find a facility for his dad, we toured the Haven. We were made to feel like family. I absolutely love how the staff decorate for holidays. The arts and crafts sessions help the residents express themselves. The residents enjoy being there because they feel loved. And the view is beautiful.

Coming to terms that your parent(s) or close family member is getting older and aren’t the same on-the-go and independent people is so hard and then pair it with the fact that you need help is even harder!! I’ve tried so many assisted living facilities and almost gave up because my family was not getting the care they needed. A coworker recommended Haven Assisted Living, and from my first interaction with them, to now, it was been nothing short of amazing. Everyone there (and I mean everyone) is kind, patient, dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy. They really go above and beyond and for that, I am thankful!!

This place is hands down the best to have your loved ones. It may be expensive but their care is outstanding. I could never do the things they do for their residents. They also are exceptionally good to the family visiting. It is clean, doesn't smell, ( because they shower our loved ones, I believe every other day) you can't go wrong. My Mom is 96 and lives there and loves it.

My mom has been living here for a few months now and I cannot give enough praise! She has dementia and I am SO thankful we moved her here from another facility in Silverdale.All the staff is really friendly and caring, the food is great, it's clean and the location is beautiful, the activities are engaging and interactive. All the residents seem very happy and friendly.A huge shout out to Karly, the nurse, what a blessing she is! Very responsive and knowledgeable to any health concerns or questions I have had.Ashlee, the manager, is also a gem! Very helpful with any suggestions or requests and so quick to respond. You can tell she loves her job.The owners, Debra and Ron, it all starts from you and trickles down through your staff. You are doing it right!!!Honestly, this place is packed full of GOOD PEOPLE which can be hard to find sometimes in todays world of senior care. Transitioning environments for a loved one with dementia takes time and can be difficult for some, but my mom is doing really well and tells me how much she likes this place and how nice all the staff is. For me, it's been such a relief to finally find a place that I know she is safe, comfortable and happy in!!!

We can’t say enough positive about the awesome care that our loved one received from the Haven, she was loved and cared for as if she was family. She was pampered and received regular hair, makeup, and manicures. Her room was alway clean and tidy, she was neatly dressed in clean clothes and taking part in a variety of activities with other residents. She was comfortable, happy and not afraid they were family. The communication was amazing, we were constantly advised of concerns and more pleasantly advised of special events with pictures and stories. If she was having a bad day they were on the phone to let us talk to her. We could go on and on but they were awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a more personable service.

The name says it all. They truly live up to it. I had to put my husband in a nursing home because the care that he needs is beyond my ability to care for him on my own. The number one thing that I absolutely cannot stand in a nursing home is the smell!!! You WILL NOT find that here. I have met most all of the staff and they seem to really care about the residents and there is a family atmosphere. They welcome the family members to come and visit their loved one 24 hours a day and I can sleep over with my husband anytime and can bring our dog. The staff have truly been a blessing to me and my family. I’m grateful for the Haven in Allyn.

We moved our father to the Haven in Allyn from a situation so dire we would have moved him into our home. But fortunately, we found Debra Jameson and the Haven, a wonderful facility and well run. The lay-out is conducive to communal living, with one big expansive and well lit Great Room, where most people hang out, with the dining room right off that room. It is easy to keep an eye on everyone it is so open, yet you feel a sense of privacy and space. The management has a point person for each shift, so there is a sense of ownership and control that we didn't experience at the prior place. This is an awesome place, and the people are exceptional.

I do not know how to begin talking about what an amazing experience I have had with the Haven in Allyn.My son is 43 years old and severely affected by Cerebral palsy. He is non verbal as well as non ambulatory. His care is totally reliant on others. He cannot do anything physically for himself. He is bright and pleasant, but helpless. . He is truly at the mercy of those who care for him. Being his mom, it has been my blessing to do this. Until this past September, I have had to rely on my daughter to help me with him. I found the Haven in Allyn by accident. Or divine intervention. I think it's the latter.The care my son gets there is extraordinary. I so appreciate that I can go away for a few days or have medical procedures without worrying who I can depend on and trust with his care. The Haven in Allyn more than takes that worry away for me. And the best part is MY SON LOVES BEING THERE!

The Haven in Allyn Assisted Living is an awesome loving environment. I had an opportunity to visit and it was such nice blessed place. All the people were well taken care and the cook made good and delicious food. The nurses and staff are so professional and patient. It’s such a peaceful home setting.
