Stopped as part of the PNW Yarn Crawl. The store always impresses me with their wide selection of yarn at all ranges of price points. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The shop is easy to find and just the perfect size. The patterns and shop displays always give me plenty of ideas for both knit and crochet. I forgot to check their public knitting times because they are just outside my comfort distance for evenings...but if the staff is any indication, it would be fun!

Very friendly with a tight knit (see what I did there?) yarn community. A very fun scenic drive to get there. Seemed like the best place to get thinner weight yarns and crochet thread.

Love this place! It has a very friendly and cozy vibe. The owner is above and beyond. Many times I have seen women knitting together in here. Took my mom to a one on one spinning class there for mothers day. We had a blast and it was so reasonable! If you are looking for knowledge, patterns, variery of yarn, equipment, fiber or notions...come here!

Had a very nice time at this shop today. Terrific selection of wool and cotton yarns! As well as unique buttons and all types of knitting and crocheting tools, patterns and other gear. I found the staff friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

It was my first time visiting, and loved it. They have a wonderful assortment of yarns and spinning fiber, as well as all of the tools and extras. Was warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. Will be back again for sure!

Great selection on imported and animal fiber yarns! They had good prices and a wide selection of notions and needles. Highly recommended for crocheters and knitters!

Lois and her helpers are the best! Very knowledgable and nice as can be! Walk in the door and your eyes are bombarded by shelves full of beautiful colors and textures everywhere you look. For us felters, she has a huge color pallet of many types of roving, top and batting. In other words, this place is a fiber artist's delight!

Not only do they run my absolute favorite knit shop! Lois is also a barber! She is the only one I will go to for a haircut! She does an amazing job. She's really nice, and fun to talk to.

I found some yarn that had just been hand died, so beautiful!!! Great place with a huge variety and some unusual yarns. Fun place with a exceptionally nice people.

The best shop always willing to sit down and help you. I have been to other knit shops and they don’t want to help. They say take one of our classes. Allyn knit shop has ALWAYS been ready willing and very able to help. Hands down excellent.
