Love windfall. Just walking through the gift shop is nice. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Their clothing is my favorite. Especially like that I can use my comps to purchase items.

I had a few items I had to return I called the store 1st it was like 18 days that I had the items I let the store clerk know she told me it's OK come on in and we'll take care of you and return them so I drove from super far away To return these items and I get there and they tell me no that I could only get a gift card they put me in a horrible position they left me stranded with my 14 year old daughter this store is b******* their prices are way too high the quality of their stuff is c*** I do not suggest anybody wasting their time money at this store.

Overpriced with a very unhelpful staff. Tried to return brand new pants 35 days after “30 day” return and she was happy to tell me they will not take them back.Never shopping here again.
