12.25.23: After landing at the airport, I wanted another coffee for my hour long drive home and this was the closest Starbucks that still happened to be open on Christmas. I mobile ordered ahead and picked up through the drive-thru. I ordered an Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and it was a holiday in my mouth! It literally tasted like a gingerbread cookie and wasn't too spicy either nor did it leave you with a weird after taste.

Store 10177 is the best bucks around. I commute to work from North Spokane and make a point to stop at this specific one. All the baristas are friendly and make conversation. Never had any issues with any of my orders. Food items always fresh and warm. Wait times are here and there given the weekends and lunch hours as expected but have always proved to be worth it. Thanks staff and keep up the exceptional work. It’s rare these days!

Convenient location and fast friendly service. We are regulars at this location. However I’ve noticed prices are getting a bit steep😉. It would be nice to have some more cozy seating sections that are shielded somewhat from the busy and drafty door entrance. My family would like that a latte☕️!I find the crew to have a balanced blend of care with orders and a cheerful demeanor. My favorite drinks that are not coffee, are sweetened black ice tea and the pineapple refresher, which has real bits of pineapple chunks.I wish Starbucks would reboot their Teavana brand, which seems to have been put on the back shelf. I would love to be able to order Teavana Earl Gray Crème on a Starbucks stop.

Idk what is is about this Starbucks but they keep messing up my drink. And it’s not even a very extravagant drink. I get a blonde vanilla latte breve and it tastes wrong almost every single time. So annoying because Starbucks isn’t exactly cheap and I don’t like asking them to remake over and over because I know that is a pain for them when they’re busy and it makes me feel bad. I will probably stop using this Starbucks which sucks cuz it’s a convenient location for me. Please slow down when making drinks, I’m fine with waiting a little extra time if my 7 dollar drink is done right!

Truly enjoyed stopping in at this location. The drive thru was extremely busy but there was only one couple in front of me inside. The store itself was beautiful, organized and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Not my first place to get coffee but, they are always so sweet and patient with me not knowing their drinks! Best customer service!Parking: Open parking lot.Kid-friendliness: I always get my kids something when I go. Very accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair would be fine to go inside with. Plenty of room.

Great location!Love that I can order online for this location, then just pull through the drive through minutes later and I have my drink/s in hand! Drinks are always fresh, fast and hot!Don't forget to get those tips (Especially when you order online and you've pre-paid before you pick it up...) Its easy to forget their tip if you don't have to handle any money or a card when you pick up your order.But, even if you forget, "they're still there and working hard," for you. Let them know you appreciate it.My favorite thing at this location has got to be the speed at which they get the customers through drive through.Those ladies gotta have flying fast hands back there!

Starbucks is always a fun place to get food and meet people and just have a professional atmosphere.I am not really a coffee drinker, or a coffee connoisseur, but any time I need to do some work in town or someplace I don’t have an office Starbucks is always been there for me to get a bite to eat or hot chocolate and the most important thing on this earth… Wi-Fi. Lol.Thank you Starbucks for having Wi-Fi.

There is not many flavors to choose from to begin with at Starbucks but now they have discontinued Raspberry and are always always out of Peppermint. There is no fruit flavors anymore. One of the reasons why Starbucks is always my last choice to get any kind of beverage. That and if the batistas actually learned how to use the timers correctly and cleaned the machines more then once every 6 months maybe the coffee wouldn't taste burnt.

Great atmosphere, all ages from little kiddos to seniors enjoying top notch service including the famous enthusiastic rapport Starbucks instills in every employee!I was particularly impressed with the level of patience the staff exhibited when faced with customers who had myriad questions or unusual requests!Quality was excellent and an added bonus was the ample space provided for stay in orders. The music selection was absolutely awesome too!

Just popped into the store on my way home from the airport and I was met with the most pleasant staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The three of them were so friendly and working very hard. It was clear they were very busy but they still got my drink and food out within minutes and even chatted with me about my trip even though they were getting slammed. I hope the people in charge know that Kenzie, Brandon and Camille are all rockstars!!

I love a Starbucks especially the Christmas time when they the salted caramel mocha. The rest of the time they're still pretty good but there's a lot of competition out there now and their prices were kind of climbing up there. They will want to stay competitive if they want to keep my business. If not, best wishes to you guys and keep making the best coffee that you can make because Starbucks does make some damn good coffee.

Weekday early crew typically make great coffee, best way to start the day. The weekend crew making the drinks, could step it up. I go here very frequently so my sample size is wide.. on the open to noon weekends there's just something off, burnt/watery and not sweet about it. It's not once in a while it's typically every weekend. But, when you're a coffee addict, you'll drink it but I like consistency in quality. IE. Weekday AM folks.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I haven't been to a SB in along time. They were the only shop open where I was. Yuck, I wish I'd waited. The coffee wasn't good and it was super pricey. Oh well 🤷🏼‍♀️, lesson learned.

The young lady at the drive thru was very attentive and didn't just take my payment and leave. Had a little delay but they were slammed. Great conversation with an intelligent young lady. Order was perfect as usual.
