This lady is like an angel for me. Not only is she super personable and friendly, and totally in tune with my pet but she's a heck of a nice lady in general and went out of her way to help my little Lola Bojangles. I would use this business for anything and trust my pet in her hands. In the same age customer service is almost out the window, not only does she provide excellent customer service but excellent human and canine services also. Three cheers for somebody that's authentic and real. Thanks lady you save my life or maybe my dog's life. Turns out that her discomfort was really due to a pregnancy. But unfortunately the baby was born stillborn.

Cari did amazing on my puppies!! I was able to drop them off after work at 3:30 and they were ready by 5! We’ll definitely be back😁 I also forgot to mention that Cari was nice enough to text me when a cancellation came up to see if I’d like to bring the pups in. I highly recommend Hopesong’s Grooming Room!

We called in today to set up an appointment to get our 3 month old puppy’s nails trimmed for the first time. This is the only location near us besides one other, and the other has mixed reviews, so we thought we’d give Hopesong’s a shot! She was able to get us in the same day and pretty much within the hour! All for a great price, too. The visit was short and quick, I was able to accompany my pup and hold him as she did his nails. He is not very happy when it comes to nail trims, but she was able to get it done swiftly and safely, even with all his squirming! Bodhi will be back for sure :) Picture included to show off those trimmed nails! Right to the quick with no damage

I take my dog here for nail trims because I stress out about hurting her. Cari does it so quickly and expertly. She's reasonably priced and so worth the money. All the dogs I've seen while I'm there are happy and look very well-groomed.

Took our pup here for his first grooming and she did amazing!!! I told her what I wanted and she did it perfectly! Our big guy was a happy puppy. She obviously knew it was his first time and could tell I was nervous. She was sweet enough to give me updates. Definitely 5 star experience.

Cari is awesome with all 3 of my fur babies. I am always leary when I have to fine a new groomer. I have one pup that can be an ahole, and then one of my other pups is a rescue that was abused and she had really bad anxiety, but all 3 respond to her really well. I would highly recommend her.

We have been taking Rex and Max our teacup Malto-Poohs to Cari Haider for years. She started Hopesong’s Grooming business out of her home after many many successful years as a partner at Shear Heaven in Spokane Valley. We have stuck with Cari because she has done our dogs and has never accidentally cut them with the scissors. Our dogs are old and fragile and need a calming med prior and Cari is always willing to work with us.

Hopesong’s Grooming Room is an awesome place to take your dog for all grooming needs! The set-up is super dog-friendly and is clean and welcoming. Our dog has often had a hard time with groomers, but was playful and happy here!
