This location is the best in the area in my opinion. Clean, friendly staff, even decent music usually. The store is always organized and floors clean. Good selection and I can always find things where they belong. Despite some bleed-over of the homeless issue from Spokane, there's less to deal with here as it's just on the Airway Heights side of Hayford where panhandling and living on the street is illegal. I've never been approached in this parking lot unlike the north, valley, and downtown locations. The Cheney store is also very clean, but I feel it's a bit smaller and more cramped, with a smiling layout to the Northside store. I drive from Suncrest to use this Grocery Outlet specifically, rather than the north store.

I am a doordasher and I can say I get treated like real poopoo at most places I pick orders up from. Like people would rather have a have a heart attack then see me walk in the door. BUT not this grocery outlet. Not only were they extremely nice but they helped me with the process from start to finish. Raises for everyone!!

Not your regular grocery store! Carries the usual staples but also a wide selection of unusual. Prices are good. Great beer/wine, personal and gifts. Fun explore! You never know what you'll find!

Grocery Outlet has consistently gone downhill recently. The Airway Heights store is an example.The store has extremely poor selection of items and high prices . Absolutely no reason to shop here any longer or even go in to see store.

They have a lot of things that most other stores don't have, especially for some of the things that I get. They have much bigger bags of chicken from that freezer section then any other store that I've seen or been to especially for vegans.

The groos out is always a winner...good prices..have to watch tho..not always cheaper..fairly good size and a few smoking deals. Thanks guys

First time in, right after they opened the store I walked up to the owners as they were working on the floor and told them how good the store looked and they were very , very nice and professional!I've been in the store three times since then and every time the store is great people stop and ask if I'm finding everything I need cashiers are great and it's just a really good positive experience every time I go in that store!

So far, this is the best grocery outlet to shop at. It's really clean and organized. However, some of the associates can be trained a little better in connecting with the customers.

I like the selection and prices but sometimes the product is not marked on the shelf so I might not buy it without a price.They were very courteous and saved my purchase when I forgot my debit card outside.

There are so many delicious deals to be found at the Grocery Outlet! A visit to Airway Heights wouldn't be complete without stopping by this store. It's always an adventure because you never know what hidden gems you might discover. Personally, it's one of my favorite places to shop.One thing I really appreciate about Grocery Outlet is their extensive selection of vegan items, all offered at fantastic prices. It's a real treasure trove for those following a vegan lifestyle. So, thank you, Grocery Outlet, for being here and consistently offering such great deals and a diverse range of products!

You can find different items than the regular stores. Prices are comparable and get a deep discount on ground beef. At the end, they will let you know how much money you saved and give you the opportunity to enter a contest to win the money you saved.

I love this store! They let me have the turkey bonus when you bought $50 worth of groceries even though it was past the deadline. Clean and so friendly!! Great deals everyday!!
