Underrated! This little shopping area has the nicest people working. This tractor supply has always been kind and helpful from chickens to dog food to plants. It’s far better than the inner city ones!

Angela is awesome! She helped us for an hour to ensure we were getting the right products for our puppy. Food, treats, toys and medications for puppy shots. She is an absolute joy. Tractor supply is a better store with her as an employee. We will definitely be back to pick her brain when puppy question come up. Thank you Angela for all you do for us!!!

Dishonest company regarding their “loyalty” buy 10 bags of Victor (before recall and continued on with 4health brand) get 1 bag free scam. The fact that both petsense and tractor supply have offered this scamotion only to claim a lesser amount of purchased bags then the factual amount.Not to mention finding mold in the bottom bit of the dog food which is kept in a warm dry kitchen next to my dogs food.Dishonesty and greed is the corporate American way.Ontop of that. Instead of donating ripped bags to food banks or animal shelters, they dump out the bags into their dumpsters. Way to be supportive TS. Walmart gives back more than you guys do. And they suck!!!

We purchased the Dumor Rabbit Cage Kit. Firstly, the cage was bent up and lopsided, easily fixed with pliers. Second, woke up in the am and the entire 32oz water bottle had leaked out. (Which was included)Customer service was great and talked with the Aberdeen Store to trade out water bottles. However, they exchanged the 32oz water bottle with an 8oz one. That is somewhat upsetting.

🚜I’ve had good experiences and also bad experiences here.. so I’m kinda 50/50 on how I feel about TSC and there crew. BUT I will say that there inventory is always stocked and full of some awesome items all year round🐰🐽🐤

Went in for 3 items including a bag of dog food. After another customer and I inquired about getting a cart and we were told they were out of carts. I went back got my 40# bag of dog food and then stood in line, I was #5, the customer who was also looking for a cart was #6 in line holding a #25+ bag of fertilizer. I took my dog food out to the car and then went back in for my other two items only to stand in line again waiting for the 4 people ahead of me to get checked out. My advice to the store manager, get some more carts and maybe another checker.

This store is awesome, I always get very friendly help, and Shay is always super friendly and knows where everything is every time I go in and she is there. I happened to be there and witness some weird things happening and I was happy that the stores employees confront people who are trying to steal things, it made me feel safer knowing that they are there to PROTECT their customers, they made this guy leave because he was clearly trying to put things into his pockets, its sad because there is so much thieving going on and at least tractor supply and their employees will confront people about it instead of being like Walmart and just letting people walk right out of the store. There is also a cashier I think her name is Stephanie she is always super super nice and helpful she always puts a smile on my face.

They do have most things available but staff isn’t that knowledgeable unless you are lucky to get the right person. They always run out of grass for goats and the last one I got was moldy and they gave it to me without even checking by the time I got home and I live 45 minutes away and now it’s too late to return it. The last time I was in there I had to wait a while because the clerk and 2 customers were praying at the counter and completely ignored the line totally unprofessional, the only reason I’m not giving it lower stars is because I have met a lot of employees that have been very helpful.

I've never had a bad experience or purchase to date from our local TSC. There's always some type of sale or promo going on, especially in womens & childrens apparel. For years this was only store somewhat local that we bought our chicken feed & farm supplies from but moved from the area and slowly forgot about shopping there for the last couple years, in all honesty. Thanks to my teenage daughter and tiktok, we finally happened to go in the other day and came out with things we had needed for some time but just weren't ever able to find the last couple months while shopping around the harbor for specifics and even better, on clearance! Mom score for real. Friendly customer service. The line to be rung up was never out of control while there on a Saturday afternoon; will happily spend money here. We will be returning more often, from now on. :)

This is not a five-star review this is a one-star review I went into the store today and there's a manager on duty name Shay. I'm in the middle of a phone call about a sick loved one that's in the hospital and she comes and tells me that I need to leave. I asked her what that's all about and she said she recognizes me and that I need to leave the property. I then proceeded to tell her that she's got me mistaken for somebody else and that it's quite embarrassing to be called a thief when I've never stolen or was I there to steal from that store. She then admitted that she doesn't have anybody by my name that is trespass from the property. However instead of apologizing and saying there was a mix-up she proceeded to tell me I still needed to leave. So I had to put back the items I was about to purchase and walk out of the store like I'm a thief in front of other customers. I can't help but think like what if it was my mom. That kind of behavior is rude and then the inability to admit there was a mistake shows that she is definitely not manager material. I understand trespassing somebody if they have stolen from your store. However just singling somebody out because they have tattoos or whatever is very unprofessional. I'm going to make a complaint to corporate after this. Shay you should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers.

Really impressed with this store!Michael greatly impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. After thoroughly explaining and comparing products with me, he even helped me load them to my truck when all was said and done. He was genuinely helpful and patient and definitely went the extra miles to make sure I had everything I needed. He gives such an aura of compassion that makes me believe he would donate part of his liver to someone if they needed it. What a guy!

Used to love going to the store until recently when they change their employees! Every time my husband goes in there He gets scoffed at and gets treated like trash. When he asked for where items are they do not show him the location and get attitude when he said he looked there, like they have something better to do. I ordered hay once and the gal never called it back and I waited 30 minutes in the appropriate area. Then when I went inside to see if they even called it back they laughed and said oh yeah I forgot! No apologies.

Unbelievable! They’ve jacked up their price by $5.00+ Per bag and have the nerve to say, “Every Day Low Prices.” This store has great difficulty in keeping their shelves stocked. If I order online, to be delivered to the store, I’m stuck with the shipping costs. I’m searching online for a company that truly knows what customer satisfaction is. This isn’t about the supply shortage. I see it more as a mgmt/corp problem. Wow!

Visited store today and bought a bunch of fencing materials. The guys that helped us load we excellent. We wouldn't have been able to load it all without them. Great customer service, wish I knew their names. Everyone there anytime we go in has been great. Stay away when they have baby chicks though. Your husband will get mad for bringing them all home!

I have always been happy with this company, right up to the point where they tried to make me pay an additional $200 for an item I ordered. This company does not stand behind its promises or its prices. They will use third party vendors to remove themselves for having any culpability. And yet, they have no problem taking your money. Buyer beware--this is not an honest business.

November 2, 2022 nothing but staff who had attitude, even the one helping me at first gave generalized "it's over there" because she wanted to leave for lunch. The staff who replaced her was kind enough to show me exactly where, then bolted as well. The checker and manager didn't even care what transpired. FAIL

This location is always well stocked with everything I need for my kitties. Can not beat the price for the 44lb bag of their brand catfood and 50lbs of clay cat litter. They also have really nice western hats if your into that and a friendly and helpful staff.

Very very nice people working in the place I don't love some of tractor supplies rules of operation. But they have what you need the competitive in pricing and open very convenient hours the organization of the store and stock could be improved and some inventory as well can be extended. Tractor Supply is highly recommend and still have room to grow

I purchased two 5 quart jugs of oil at the Aberdeen location. It the checkout I got to chatting with the cashier. In the process he forgot to give me the receipt that was needed for a rebate. I emailed corporate, let them know with very detailed explanation of time and merchandise in question, and they were able to email me a copy of the receipt!Tractor Supply, you rock!Thanks again and keep up the good work!
