Their buy 10 bags of dog food get one free promotion is a scam. They don’t save the number of bags you huy and regardless of its your 7th, 8th, 9th or 10th bag. Their system will still say you have only bought 3 or 4 bags.Scammers!!! Before tractor supply bought them out. They started the buy 10 get 1 free with Victor dog food. Only to have to transfer that to 4health once the recall happened. Now both stores are claiming they never offered that promotion.Scammers!!!Corporate America SUCKs!!!Greed and dishonesty vs quality and customer satisfaction.The Aberdeen pet-sense manager is a connivingpour customer service skills having, inconsiderate unfit for her position person who cannot understand normal, thinking kind of woman.

May 2023. My first time getting my dog's nails trimmed both my dogs are rescue animals and really nervous one of them has tried to bite a nail person before but the gal who did my dog's was very calm with them and we had no problems it was very quick unfortunately my dog's nails have been past due so there they were quite long and she did an awesome job for me I definitely recommend you come and see them I can't remember her name I'm sorry but she was the manager and the prices were reasonable the store was well stocked with quite a variety of items for a numerous types of pets I would definitely recommend you give petsense by tractor supply visit and I think you'll be pleased as I was

I'm sad that I have to write this! But we left extremely upset yesterday morning. Our 10 year old bearded dragon's heat lamp went out so we rushed to get a replacement as soon as they opened.The worker (manager?) was extremely terrible, rude, hurtful, etc.... while we were there we figured we'd pick up some of his favorite superworm treats for him.The worker started talking down to us, lecturing us on how they shouldn't be fed so many worms (ummm... yes, we know. They're a treat ) that the heat light we bought was wrong (no, he's had the same light for a decade. He's happy and thriving) and proceeded to give us a paper on how to care for a bearded dragon. This was all done in a very rude fashion. Again, we've had our beardy for 10 years. He's family. He's healthy and well taken care of.Seriously. How dare you. We've spent quite a bit of money at this establishment in the past. But you've lost a loyal customer.I suggest going to Marshall's pet store downtown or going to olympia.

This was my first visit and I thought it was a pretty comprehensive pet store. They had a pretty large variety of items just not massive amounts of each thing. Whoever does the ordering knows this small community well. I have a large dog and right when I walked in I found a hoodie just his size. Trust me, his size is hard to find. See how cozy he is in it? I saw items in all price ranges so don't come here only expecting specialty items and prices. They carry mainstream brands as well as specialty brands. BONUS They carry Fromm dog food which is what my guy eats and it's another hard to find brand. So if you have pets...check this place out!

Closest comparison I can give you is a miniature sized PetSmart. Just another overpriced store for cheap plastic toys and low-quality pet clothing . They do carry quality brand name pet food, but again the prices are too high. If you're looking at convenience then shop here. otherwise if you're looking to keep your budget go somewhere.

Went to buy dog food at tractor supply in aberdeen they were out of the kind we use that was on sale for 7.99 for 5lbs. so went to petsense they had it but was 11.99 for the exact same food, when checking out at the register I asked if they price match with tractor supply since they supposedly are owned both by tractor supply , was told they do but would need to show proof of receipt for price match. Pretty disappointing that they don't honor what the "parent store " is currently charging.

Took my cat in to have nails clipped because they had grown too long. We have scratching posts and she uses them, but they weren't enough to keep her nails down. She used to go outside during the day, but can't anymore, so her nails don't stay trimmed as well. Pet Sense did an excellent job with her. I'll take her again, if needed. Have taken again. Great job. Will continue going when need to...

Some of the employees are nice and helpful but recently we went in and the floor looked like it had been mopped with mud. Our most recent stop there had an employee scold me for not having my mask covering my nose fully. I explained that I was sick in March and although I am better now I can barely breathe with a mask. They offered curb side pick up but were so rude and if you are concerned by me, lecturing me for five minutes only prolonged what otherwise would have been a 30 seconds interaction. I will never shop there again.

We just moved here recently to Raymond from Tacoma and we found this place by complete accident and we've been in love ever since. The employees are super laid back, very knowledgeable and have a great selection of items for being in a smaller town and are continuously stocking new items daily. My favorite part is that they partner with several agencies to provide low cost veterinary care and with local rescues to provide animals with a much needed forever home. It seems inconvenient to drive half an hour for our needs, but as long as they're still around we don't mind at all.

I had a great experience. Tha cashier was friendly and knowledgable. She knew where to direct someone to find stuff in the store and well as informative with the products. Plus, they had feline vaccines when one of their competitors did not and a bigger selection for cats accessories. I will go definitely go back.

Younger staff took about 45 minutes to clip our 2 Chihuahuas nails....but they worked well as a team....1 held them and the other clipped very carefully....good thing, our dogs don't allow nail clippings from us. But they were very calm with the staff....overall a clean, nice place to shop and nice friendly staff!

Customer service was terrible. A lady with blonde curly hair was standing at the counter as I walked in the door. She asks, "can I help you with something?" I said, "yes, we are here to buy some crickets" (1st time owner of a bearded dragon) she then says, "we are out, anything else I can get you?" Now, mind you I haven't even walked fully into the store yet. And her tone and demeanor was just super rude. I was thinking, well i guess she doesn't want my business. I honestly can't stand rude people who work Customer service. My thoughts are, if you don't like your job, then please either get a new one that you enjoy, or don't work Customer service.I'm thinking from now on, it might be worth the drive to olympia for our pet needs.Oh! And to boot, I spent over 50 bucks on stuff. And she was like shewing us out!Done ranting..... i just want to have nice people working with people who keep your doors open!

This is a great place to pick up at food and accessories. The only fish they have are bettas which we ended up bringing one home. They did have a couple of kittens. But it's mostly food and supplies. The service was amazing very friendly people.
