I have to give this store 1 star after our experience today with a cashier named Brenda. She's very rude and disrespectful to customers. Raising her voice at the customer for no reason. Trying to claim the transaction didn't complete and when we walked back over to her register the card reader said approved and I told her that it says approved and she very rudely said no it isn't then she prints the receipt immediately. The transaction did go through the first time. Called the store to try and discuss our experience with a manager and was hung up because I wouldn't give my name and I'm sure the person that answered the phone was that Brenda. This isn't the first time she been rude to customers.

I hate to say this but this store has been around for a very long time and today I went in and one side of the store does smell like mold. The other side smells like they haven't changed out the food on the counters. You can smell the wrench coming from the boxes. Sorry to say this but I will not be returning back to this store plus they only have 2 cashiers working. I would suggest going to the one in aberdeen. That store is alot cleaner.

The employees are fantastic and don't deserve to work in such a dangerous store for minimum wage. The parking lot is dangerous, adults are barely able to walk in it.Junkies sleep outside the store and harass.Employees smoke 15 feet from the door.Carts are as small as a handbasket and have useless metal polls on themThe products are cheap and break easily. Don't get essential trash bags, they rip at a babies whispering fart.All items (unless marked) come to a total of $1.36

This is the review of the old Dollar Tree in Aberdeen. My daughter and I went to this store. We had a bad customer service experience. I asked one of their associates, that we put money in one of their vending machine toy and nothing came out; she said, “there is nothing we can’t do about it. It is not our vending machine” it is in their vicinity, so that she can help us out. Why put a vending machine toy if it is not working and there is nothing they can’t do if it doesn’t work. She could at least help us or something.

Everything is a dollar. Some are even two for a dollar!EDIT:They have gone to a buck and a quarter. Have added the freezer items up to as much as $5. Roll out of upto $7 coming soon!Cleanest Dollar Tree you will find. The new one across town is already a wreck! Shelves here are always stocked and organized neatly. Staff is friendly and ready to help ya find something you know ya seen here before. Shining example of what a Dollar Tree can be!

March 2023. I love shopping here and usually go in for a few things and leave with 3 or 4 bagfuls!! They have so many new products I love to see everything they offer. The latest new products were metal mesh sheets about 10 or 12 in square. They have connectors so you can make cubes or whatever. They also had backboard squares made of plastic you can combine for holding a variety of things. Also there are MANY new food products to check out. The price is now $1.25 or more instead of a dollar, but the selection and quality is much better as well. I DEFINITELY recommend d the Aberdeen dollar store and there's a new one by the Walmart and ROSS off the main road. You'll find so many things at a reasonable price.

It's a amazing phenomenal!! You can go to any dollar store in any city and every single employee will be a complete jerk...guaranteed!! It would be amazing if I ever saw one that was actually friendly and had good customer service. It would be even more amazing if managers cared enough to hire better people!! The Aberdeen location and the Elma location are the two worst ones!! And they should learn to clean their store!!

Dollar Tree isn't perfect. It's got some quirky flaws (like shouldn't it be dollar anda quarter tree?) It is usually a bit cluttered with plenty of empty shelf space but then you see this FIR A BUCK TWENTY-FIVE ooh and THAT! WOW! Be careful my visit a couple days ago went from zero to $102 bucks in about 40 minutes! Going back today for the things I talked myself out of but really can't live without!

They have such a large selection of name brand products. More than they do of generic or off brands. This is by far the biggest and best dollar tree me or my wife have been to. The employees were very polite and helpful when asking for assistance. They also made themselves available and ready to assist customers when they were needed. The location is also a plus and was easy to spot from a few blocks away so you wouldn't mistakenly drive past it.

Friendly cashier but the store REALLY smells of mold. I thought it would have changed but again my daughter and I got a migraine from the mold at the store. We will wait another month before going back.Update. 1/14/2023Still reeks of mold. Cashier's are a bit more friendly and the items have upgraded since the last visit. Liking the new items to choose from!

Full disclosure I did show up five minutes before closing (very uncommon of me but I NEEDED batteries) I walk in at 9:55 P.M. and the cashier greets me by saying, “hey we’re trying to close” (again it’s 9:55 P.M.) and I said OK I understand is it okay if I can please get a pack of batteries. (When he said they were trying to close I figured they meant I wasn’t supposed to start shopping around and grabbing a bunch of thing which is understandable five minutes before closing but I wanted just one item) the batteries were less than 2 feet away from me. Not even one second after I finished asking my question about getting the batteries I hear a lady behind him snap with as much attitude as she could muster up and say “No we are trying to close”. I couldn’t help my self. I had to check my phone because I knew it wasn’t after 10 P.M. yet so I then try to inform her that it is 9:57 P.M. it is still three minutes before it says they close on google but before I can even say, “it’s only” she was already walking away as rudely as possible. I swore I had more batteries this afternoon but I was wrong and I raced out of my house as fast as I could to try and get the batteries because my kids have a hard time falling asleep without their white noise machine (that’s what the batteries where for) and I understand it’s my fault for not planning ahead but I still made it there five minutes before it says they close on google. I’m understanding especially when it comes to retail but the way those employees decided to handle the situation was very unprofessional and very unkind. I didn’t realize how much of a burden a signal pack a batteries would be. And I definitely learned my lesson, If a person is going to show up to the dollar tree Close to closing they better not expect to be treated with respect or even regular civilized kindness. I can’t even imagine walking into any other store that would turn down a customer during regular business hours. I feel sorry for the next person that has to go through that kind of disrespect at this dollar tree.

One time safeway was out of grocery bags and so was a convenient store..so I've been taking my own grocery bags with me just in case..I was yelled at by one of the employees like I was dirt as soon as I entered the store..all because I had my own grocery bags with me.This is why I buy what I need elsewhere.I wont be treated like that.

At times the lines are to long due to lack of employees so the wait can be longer than usual. During the holidays (like now) it gets extremely busy and the lines are backed up at least a whole aisle long. So if you aren't in a hurry this time of the year then this is your place. They definitely are in need of more employees!!

This Dollar Tree is amazing. I have been to quite a few but I've never been to one that carries top brands. They have so much to choose from. What I did today was I bought a basket and filled it full of all kinds of snacks from healthy to candy and put it in the trunk of my car so when we're on a road trip we've got snacks.

I live 45 minutes away from the store and will call to check 1 SKU number to ensure product is in stock considering I buy in large quantities. Beats paying ridiculous shipping fees. Manager refused to check and said she had a line and hung up on me. I called back to ask the managers name and offered to hold, she hung up on me again. Good job store manager! You just lost thousands of dollars in sales a month due to your lack of customer service. I’ve made a report to your corporate office and will let them handle your lack of professional.

I love all of the dollar tree goodies, but there are rarely enough cashiers. The lines are always down the aisles. I Sometimes go to the Elma store because it's less crowded and they always have enough cashiers. They are friendly too. Not very friendly at the Hoquiam store. Another thing that really gets me is when someone comes to get the line down, they NEVER go to the next in line. They just shout IM OPEN ON .... Then everyone in the back bum rushes the line causing those that have been waiting for a long time to stay in that long line. Not right
