Chimney Techniques is a family run business with excellent customer service. I had a technician out to troubleshoot my Whitfield Pellet Stove. They figured out what was wrong and fixed it. As a returning customer they also scheduled me quick. There was no pressure to buy a new stove. The technician was thorough, didn’t leave any mess and provided strong customer service. Chimney Techniques always goes above a beyond with their service, knowledge, and expertise...Moe came to my house, expecting a straight forward stove and fireplace fix. Well that didn't happen. Turned into a several hour dismantle and rebuild of my very annoying but beautiful fireplace. They, he and Ryan stuck with it until they got it right..The fireplace works better than new. Thank You both. I highly recommend them. Best of all they totally clean up afterwards.

He took extra time to ensure we knew how to work our remote and to close the propane pipe hole into our home. Jason came and serviced our propane Lopi stove today! We couldn't keep the pilot lit. He was awesome, very thoroughly checked, cleaned my stove. It's working perfectly now. Next year I am going to have my stoved serviced in August per Jason's suggestion. That way it will be up and working well when the cold weather comes. Would highly recommend Chimney Techniques for your heating needs!

The owner came out and helped me pick out the stove and placement for my beautiful Vermont Castings woodstove and then the awesome crew came out and installed it. We ordered a new hot tub cover from Chimney Techniques last summer (2020). It was a replacement for an old soggy cover that we'd had for 10 years. The Covid season required us to wait on the manufacturer for more than 3 months before it came in. After the installation it was obvious it was the wrong color and wrong design.Chimney Techniques responded quickly and at no cost to us reordered another while we used the temporary replacement through the winter and early spring. We still had to wait for the manufacturer again - no fault of Chimney Techniques. Finally the new and corrected cover came in. Chimney Techniques was immediate in the delivery and installation.WOW ! Now that is magnificent service from a terrific local business !
