Fastest diesel pump I have ever experienced. Prices were lower than most, but the Arco at the edge of town was 4 cents cheaper. We will keep an eye out as we go through Aberdeen on our way to the beach a lot.

I went to this store to purchase White Claw for myself (I'm 63 years old) and my 18 y/o granddaughter was with me to choose her own items. We live 2 blocks away, so it is convenient for me. They refused to sell the White Claw to me because my granddaughter was in the store with me. We had waited in line with our stack of items for 20 minutes to be refused service and humiliated. At 63 years old I am legal to buy alcohol regardless of who is with me! Who made that little store the alcohol police??? I drove across town to 7-11 and spent my $40 there. Never again AM/PM!

This store always seems to be closed when I need it most. This is supposed to be open 24 hrs a day but tonight once again they are experiencing "network issues " and closed their doors again!!! I will be finding a new gas station for my business.

I come into the store at least three times and been told that they cannot accept my currency to pay for gas or buy anything else because they couldn't break the bill the first time with a 50 dollar bill the second time and third time were with hundred-dollar bills of which I intended to put half into my tank with meaning the change back would have been roughly $40 or $50

This place is one of the worst companies/places to work. Extra shifts doubles and triples. The abuse from management, threats to have hours cut when wrong information was given and they were corrected. Private information of employees is posted openly to where it can be accessible by non employees. When concerns were brought up it was said hr would laugh do to being on managements side. Pitting employees against each other. Completely denying requests to speak with hr directly withholding information to be able to communicate with the proper channels then firing the employees. The disregard that is shown to customers who live in this community by management. If this is the core values of arco to treat loyal employees like this. Ones who have given years. To be tossed out with false accusations then not to be able to gain employment due to false reports to hr. Then we are all better off bringing business elsewhere

Camille is the worst worker ever! I was denied gas 3 times from her!!!!!!! She's super snooty and has very bad service! She shouldnt work there or even have a job! I literally won't go back there cause of her!

I have to say i don't go much but when i do i am usually always greeted with cheerful hello and experience exceptional customer service from their employee Savannah. If she is not behind the till talking to customers with a smile and being as helpful as possible i see her running around the store changing this, filling that, restocking. In my opinion just an overall great worker with positive energy that makes the quick in and out of the gas station trips enjoyable.

Friendly staff with great selection. Be cautious as at night this place can get super sketchy.Show up during the day, and enjoy their nice hot food. And cheap drinks.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They don't keep water and squeegees in the buckets at the pumps for your windshield cleaning needs. The cashiers behind the counter have no customer service. They prefer to eat and not speak to you at all or not be behind the counter and tell you they'll be right there when you're waiting at the counter. They can't seem to understand that patrons want lunch food at lunch time. Who wants a breakfast sandwich at 1 pm? Maybe some people, but not enough to keep the whole hot case full of breakfast foods. Or, even worse, no food at all. When I contacted customer care, I got the canned response that this location is locally owned and i would get follow up shortly. After a couple of months of a hectic personal life, I contacted corporate again since I hadn't gotten that follow up. Low and behold, the next day the owner emailed me. His response indicated that he didn't even read my email. I received a non-specific reply that addressed issues that I didn't even write about. I guess that's typical when all you really care about is money and you have your business staffed with people who don't care about their job. When you visit this establishment, expect the very least when it comes to a gas station. You'll get even less.Edit to the owner's response:They have had my contact information for several months. I have never once received a phone call and only got a reply email when I reported to corporate that I hadn't received follow up. Now, they want me to go out of my way to call them when I have already contacted them twice and received a very generic email in response? No thanks. I'll be stopping at Safeway for fuel going forward and choose a different convenience store if I need something to snack on.

Refuled my vehicle today, glad I wore a mask outside it smelt like pee at the pump. Couldn't wait to get back inside my vehicle and leave. I used pump #7.

This is just a big busy gas station. They have lower prices so they draw a big crowd. Inside they have the standard AMPM assortment of cold drinks, fountain drinks, assorted coffees, hot dogs , snacks, candy, cigarettes, typical fare. Nothing spectacular about the service but it's adequate.

A typical AM PM with a typical staff. I try to take into consideration the pressure they are often under for too little pay. Its easy to see why they might have a bad day. I say that to address reviews about staff seeming rude. We all have our days,dont we? I have never been treated disrespectfully there and am usually in and out quick. The store is usually pretty clean and has a small selection of food in the warmer as well as the usual drinks and snacks.

Dear: HR/manager I was a proud and loyalty customer I will drive from ocean shores to get gas for my three vehicles because you have reasonable price for gas, 5,02,2022 I pick up 3 redbull and gave total of $40 rest on gas on my home I realize I did take my redbull off the counter, I made call form from home 5:47pm which take 35 minutes from gas station I was told by the gentle men I I will be reimburse when I come back I was happy hear that so I went gave my name and location told him to leave a note so team members could see the note, on my next visit 06,02,2022 I was told I can not be help without a receipt and they would have to look at the camera so I write down my name,phone number and location and told them to contact me even leave a voicemail so I don't waste time and gas because there was bad communication there was supposed be a note, I have call every day to get a update but the same results I hear the boss is busy, the boss have not look at camera, today my vehicle need gas again 9,02,2022 so I went in hoping the problem is resolved with a four day wait it was not so I gave suggestions and explained how I feel has a customer for 3 year, I come even when you close down recommend family and coworkers to be a customer. my calling to the gas station and coming tonight has frustrated your worker tonight and she yell at curse me out gave me my money back walk away and shout take a receipt next time, the gentleman did not ask or gave suggestions if I need a receipt and I did not need back money, just needed redbull and buy more gas and I was not able to get either just only my money back never feel disrespected but I am black man so I used to not be treated equally, my family will never come back Safeway will be my gas station now

Just got off work went to go get a few items before home and as I walked up to the door the employee informs me they are smoking their cigarette and I would have to wait and if I didn't like it 711 was down the street .....I've worked at a gas station and that's not how it works ... So I've been denied service and your employee told me to buy from your competition .so I wait see the employee go inside and he's talking to another customer about me !!!!!! Then still denied me service bc he can refuse to serve anyone .....absolutely crazy the tobbaco and beveraves I would have bought would have paid his hourly wage not to mention he's on the clock not on a break for his ciggarette .I will be calling management in the am

I show up to am-pm at 12:00am, and as I go to walk into the store, the worker says, “I just need a 5 minute break please, it’s been a busy night.” Very unprofessional and I’m disappointed in the worker here.
