I visited this brand new facility and was not disappointed. The place is neat and clean, it is well lit, and it is huge. The staff is especially noteworthy. They seem to really enjoy working there. They are knowledgeable of the stock and they are very willing to help. Even if you do not need something, it is well worth the trip just to look around, you never know if you find something you did not even know you needed...

Great prices, good variety of products & free shipping to store for reasonably priced, good quality plants! The big, lush growth Re blooming azalea was trimmed perfectly, extremely healthy & such a good size & price. The rest of my plants have been exceptionally good quality as well & having the store locally makes all transactions superior to online only!Check it out for all your needs!The friendly, helpful service is a bonus!

Really like this place. Smaller store but they seem to have exactly what you need. The sizes are a bit selective though. Boots, hats, clothing...they don't keep much in stock so finding the right sizes might be a problem. Staff are pleasant as well. And actually the other customers were super friendly too. Guess it's just a certain type of person who shops here. First time going...will return for sure.

My wife recently bought me a riding mower, the lady who took care of us name is Kristine, she absolutely made our shopping experience easy and painless. From applying finance options ,to the delivery process , every step she went above and beyond. A few hours later my wife and daughter were back in the store and purchased two swings and the customer service was again five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️About ten days later we had a problem and Kristine again provided excellent service and personally delivered a replacement mower to our home. She is a tremendous asset to your organization and a pleasure to work with from a customer perspective.

Yorktown Tractor Supply has phenomenal customer service. I called ahead to ensure their inventory was correct online due to several mishaps at other locations. They went over and above to ensure my request was at the door ready to go when I arrived. Gary was the cashier and he was extremely accommodating. Thank you for an outstanding service!

One might find it difficult to say they had a wonderful time at any store, but the time my wife and I spent here was wonderful. From when we called to check on the self pet wash availability to our arrival, use of facility, and departure the customer service provided by Debbie and the other personnel was excellent. The store is clearly new and still smells new but the staff know their way around and are available to assist you whenever you need it. Their self pet each stations are well stocked, well kept, and cleaned after each use to prevent transmittal of any conditions. Seeing as how self pet wash stations are getting harder and harder to find please come in and use them so the company can see it was a good investment, especially at only $10 for a fully stocked station! Great experience and we will certainly stop by again whenever we are picking up our dog from the kennel!

I go to this store regularly for pine litter, mini pig food and dog food. Recent visit didn't go well. We usually use the carts for large items because it's easier. My husband has a bad back and harder to pull bags out of regular carts. All those carts were in store with boxes on them. Stock day. We found a different cart with very small box on it. There was also broken down boxes on top of pine pellets. We set the small box on floor and proceeded to put large bags of pellets on the cart. We were going to put cart back with box after placing pellets in truck. Cashier was very unpleasant asking where we got the cart. We told her the problem. Instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience, she proceeded to tell me it was their stock day and asked if I'd like to come help work in the back. She wasn't being funny. I understand you have to stock, but don't open if customers can't even get to items or use carts you normally make available to them because you are using them. At a minimum, don't be snarky when I wasn't rude to you. Pretty sure she wouldn't appreciate me asking her that if she came to my place of business. Only reason I will go back is I have to.

The WORST customer service ever. My father and I rented a trailer on New Years Eve for 8 hours. My father was on his way to return the trailer and decided to call ahead to let them know he was returning it when he about 20 minutes away. They informed him that they were closing early at 6:00 pm and told him not to come. The whole time we were renting the trailer, not one person mentioned Tractor Supply was closing early that day. Don’t you think it’s important to mention that the store is closing hours early when you’re renting a time-sensitive product? He lives over an hour away and was going to arrive at 6:15. Anyone who goes to Tractor supply on a regular basis knows that Tractor Supply employees are not all out the door and on the way home 15 minutes after closing. The staff told him to return it in the morning on New Years Day. When he couldn’t return it in the morning, a staff member ended up calling my mother and was fairly rude to her, suggesting she could have rented the trailer twice by then. I wonder why this staff member decided to do that since she planned to charge my family full price for another two rental periods anyway. The customer service was absolutely appalling. The sole reason we even have an issue is because of the negligence of the staff members who rented us the trailer, one of which was the manager himself. Considering the low standards of service at this establishment and extremely poor communication, I’d rather drive all the way to Smithfield to avoid giving another penny of my business to this store. Also, I noticed I’m not the only review to mention sub-par customer service, so I can only assume that this is an ongoing issue that should be resolved by staff changes or retraining.

Came to use the 'self-service dog wash". It was beyond filthy and unsanitary. Dirty towel overflowing, hair clogging the sink, mildew in the tubs, 'clean' towels were dingy and stained, one dryer broken, broken grooming table, rusty gross dog nail clippers, wet & slippery floors, clumps of hair coated the floors.Wouldn't even consider using this service again.

They need more employees. The employees at the register's were checking out customers and helping the customers that were shopping in the store at the same time. Makes for a long wait time for the customer. Kudos to the ladies at the register's who took the extra initiative to do their best to take care of everyone. They did a great job considering the circumstances.

My husband, 2 daughters and I went into this store on Monday the 12th at approximately 8:00. Walked in to no greeting, never saw any other employee other than the cashier who looked at us but didn’t greet us. We shopped in the clothing section and the pet toy department. We didn’t see anyone else. No one asked if they could help us locate what we were searching for. I was actually a little concerned about the safety of the cashier as it appeared she was alone.I was also disappointed at the appearance of the store. It was dirty, the clothes were all messed up, couldn’t find sizes, different styles were all mixed together.I’ll go to another TSC if I need anything else,

Wanted to try their "dog wash " station, the area was dirty. We had to clean piles of hair from the tub, table and floor. Obviously the people before us were pigs. We left the facility much better than what we'd found. The staff was overwhelmed.

Came into store at yorktiwn needed help buying a trailor waited 9ver 30 min before someone helped me but I wasn't surprised when she told me she didn't have a clue where the key to lock was or she was very rude poor customer service the store manager was even ruder left the store went to lowes purchased a trailor within 30 min tractor supply shouldn't be in business there employees are rude and don't know nothing about the store they work at will never go back and recommend everyone else to do same

The employees at the Yorktown Tractor Supply are awesome! I came in looking for some fertilizer, and premium Kentucky 31. There wasn't any 31 in the store, but they had 43 bags out in their tent. Needless to say it was buried in the back, and they had to use a forklift to get it out.They went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you for doing this. You guys, and gals rock!🙂

Was there about 5 min ago. You're fast! Had lots of stuff like a hardware. Lots of feed. Dogs, cats, horses etc. Prices seemed ok. Employees were friendly, but of course its Christmas eve.

I had a coupon for one dollar off of livestock or equine feed. The casiher asked Liz the manager who said I couldn't use it because my bag was chicken treats and not food. I asked her if I was buying scratch would I get the dollar off? She said yes. I said scratch is not their food.I've used the exact same coupon for same product and got the discount.

The worst customer service I've ever received at any tractor supply. Needed one simple item, a farm use tag and 2 associates told me to go look myself and one had no clue what I was even talking about. Been supporting and buy supplies for 10+ years from tractor supply and will not be stepping foot back into one.

Absolutely horrid. A couple brought in 3 German Shepards to the wash station. Didnt pay until they were done washing them. Stayed there for hours. Multiple people were waiting to use it, some longer than me. Never again.

Can’t figure out if it’s a hardware store or not. Looks like they don’t know either. Needed plumbers putty, walked all over, they have some things but not others. Are they a feed and seed and oh, by the way we have some other stuff too? Not going to take a chance again to find out if they have what I need or not.Two people on register one guy walking around parking lot, no one seemed ready to help.

Good luck getting a propane tank filled here. Went inside, they said someone would be right out, 20 minutes later still no sign of an associate. Train more people or get rid of the service.

Store personnel did not make themselves available for customer service so I left with a felling of why bother to return when in search of a particular item needed. Would be nice if an an employee was available to help customers with needed items.

The dog wash station was not stocked very well. They were out of the deodorizing shampoo and only didn’t have any when employee was asked. Only had one small towel per dog. Also one of the bathing stations was out of order and the sprayer lever to turn the water on and off was very hard to operate.

Its time there. Have been looking for a certain item at several places were all out found it here. They have variety of wild bird seeds and feeders. Next time will look around more a lot of stuff even baby chicks.
