I go here at least twice a week.Everyone is nice ...but one cashier her name starts with a J ends With a R . She is always not very personable and appears she is in outer space I noticed she greets all the men but doesn't say hello when a female walks in .didn't even notice me at the register today I was there first but wanted to help the man first then rings up my stuff didn't offer a bag ..I said may I have a bag and bagged my stuff ...just very strange .

This is such a great team! Always friendly and polite, not to mention very knowledgeable & helpful. The team always remembers what I’m in for, as well as what my wife needs. It’s great to have a regular crew rather than a revolving door of employees. Jennifer, Kathy, and the rest of the crew are simply the best!

I am an at least once daily regular and this is by far my favorite location. Jennifer and Laura feel like old friends to us and my husband and I are so glad to see Cathy back. The entire team is awesome no matter what time of day or night. Keep up the great work @ Yorktown ROFO!!!

The store was clean and well lit. The coffee station was clean as well and worked perfectly. I was greeted upon my entry and was assisted by a friendly associate. It is the nicest and cleanest gas station I’ve seen in a long time!

Had many products to choose from. Nice and clean. My food order was prepared quickly along with being nice and hot. Also very delicious. Customer service was excellent.

This does it for us. Chicken just isn't what it used to be. Tonight greasy on the outside with slabs of toughness...like jerky....and dry meat inside. Couldn't eat the potatoes...tasted like mold. One of us (not me) has had diarrhea all night since dinner. I spit the potato out....the other person did not. To top it off I went to close the zip bag the chicken came in and raked my finger across a staple literally ripping my finger open. Why did a Ziploc bag require a staple? Disgusted.

I frequent this location often and never had a problem. Staff had always been engaging, helpful, cordial etc. This day, I decided to eat in in between running errands. Went to sit down, saw the table was dirty. So I reach in my purse and retrieve my Lysol wipes and proceed to wipe the table. Needles to say, after 3 wipes, it was still dirty..... I was somewhat surprised as I always seem them cleaning when I went in. At that point, I ended up leaving the store..........

I don't know if it was the manager or what, but she responded in a very rude manner and was busy playing outside. And I know it's right to give money there for winnings under a certain amount in the lottery tickets sold there, but she refused to give money. Instead, she told me to go somewhere else. Even though it's an instant lottery ticket that I bought there and won, I go somewhere else?

This store is ridiculous. They have a very rude employee who can help you do self checkout for gas but won't actually check you out for gas. They advertise 2 different prices, the lower one being for members yet you have to link your debit card to an app and they don't tell you that. When I told her I only use cash she was very rude in teaching me the debit card app rule. She even seemed annoyed that I had to go back in for my change because that involved her actually having to use her register. All this hassle is not worth saving $0.10/gallon!

I called this place 60 times back to back. No one answers the phone. How does a 24hr not have a sales associate to answer the phone. Guess I'll get my items else where. Wouldn't recommend Donald Trump come to this place. And he ain't even my favorite person. They need a now hiring sign atp cause no one is there apparently

This in regards to the Heavy set Caucasian lady with the blond hair that was just fixing the chips, then the soda, and next the condiments for the coffee while we were waiting for our food . My family and I would like to say thank you allowing us too see what Racial Profiling looks like today. Royal Farms; you have to do better maybe explain too her how to not look so obvious when watching people that look like us. The worst. I arrived and was excited bc Royal Farm not everywhere. And wanted chicken for my family. Guy outside smoking and I even said don't rush bc I get having a minute. Didn't even acknowledge me.. was on the phone smelling horrid. Ignored me so I left.. the lady that was working the check out was awesome. But I'll never return bc he was terrible.. good luck

We have been going there for about 5 years. We lived in VA beach but we go here for chicken. Then moved to Richmond and travel down here to get your chicken. Then we move to norfolk so today I went to get chicken and gas. I paid 70 something dollars for chicken as I turned my Nabors on it. But the most reason I went here is because my hubby has stage 4 cancer in for places. He is now on hospice its that bad when I went in to put my order in after he got it he went off on me. If it wasn't that my loving hubby wanted it I would have shoved it in his face. Today was a very bad day I had to get a nurse to care for him so I could I go and get it.killed him with kindnes. But it wasn't right jump all over me. We love your store and chicken is OUTSTANDING.

Went there to get fried chicken. Asked the clerk if it was fresh, she said I just got here and asked her coworker and she said about it has been out about 30 minutes. It was all dry so I asked if they could cook some fresh. She said it takes about 20 minutes. I said okay. Another guy approached and asked the same thing, he was not happy, so he left. So now I over heard the clerk talking about theses people getting on her nerves and they should just take what is already prepared. Now if she were the customer she would have done the same thing. Not take the dried up chicken. So now the chicken is done and they throw my chicken into the box with the dried up potato wedges, which I threw in the trash. I will not return to that store and be treated so rudely.I was at the Royal Farms at 4:20 Wednesday January 4th. Clerks need to be fired.

I love this store. I go every payday for the cheapest cigarette prices around. The food is fresh, made to order, and amazingly delicious. The gas isn't always the cheapest but is always at a competitive price with other stations around. By far, my favorite convenience store to visit. 7/5

Well I went out of my way to come to royal farms because I wanted a Chesapeake slider but my appetite was quickly ruined by the cooking staff, one guy cooking chicken looked like he hadn’t had a shower or sleep in about a week and the older lady putting food orders together was coughing and hacking into the glove she was using to make food. They normally have good food but no one wants to eat anything made in these conditions. Please do better!

I came in to get some chicken , usually Jen does a great job with my order. Tonight unfortunately there was a different lady working the food station. My food was completely awful. I return to exchange my food and all I got was a " well that will be twenty minutes". I felt like I wasn't even a customer that just spend his twenty.

I went in to get a couple pieces of chicken, it was a older lady there in the kitchen by her self. She had on a pair of gloves and touch everything in the kitchen, the oven, the counter,The bread rack, and then went and grabbed my chicken with the same gloves on and put it in the box. I went up front and told them to give me my money back. I cannot eat that!!!!!

Store is always clean and well-stocked, I enjoy the sales, and the staff is always courteous and efficient. Great prices on cigarettes and competitive gas prices . I tried the chicken once wasn't crazy about it but that's all personal preference.!

Every time you walk in this store you get the leave me alone I hate my job don't ask me nothing attitude from most of the employees !!! Jenn is wonderful and always greets me with a smile and a how are you today type welcome, now Tenille is the most arrogant don't bother me type I've ever met! My wife and I and friends and family refuse to visit this store after numerous times of bad attitude and extremely long waits because someone feels it's not their place as a manager or assistant manager. Needless to say we will go around the corner to the Wilco soon to be Raceway where we are made felt welcome and not have to wait 20 minutes just for coffee and a pack of cigarettes !!!!check your video feed and you will see who is doing their job!

There HAS to be a better way to make and package these to go sandwiches in the warm case. Like, ew. Soggy a** biscuits. Like, you put a hot biscuit with warm chicken in tight plastic wrap. The steam from the chicken makes the biscuits soggy! It's so gross. Y'all have the potential to be a really awesome friend chicken joint, but no on cares about the quality of the food. I've had wraps made wher I requested lettuce tomato onion and got no lettuce and a huge amount of tomatoes. And it's not like I can watch that be made. Just the quality sucks .

Shoutout to manager who just paid for my lunch because my iPhone’s Apple Pay wasn’t working. I should’ve got her name but I think it was Tracie, that’s what my receipt said. Amazing! Made my day. Food was great too by the way.

It took 3 tries to get the attention of deli worker who was busy with her from her cell phone apparently sharing funny posts with 2 other giggling teenagers to ask if the deli was open. Another worker appeared who had been doing all the work. I ordered a large mac and cheese to take home for 2 people. The container was half full. I complained and she made me another half full container. While this young lady served 3 customers, the other girl never moved.
