Top notch treatment! Professional, educated and compassionate. I was searching for a place where my cat would not be stressed sharing space with dogs. But most importantly, I wanted someplace that was educated and qualified to groom cats specifically. I definitely got that here! My cat looked stunning. He was content and so relaxed when I picked him up and that is a product of the wonderful environment they provided. The team there clearly cares about each and every cat that comes in. It was a relief to know that I was leaving him in a place that had his best interests at heart. Amazing and wonderful place! 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

I have two very sweet Persian cats that I like to keep groomed in a lion cut with a tassel tail. Purrocious Styles does a great job with both of them. They always look perfect! Purrocious is also only certified cat groomer in the whole area, and I prefer professionals with my babies. Very pleased with grooming services 🙂

The people at Purrocious are very knowledgeable about feline physiology, different cat mentalities, grooming practices, and are understanding about feline needs, etc., do a great job with their grooming, and always seem to be very busy, but will spend a couple of minutes chatting about anything feline… they do nothing but cat grooming, so it’s not like walking into a vet clinic with all sorts of dogs, cats and other pets making a stressful environment… I highly recommend them…

I took our long haired car for his first grooming, probably ever, to Purrocious. He appeared on our doorstep & decided our place was home. They are SO knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and friendly. We were told due to his age & first grooming they may split the session into two as to not stress him out too much (I LOVE that). We were notified of a few health issues, that he’s quite a bit older than we previously thought, & recommended to follow up with our vet. I could not have had a better experience & I think our cat agrees!

This grooming place was recommended to us by more than one person in the county. The first experience was good, no issues. This last experience was extremely disappointing.I couldn’t book on the website 3 weeks ago so I called and “the owners daughter” picked up and I thought we had a very detailed and thorough chat. She told me she took notes and put it in our boys file. We discussed a lot! Sedative, the cut, his behavior, nails, etc. She recommended the dosage for mild sedative and what cut we are interested in for our cat and we booked a date to bring our boy. Today we bring our boy in and when we called to check on him “the owner’s daughter” that’s what she kept on referring to us as herself was clueless about our cat. She didn’t have any notes on him in his file and she didn’t know anything about our boy nor about our chat from weeks ago. She actually told us today that they don’t prefer to have cats come to them sedated and that the shape around his face that we discussed weeks ago wasn’t possible to accomplish on a cat! All the things she told us weeks ago that were doable.We were charged a $85 fee for an aggressive pet on top of the services and we weren’t explained in depths what was accomplished other than a lion cut…The stress and uncertainty that this business put us through today is what’s causing me to write this review and warn others.

We love bringing our babies to Purrocious Styles. I thought one of my boys would be upset about it. But he absolutely loves it. They are so wonderful with the cats. They always look and smell so nice and are extra soft.My guys also go to the "hotel" when they need special care and we are gone. The rooms are amazing and they love looking out the glass doors to see everything. I always know they are in good hands and I can see them all the time from the cameras.I am so glad they have a place that only takes care of cats that I can know is trained specifically for cats.

We have an older long haired cat. These groomers have worked wonders with his coat! He has also boarded at this facility and there is no comparison! It is the most comfortable spacious accommodations for cats. Their services are a bit more than others but their caring, dedicated and professional services are worth it.

Once again, they have done a great job with my purrkid. He always comes home looking great, smelling good and I know he had a great day at the spa. They are so good with him. I am getting ready to start taking his brother there as well. They treat the kitties as individuals and adjust to their personalities. They are the cat whisperers!!! Highly recommend! First time ever taking my cats to a groomer and I’m super glad I chose Purrocious. They are very thorough and laid everything right out right away. Everyone I had contact with was very nice and professional, I was nervous because my cat had Mats and when I brushed him he would use his claws and I wasn’t sure how he would do, they took such great care of him and he came back sweeter than before and smelling and looking good. 100% highly recommend for your feline grooming needs.

Cary Kitty and I have been clients of Purrocious Feline Grooming now for 8 years! Cary is treated with kindness and care. She comes home looking marvelous! The grooming and boarding salon are are awesome, clean, well decorated for us human guests. I never have to worry about Cary. After our first visit we've become regulars. Aria is not a tolerant cat but after seeing videos of her being calm during her bath I was sold. She always comes home smelling so good, her fur is silky and her nails are done. She would never let me bathe her at home or trim her nails, so I am very happy with the services provided. Purrocious Styles has taken care of my two Siberian Forest cats for almost two years. My cats look and smell gorgeous after every visit. The team is extremely patient and thorough when answering questions or making recommendations. They are fantastic at communicating about the services and are always upfront and transparent about any added costs. The pricing is very reasonable and they offer a generous discount for recurring appointments. They even take time to send me cute candid shots of my kitties in the bathtub:) Absolutely and highly recommended!

I love this place. They do an excellent job on both of my short haired cats and are awesome with clear and consistent communication. My older kitty always looks so wonderful when he’s freshly groomed! He’s starting to have some trouble reaching his back and can get kind of greasy, but he leaves Purrocious fluffy and gorgeous! My younger cat always looks amazing as well. If I could give them more stars, I would.

I was so nervous to take my cat to a different kitty hotel, but WOW, Purrocious Styles is amazing! And Devanne is the best. *So* kind and knowledgeable.I received texted updates, pictures, and care advice while away. When I had to extend my cat’s stay a day, Purrocious Styles got more of her food. I added on grooming to her last day, and when we picked her up, they had gifts for my cat and I :’)We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Today was my first experience dropping off my cat at Purrocious. Any apprehension I may have had evaporated immediately upon walking in the door! I was greeted by two smiling happy faces! The owner being one of them. Because their registration process before the appointment arrival is efficient and effective they had all my and my cats’ information in front of them in moments, also what I had requested to be done was available. All of which they confirmed before I left. They were careful and prompt to label his carrier. And confirmed they had my contact info should there be any questions or problems. The entire facility is delightfully decorated, clean and safe for the feline residents of the day or overnights. The reception area comfortably looking like a inviting homey living room! The boarding rooms and condo cages spacious, clean and well equipped to keep any cat comfortable and happy. And the most important …: my cat Buddy is as handsome as ever! Gorgeous! They gave him careful and appropriate grooming care and attention!!I am sooo pleased I have found this gem of a place!!

First experience there, where my boy did great through his bath/cut etc… perfect angel, mid-groom he decided he was done, he wanted no more & attacked LaDean! She didn’t want to stress him out so she had me pick him up and re-evaluate his next visit. She really tried to figure out what set him off!! Since they had some other cats who were aggressive come in that day, she was pretty sure that’s what changed his mood! In order to ease him back into the process, she suggested bi-weekly nail trims at a discount to socialize him. She’s beyond patient and follows the cat’s cues and will not push them past their comfort level or safety. Next trip back, he started to stress/freak out so she put a protective collar on him and had me come back and stand with him while she trimmed his nails. The next time, no collar was needed… still I stood by him to ease his mind. The third nail trim, even better!!! Baby steps to get him used to going in there and getting comfortable! Cats are a special breed, everyone knows how their moods can change and LaDean Truly has the patience for it. I appreciate her! And now when he wakes me up in the morning with a paw to my mouth, it’s no longer with sharp claws 😂

Purrocious was incredibly responsive and quick to get me in the books! The check in process was informative and seamless. I dropped my kitty off at 9am and received the text that she was done at 11:30am! She looks amazing and the groomer did a fabulous job. Bella loves her spa day at Purracious! She never runs away from her carrier b cause she knows she will come back home looking beautiful and well-groomed. Bella has long hair and it can become tangled very easily asily. And she knows how hard it is to get rid of hairballs. They can be nasty and hey ruin eating good catfood. Bella recommends Purracious unequivocally to all her cat friends! That’s why she rates it a “high five”!

I LOVE Purrocious and can’t imagine taking my feline babies anywhere else. On my very first visit, they sent us picture updates while he was at his appointment and when he came back he smelled soooo good and was so soft! I buried my face in his lovely treated fur. He used to get matted easily but between his first visit and his second visit, which were 8 weeks apart, he didn’t have any matting! Whatever they use is a miracle treatment! Haha. They are very communicative and easy to work with in terms of scheduling! Their salon is clean and smells wonderful! So grateful for Purrocious! 💕💕
