I like the variety Kroger offers. Good sale & coupon offers. Stock is not great for sale items as they sell out frequently. Produce department lacks. It's not as fresh and good quality as it once was. Often everyday produce is also out of stock. Irritated that the store changes floor plan. Glad they have aisle signs or I'd never find anything!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you shop this Kroger location you need to very carefully check the best by dates on everything. My previous visit every single package of organic tortillas was past the best by date by at least 2 months. This time, there were fruit cups with a best by date of September of 2023. They clearly do not stock shelves or rotate the stock correctly because there is no way something this far past the date should still be on the shelves. Pic of packaging and the difference between the expired fruit cup and one still good attached. You can see how much darker and rotten the expired one is.

I have been shopping at this store for years, and each visit it goes downhill. The staff is constantly rude and ignores you, you are always waiting in the lines forever and it’s a hassle to shop while there are carts everywhere and boxes all over from stocking. But today we as the last straw. Today I witnessed a lady shopping and get hit by one of the personal shopping employee and her large cart. This employee wasn’t paying even an ounce of attention to where she was going. Sad thing, the employee didn’t even care. To the lady’s child that was with her, I’m so sorry you had to witness that and hope you are both ok. And props to the mom who didn’t go off on the employee, I would have.When the employee pasted me, I asked her if the lady was ok, she shrugged and rolled her eyes.I felt like I was looking for a reason to shop elsewhere, and I found it. Kroger do better! Barbara, do better!

whats the point of self checkout if you dont have all the lanes open? tired of waiting 5 deep just to have the pleasure of scanning my own stuff. Also standing at the deli at 0858 just to have a staff member stop what they are doing and tell me they open @0900 then go back to what they are doing i mean really?

The tall, bald store manager is RUDE RUDE RUDE! He talks to customers very condescendingly and talks to employees like they are garbage, particularly towards the people of color that work there. Sad! Do better.

Always have good deals on pretty much everything and the fuel points really help with prices being so high, I do coupons on the app and it goes directly to my Kroger card and I really save a lot of money there

Love the great variety of products!Absolutely hate the attitude of front end staff, the staff were extremely rude.This grocery store actively mislabels the cost of products for what it is if you have the app so anybody who doesn't shop here often wouldn't know until they grabbed a flier or went to check out. Have never had a worse experience than this in my life at a store. Staff was unwilling to correct the issue and continued telling me to download the app and tried to convince me to stay, download the app and still get the items they had labeled as 3.99 on the aisle but we're actually 8.99 at checkout.If you're thinking about coming here I don't recommend it. Everything is asininely expensive and staff can't be arsed to be pleasant.

Stopped by for fried chicken at about 11AM. Only a few picked-over remained, could not hang around waiting for more to be prepared. Too bad, the chicken is usually very good... Upgraded the 4-Star. I do enjoy shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is tight during the busy times. Gourmet section often has some delicious samples. Cashiers are quick Kroger is quick to add cashiers when lines start to form.

I attempted to contact the manager about someone placing derogatory words on the cups in the miscellaneous aisle but was ignored. Kroger staff please know what’s going on in your store. Now I have to explain to my grandchildren what they saw.

Best grocery story near us. I tried the one on Mercury, it was not the same!The Kriger in Victory has a huge selection, and a decent meat counter.

Don’t get produce for pick up, my wife and I went there to pick up groceries and received moldy blueberries. I had received a credit refunded, but still giving 1 star for no attention to detail.

I worked in a grocery store and know the ins and outs of the grocery business…. this store is FAILING. there are constantly workers stocking during the busiest hours of business (most of this work should be completed BEFORE the store opens or AFTER the store close, so you are prepared for business), this makes shopping this store not enjoyable and stressful. there are always missing products on the shelf (too many to excuse). produce quality is also subpar compared to their competitors, probably because stockers do not want to the losses tagged on their department and just put out everything. they almost always only have 1-2 cashiers during the busiest times with the LONGEST lines, when EVERY check stand should be open to get customers out the door. and do not get me started on pickup orders…… i got a phone call today that my 6pm order wouldn’t be ready until 12pm tomorrow. mind you, the voicemail i was left was brief and not friendly. just disconnect the pickup service if/when you are short staffed or can’t meet customer needs, rather than inconveniencing your customers. sales and customer retention should be #1 on the priority list in the grocery business and i do not feel that is the case with this location.

I usually go to this store out of convenience. Lately it’s been going downhill. Every time I go to place a pick up order they call me 20 minutes before my time that it’s going to be HOURS later before they get order done. I was hung up on for just saying don’t you think that it’s a bit ridiculous that my 3pm order will not be ready until 8pm this last time. Every time you go inside the lines at either the normal checkout or self are backed up. Avoid this store if possible

I just left this store,, I was in self checkout scanning my items and here she come” are you bagging”but I’m not finished cause I have to put stickers on every item SMH!!! I said do what you gotta do, she said I’m just doing my job a girl got hurt the other night,, what does that have to do with me,,, I will not be returning to this store.1 star just to post.

I love Kroger. I do have to say that their bottom line store brand, in my opinion. Has sub par taste and quality. Go ahead and spend the extra to get the regular Kroger brand.

Rhonda is supposedly a manager here at Kroger. I went to bring it to her attention that an item was "marked" $3.99. Yet it rang up $4.99. She said it is correct. How so? How is an item marked one price but the cashier rings it up a dollar more. I guess the manager is looking for a bigger bonus. I would NEVER expect this here. Nice Rhonda!

Not the best of Krogers. The lines don't usually seem to have enough check-out folks or working Auto tellers. Today, I tried the drive-thru and waited 40 minutes until they told me that they were 4 hours behind and I'd have to come back the next day.

I went to Kroger this morning 3/11/2023. The last several times we have gone to Kroger it seems like things were going downhill a little. Well, today I had done my shopping and was pleasantly surprised that there was not super long lines to be checked out. Usually I have to use self check out because the other lines are so few and so long. I got in a line and a few minutes later a young man came and said he would take me in the next line. So I changed lines and loaded everything on the belt. This young man was so nice, kind and charismatic. He smiled and held a conversation as he scanned my items. I want to personally thank Timothy and let Kroger and his family know what a fanastic young man you have! He is amazing. Timothy thank you for brighting my day and many more years of enjoying Junior Mints!! Kroger is lucky to have you as an example of an amazing employee.

Refuses to open additional checkout lanes despite the line for the single open lane being 10 carts long and the store being otherwise empty. Will be shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely hate this store. The Managers are horrible. The remodel was completely unnecessary and makes shopping at this store unbearable and frustrating. Never any actual registers open with 40 self check out registers with "people monitors" standing around talking to each other and not paying attention to the Customers that need assistance. There are no indicators on the check out machines that show when a Customer needs help so you have to flail your arms to get someone's attention. The digital prices on the shelf are way to small to read and are hard to catch sales. Whoever came up with these ideas should be fired. Nothing good to say about this store.

Honestly I want to love this grocery store considering it is so close to me but the store is a mess. I have never seen employees so vocal about staffing shortages and lack of assistance from upper management. Every time I’ve come into this store, there are multiple managers standing around talking or wondering aimlessly throughout the store. I literally was just checking out, struggling to bag my own groceries with two toddlers in tow, as two mangers stood within arms reach and didn’t even offer to assist. Being in leadership myself, I understand that the only way to create a good team,is to lead by example and show others that you are there to assist them in times of need. The leadership at this store are epically failing their employees and the customers.

The new Kroger has gone downhill. They do not carry items they advertise, they are always out of advertised sales. I'm always told "we'll get a shipment maybe tonight". Some employees are confused with sale prices. Some items are not fresh in produce and even ice cream was old(it shrunk away from container). Long lines, empty shelves. I have emailed customer service and they say they will pass info on but I don't see any changes, and the list goes on. This is unacceptable to have bags of bread on floor!!!

I went to purchase some groceries tonight and witness the manager talking to a customer… Her facial expressions were unprofessional like she just ate something rotten all because the customer was voicing concerns that they did not have anybody checking anyone out only self check out. These large corporations are trying to save some cash by installing these self checkouts and taking away jobs. But they continue to raise their prices…

Poor professionalism. When it take 3 managers to put flowers out and no one to help people. Yet send you to an empty register. Then you get cashiers who say "you can wait".
