I have purchased 2 bikes from Hampton Roads Harley Davison and both times they have treated me right!! I can’t say enough about this crew, every single one of the people there treat you like family. I dealt with Matt this go round for my 2022 street Glide and he was great. If your looking for a new or used Bike you will not find a better dealer to purchase from !!! I mean being the oldest dealer in Virginia says it all, you don’t stay in business that long if you’re not doing things right !!!!

Not a bad place, except my stepson was there to buy a motorcycle and they were trying to give him interest rates that were sky high. My husband saw what they were doing and took the paperwork and miraculously had a better interest rate that was low. They also tried to add on other fees to his contract before he signed it. They will call/text you and your whole family to get you to come buy a motorcycle.They have a big selection of motorcycles and accessories, as well as clothing and gifts. They also have live music and food at times. Friendly staff definitely. Just watch yourself if you want to buy a motorcycle and compare prices online. That's another thing. They quoted my stepson one price and then the contract said another. ?????

Had a new 2 into one exhaust installed with a new air intake and screaming eagle tuner. Staff was professional and Wade the Certified Technician did a fantastic job. Walking in the doors of HRHD is like dropping in at your buddy's house. Everyone has a smile and a warm greeting. The bonus is they also specialize in everything HD. There's dealers all over, and everyone has their fave, but HRHD is really next level warm and welcoming. They also have a pretty cool HOG Chapter!

The sales staff were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, answering all my questions and walking me through the purchasing process. The selection was wide and knowing I would be limited to only one motorcycle made it difficult. I selected a 2002 Harley-Davidson FXDL Dyna Low Rider. While this bike may seem old to some it have very low mileage, a custom paint job (signed by the artist) and Chromed out. This year engine is rated as one of the best ever designed and made by Harley-Davidson and after taking her on the interstate I see why, her power is only limited to the number of state troopers on the road at the time. I do love this bike. This is not my only motorcycle, I also own a 1997 Honda GL1500C Valkyrie 6 cylinder, 6 Carbs, six pipes. Needless neither of my motorcycles are good on gas economy but again they are fun to ride and I ride all the time. The Dyna I purchased at Hampton Roads Harley in Yorktown and the Valkyrie believe it or not I purchased on eBay from a private owner. I am 67 and have been riding motorcycles since I was 14. I strongly recommend Hampton Roads Harley if you are looking for a motorcycle especially if you want a Harley-Davidson experience. Joel Kandra

Awesome staff here! We were helped by Cassie and she was great! Nice lineup of great Harleys and merchandise! We stopped in for some shirts for us and a friend in Colorado. He had spoken to Cassie who had the shirt he wanted waiting at the register and she knew just who we were coming in! So very nice! Highly recommend this place! Great patches too!

technicians have no clue what they are doing. brought my 2013 FLHTK to them with a check engine light throwing a code for a correlation error for the twist grip sensor. they have had the bike for a month+ now and they still have not fixed the problem yet they keep on throwing parts they "think" may be the problem so they have supposedly repinned the connector at the throttle body, replaced the twist grip sensor, "checked" for a bad spot in the harness, hooked up a used throttle body and now they say they "think" the ecm is no good. took it to them because the dealership should be the experts and most qualified to find and fix the cause of my issue yet I am being jerked around while they also try to sell me a new bike to "save me the headache"

Nice dealership! I happened to go when they were having an event. Live music, food, raffles and cool prizes, other vendors, and test rides. It was a really hot day though and the poor band didn't have many listeners outside. Big selection of new and used bikes. Very friendly staff. Really like H-D's program where you buy a certain bike and ride it for a year and will get the same value you paid for it applied to a new bike.

John and Adam are the best. Had my bike dropped up for 5k maintenance. Got it done fairly quick. Ended up being an issue when they were giving my bike back and they ensured to have the problem fixed without any extra charge. A big plus is that, my bike came back to me completely washed and shiny, with a couple black streaks I thought were permanent on the tops of my bags, gone. I def highly recommend this H-D.

Typical judge people by their looks and not their size of their wallet establishment. My boyfriend went in first to buy a bike, and ended up having to go back. I went with him the second time and told the guy to just give us the price and contract. He left us sitting for an hour claiming he was waiting on the parts guy to calculate the labor for the additional accessories. Ended up leaving and going to Bayside the next day, and was sold a bike. I'm a firm believer if you give me bad service coming thru your door, you're going to give me bad service once I walk out. They lost a sale, and if I am asked, I'm referring everyone to Bayside.

The staff at HRHD is awesome! I came in to look at a used bike that caught my eye. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jon, the sales guy, was great and after talking to him for a bit I saw the bike of my dreams fresh off the truck being photographed over by the bell. I checked it out and Chris ran some numbers and had me on the 2022 Streetglide special the very next day! Jake hooked me up with all the necessary parts and then I went to finalize the sale with Justin. He was great and very helpful getting through all the important stuff. My buying experience was awesome and I appreciate everyone that helped make it happen.

With the possibility of taking a job in the area, we naturally wanted to check out the surroundings. Part of the data gathering was visiting the few Harley dealerships nearby. Hubs had just purchased his first Harley and wanted to make sure the dealership we would be using was good (most have been in our experience). We visited Colonial HD on our way into town near the interview location and they were cool.We also thought we'd visit the Harley dealer near there in Yorktown. We were mostly just stopping in to grab a poker chip from that location.We were quickly greeted by Danni. She welcomed us, inquired what she could help with, and let us know that they were clearing the bikes out of the showroom and moving them outside (as this seemed odd) because they were having a blood drive tomorrow.We let her know that we had a job interview about an hour away and might be moving to the area so we wanted to stop in while we were here. Giving us a tour of the store, talking with us about our bikes and our experience, having me sit on a few models as we expressed that I was on the lookout for the future, and just making us feel very welcome, like we were old friends.We stopped into the store to get our poker chip and I managed to find a hat that fit me properly. (I have -serious- issues with finding hats that fit, and I had been trying desperately to find an HD one.) Not only did it fit, but I really loved it! I also grabbed a patch for my riding cut. Abby (sp?) in the store was a great help with our purchases.As we headed out, Danni came to see us out and encouraged us to come back tomorrow if we could before leaving town to donate blood.We got to the dealership the next day not long after the event kicked off. There were several people there already. Folks cooking burgers and hot dogs, a blessing of the bikes happening, a number of people donating blood already, and a generally awesome bustle going on; you could feel the energy.Danni was happy to help and got me set up with their microwave (I brought my own food to have after the blood donation-I have particular dietary needs). We were able to get seated to donate after a bit, had our snacks, and started to wrap up our stay. Aside from the awesome t-shirts that were part of the blood drive (seen in the picture above), the dealership also gave out $20 gift cards to be spent within the next week at the store. Sweet!! I found a couple of cool shirts and even hubs found a shirt he really liked.Danni was awesome enough to pose for the picture with me, hugging us, and sending us on our way.Thanks to Danni, Abby, and everyone here for making this trip a wonderful experience. If we move to the area, when the time comes to buy a Harley, I will be stopping here first!

Jon did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable with the process and explained everything to me so I would know what to expect. Todd made sure that all of the agreements were explained and made sure that everything I asked was put into place to make the process as easy as possible. I can not give this dealership enough stars!!!!! Tony our sales rep and Chris the sales manager were so amazing from start to finish. I had been looking for a 2022 Road Glide for my husband for weeks. We almost had a deal worked out with Richmond but after speaking with Tony at HRHD we couldn’t help but go with them.Not only did he get us WAY more for our trade but he was so much lower on the price of his bike from the jump, it would have been crazy to go anywhere else. Tony was on it from start and didn’t make us drive almost two hours to “get the deal done” he handled everything over the phone and on the internet, which can I add is a HUGE plus because we are small business owners and having to stop work to go to a dealership is not only a hassle but costly.Once we got everything done he told us to come pick my husbands new bike up at noon because they had it at their sister store and guess what….he was on point with his timing, we were 20 mins early but at 11:57 my husbands new baby rolled in on the truck.I can not say enough about how amazing working with HRHD was, Chris the sales manager also tweaked the deal to make it fit us because of a small confusing about the included Stage 1 kit.If you are ever in the market for a new bike don’t even waste time calling around to any other dealership just go here to HRHD and get everything you need.

I have a 2016 Harley Davidson road glide special. I ask the guy at the parts counter if he could get me a speaker cover for my saddle bag cause mines were dented inward. He didn’t put no effort in looking for them or bothered to ask none of his co workers for help. Clean store and very nice show case of bikes but your better off shopping online for parts lol. Just being honest.

This is, by far, the best location in the Hampton Roads area to purchase a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. They also have great apparel, and parts selections.The kicker though is the staff here, from the enthusiastic Jessica in sales, who seems to zoom in on your particular needs and wants, to ol' "Panhead" in accessories and clothing with her tough and wisened stories of the past. Steve, the floor manager who is honest, courteous, and a man of integrity. The folks in parts, the wrenches in the back, and a fantastic finance crew, you just can't get a more trustworthy group.I have dealt with all three major HD dealerships in the Tidewater area, and, believe me, THIS ONE is tops, hands down. Southside is decent, but Bayside ... Well not so good (bully tactics, upsells, you get the picture).Why go anywhere else? Hampton Roads Harley will do you right.
