High quality workmanship, that simple. From the beginning, Chelsey was thorough explaining scope of work and the overall process to fix a tear in my leather seat. When she came out she was nice, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The work honestly got finished faster than I expected which was great and I’d bet my money that nobody would be able to know there was a tear in the seat. Overall I’d recommend Fibrenew any day of the week. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to me again, but if it does I know who to call.

When you think furniture repair, you dread the wait time to get an appointment and the ordeal of having them come into your home. I sent the request Sunday and had an appointment first thing this afternoon.They are a fantastic family-owned husband and wife team who not only were friendly, they respected my home and removed their shoes, and did topnotch work on my sofa and pillow repair. What an amazing service!! Where have you been all my life this has just been the best experience. I had a stain on my car's leather seat and I think I was making it worse by cleaning it. They offered the suggestion to go ahead and dye the leather I was a little concerned if it would match but I had to just trust. So I left them alone they let me know when they were done I came out and voila it was perfect! I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. It's just such a neat service they come right to you! I also love that they are passionate about their business and helping to decrease items in the landfill by repairing versus dumping. Robert & Chelsey took my 30 year old leather sofa & club chair & made it look new! They are a personable team and explain thoroughly the process.Service is incredible - from in-home estimate, to execution of the cleaning & renewal with personal delivery of our furniture - they took care of everything & everything went smoothly.Our furniture needed light repair as well. They stitched a seam, inspected the support systems and replaced the cushions - we no longer sink into the center! The aniline leather is soft and supple, and we are completely amazed!I highly recommend using these products & people!.

They set about their work which was carried out with precision and attention to detail.Upon completion they both has me inspect their work.The pull handel installed on my recliner worked flawlessly. Better than new.In the case of my paint stained leather drivers seat, they saved me a large sum of money by pointing out the portion of the restoration process already completed had fully restored my truck seat.So no further bells & whistles were needed.So that cost was subtracted from the initial estimate.Their honesty is both rare and refreshing.This business put their customers first. The Doctor is in the house! 2007 Mustang GT ‘vert that had driver’s side seat seam splitting with age. No one in northern VA where we were living at the time was interested in repair but found Fibrenew doing a search here in Hampton Roads. Got a solid estimate and a quick date with repair at our home. Arrived on time and completed the repair in 4.0 condition. Final bill matched estimate - strongly recommend this new company and will be my first call for any other repair work in the future!

These folks were able to give me an estimate based on my pictures. Once we made an appointment, Chelsey (one of the owners) came to my house and worked on the project (a large burn hole in a leather car seat). It was all so easy. The finished job was beautiful. Unless you know where to look you would never know there had been a hole in the seat. And even when you do know where to look, you might not be able to spot where it was repaired. Chelsey was so sweet and accommodating and very good at what she does. I'm VERY impressed and happy!

Fibrenew is a wonderful company. They came to my home examined my chairs said they could clean them and quoted me a price. Two days later they came back on time took about 45 minutes and I had 6 dining room chair cushions that looked brand new. You could never tell they had been stained. They saved us a lot of money as I thought we might have to replace the chair cushions because of the stains. They are very passionate about their work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fibrenew Hampton Roads came out to my home to repair a recliner for me. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and they were right on time. They came with everything needed for the repair. Robert and his wife are a team and worked together Harmoniously, and professionally in making the repairs to my chair. When they had torn the chair down they found some manufacturers problems which they also repaired at no cost to me. They replaced all the foam in the recliner seat as well even though the problem they came to fix was in the leg rest. They went Way above the requirement they were there to fix, but because of their need to have things done right and their open desire to strive for perfection they did all this additional work without any cost to me. Needless to say, when they left my recliner was better and more comfortable than when I bought it new. This young couple who also own Fibrenew Hampton Roads are to be commended for their integrity, and their honest way of doing business which is not found too often.in today’s businesses. I proudly recommend them to anyone needing their many different types of specialties that I was amazed they did.
