I live less than a mile away from this location so it was my go to, I would go here for years. That said, however I took almost a year off from ordering here. Coffee would taste horrible, food would be either burnt or underdone, and it was just terrible. I'm not big on complaints, I just take my business elsewhere (besides, when i tried to contact corporate with pics, I got no response.) Fast forward to more recently I've been going back. Coffee has been a hit every time, the girls working there are sweet, and even the food I order has been good again! I came here to write the review about something else: ice water. In the time I've been away I've been going to other coffee places: Starbucks, 7 brew, etc. I like water with my coffee and I usually bring my own however sometimes time doesn't allow so I order one from wherever I'm at. I'm NEVER charged for water. Today I go to Dunkin and they say they have to charge for water. Cool, it's 1.11. Still kind of cool but 1.11 is steep for sink water and regular ice. The kicker was, it's a medium cup. I get we have to maximize profit or whatever but SINK WATER??? They say this is a corporate decision and had I had the time I'd have gone in and spoke in person (they said they were in today). My other thing about this is: if we're gonna charge, can we add a cup of water to the app? I have to order it in person because there isn't an option for it.

Not sure how long Maggie has been working here but please do not lose her! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. She truly is outstanding!!! I barely do Dunkin, but today she made me want to come back all the time!!

I'm thrilled they have the maple frosted donut back. That said, I stood in line inside this location for 10 minutes waiting to order. That's not the issue I had. The issue is, during that 10 minutes, not one of the 4 employees working so much as acknowledged my existence or the existence of the people in front of or behind me. There was no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," no glance of apology. The first words I heard were when someone finally came to take the order of the woman in front of me.I get that the drive thru line was busy, but you can't simply ignore a person like you ignore a car. Unacceptable. I'll be going elsewhere for the maple frosted during the season. I won't be making any other stops or purchases from an establishment that doesn't seem to want me there.

Waste of money, ordered a hot latte with sugar. There was no sugar, and the latte was COLD. Even the foam was cold. YUCK!!! Tasted as they had poured whatever coffee they had laying around.I rarely eat out as it's a special treat. I'm so disappointed.

Terrible service when she was taking our order she starting laughing in the middle of it. I had a mobile order and my boyfriend ordered at the speaker she told me they didn’t have crossaints, i said ok i will take it on a bagel she tells me she only has one sesame seed bagel i said okay can i get it on an english muffin and she says yes my boyfriend orders a sandwich on a english muffin also, we get the window and she tells us they don’t have english muffins or bagels defrosted so we have to get it on sourdough. she asks is that okay? i already paid for my order online so we both said that was fine. she hands us our food we thank her and she says nothing back. i open my food i take a bite of my sandwich and the bread is very hard and my boyfriends sandwich is half sausage and half cheese witch egg it wasn’t even fully assembled this isn’t the first time i’ve had problems with this location i would give zero stars if i cpu

Had an awful experience here, and the lady was so rude. Slamming windows, sighing heavily when taking my order, not giving me a price or a receipt, didn’t even want to hand me my order, much more wrong and things that happened, and I had to make my first complaint to corporate ever about someone ever. I hadn’t even complained or said anything to them about the treatment and she was just really, really rude. Just go up the road to the other Dunkin.

This particular store has serious customer service issues. The previous manager Amy quit a while back. Lucy was very hostile, throwing my order at me was completely uncalled for. Now today this manager took monies from me for an order that she will not refund. I am done with this store, I have given them so many opportunities to make it right but the failure level is insane. When filing assault charges against the store manager is under consideration I will pass on the stress and the ability for Dunkin to deliver any kind of customer service.

Long wait in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead. Out of most donuts which I wasn’t too surprised as it was afternoon but at the window I was handed the wrong order and charged for it. There didn’t seem to be any record of my order. A lot of confusion when trying to get my corrected order. Spent about 25 minutes total for a drink and a donut.

Only had 1 bad experience here. Otherwise this is where I go to get a morning coffee.Edit: Jordyn was the best Dunkin’ employee ever on my last trip here. Changed review to 5 stars because of her excellent customer service.

Is zero stars possible ? I stopped here a few weeks ago to pick up an app order. The drive thru line didn’t move for 10 minutes so I went in. The employee at the counter aggressively (actions tone etc) told me he couldn’t make my food bc they had no gloves but if I wanted him putting his hands on my food he would do it and he just kept saying it over and over and the other guy back there just watched. I was just so confused and he started laughing at me. I was holding my baby. I didn’t understand the aggression and the anger and I was never rude at all. I took the coffees they had already made and asked for a refund for the rest which he said he didn’t know how to do so I just left while I listened to him laugh about how “dumb” I was with a DoorDash driver. I disputed the charge on my card and I’ll never go back.

I come to this Dunkin' quite a lot. Recently I have not been impressed with the service. Today I came by and saw a long line of cars so I waited. Once I got to the ordering station no one answered after a couple minutes I pulled up to the window to see that the shop was dark, no one was inside. Put a sign up if you decide not to open that day instead of having your customers wait in a long line only to find no one in the building. I also have experienced the dunkin' employees making customers wait to take their order for minutes at a time. The longest I had to wait was about 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry to go somewhere I do not suggest stopping at this dunkin'. Like I said, I come here quite often but I think I will be taking my money elsewhere.

The manager needs to stop yelling at her employees not only in front of customers but in general.. given the other reviews about her this doesn’t seem like a rare occurrence either. 2 stars for the cashier who managed to keep her composure while being yelled at because I wouldn’t have been able to do the same

2/7/23 back to being short staffed. Only serving one car at a time. So all other cars having to wait until each order is complete.1/10/23 New staff does not know how to make iced coffee drinks. The drinks taste like milk with absolutely no coffee. My coffee was made twice and it still wasn't right. I won't be back for a while. I'm heading back to the other Dunkin on 17.

This business is very unprofessional and needs to close. I go there around 6 something on 10/1/22, get to the window all I hear is someone clicking the speaker before they asked to take my order, it took awhile before someone came on, then when the young man ask to take my order all you could here is laughing. I proceeded not to waste my money on this business. This place needs to close. Will not recommend to no one. Very disgusting to not have professional customer service skills.

Maggie is amazing, just have to say this first and foremost! She is super sweet, they did not have my drink I wanted and she went above and beyond to accommodate my request. When pulling up to the drive-thru she is Is beyond professional, and she has made going to this location worth it every time.

Every time I come to this location the two managers who are the older ladies are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. The young workers are always so kind but the managers are terrible. They interrupt when you’re talking and give you attitude and make snarky comments and talk to their younger employees the same exact way. I’m about to never return to this location even though it is a convenient spot for me.

My girlfriend and I just stood at the counter to order for 10 minutes and we're not even acknowledged by the staff. They were too busy taking drive-thru orders and doing other things. We understood they had things to do but they could have at least acknowledged us and taken our order. They weren't even busy. And they were low on inventory to. They need to get a much more efficient system.

Why would you "clean your ovens" during operation hours? This should be done before or after closing, went to this location as well as the one down the street, both gave me the same excuse. That was just today. Half the time I go to this location they are out of the food I try to order.....surprised they haven't run out of coffee yet. Sounds like Maggie is this locations only hope. The 2 stars is for always having the coffee I want, at least they are doing something right.
