The people working at this location need a lesson in how to talk to and treat customers. I went in yesterday to get a few things and asked to “look” at a weekend newspaper because I wanted to see if it had coupons. They keep them behind the counter. The rude guy working there said I couldn’t look at it unless I purchased it. So again I politely asked if I could stand there right in front of him just to look and see if there were coupons in it. Or if he could just look and tell me. And again he said no, with an attitude, that I had to buy it first. He made me feel like a thief or something! So I left and took my business to the Dollar Tree in Grafton where they know how to treat their customers. I definitely don’t plan on going to this location again!

I wish I could negative star this place. Every time I go it's always some rude woman running the "Manager" role and completely unprofessional and rude. They never have any idea there's a huge line until it half way back to the store. Today was especially bad. Most definitely the WORST experience I've ever had. I had two returns and they apparently don't do refunds so as instructed I chose two exchanges but that wasn't enough. She not only refused my exchanges but also told me I needed a Manager and then yelled at me that she " knows what she's doing". I will never go back to that store. They should just close it since absolutely NO ONE there seems interested in selling anything.

Very nice store, very organized. But the line was a mile long with only one cashier working. I actually went in the back and asked another worker to come open up another register open which she finally did but not until after she took her time. She was kinda rude about it when I asked her to open up another register also. Customers in line, about 20 os us, thanked me for asking.

The store “manager” at this particular dollar tree is incredibly unprofessional. I’ve been in here multiple times, he’s not great with treating customers with kindness. An evening I went in there a customer referred to a cashier as a slur while the manager stood by and giggled. How does a manager watch their employees fall victim to a hate crime and stand by and do nothing? This is by far the most unprofessional dollar tree I have been in to.

Awful service here. Young man didn't have on a name tag. He completely mistreated an older customer who could not reach the product he wanted to purchase. When the older gentleman reached the front counter, he asked the associate if he could get the item down, and the cashier completely ignored the older gentleman. When the customer asked if he was going to help, cashier's responds, "I heard you. $6.84." Another customer went to the aisle and retrieved the item for him. As a former employee, I know working at the dollar tree is difficult and thankless, however you should not take this out on the customer. You never know who is watching.

Fave place for QUICK reasonable pick •ups!( As pictured )This place had Plenty of D.Y.S gift's 🎁 candy, cleaning products for $1.25 (as you know they raised the prices)But still most things good quality!Being that its Christmas was a lil conjested!

Amazing shopping experience! The reason I went to the Tabb store was to buy a shower back brush.There was not one on display so I asked Octavia if she could help me. She went to the backroom and moments later came back with a whole box in which I could choose from.Of course, I bought two clear ones. Though there was a blue ones I could have also purchased.The employees I dealt with were very professional and helpful.This is my go to place for everything. 🏅

Cramped place, merchandise was everywhere, they had 3 shopping carts available for patrons. The rest were used by their inventory. Rather than ringing me up right away, these 2 cashiers decided to discuss if they had each other's phone number. By the time they figured it out, the line was quite long. I really really like the dollar tree but not this one.

As a kid my dad would always get a surprise bag for my sister, himself, and I. We grew up poor, but I never realized it until I was older. Still, the dollar grab bags were the highlight of my childhood. Sometimes it's nice to relive the memories since he's passed.

Shopping was easy, no issues with moving through the store. Not everything I had on my list was available, but that's normally not too much problem, since there are plenty of other local outlets to check..

Please get self checkout. The lines are ridiculous and alot of your cashiers constantly cough and sneeze while ringing up my items.

The line here is always extremely long. They really need more cashiers. This is a very busy store and really need more people to help on the floor and on registers. Otherwise, good products and selection.

It's like any other Dollar Tree. Everything is cheap ($1) which means you'd have to expect cheap quality so don't be suprised when your new glow in the dark lamps breaks in under a week. Of course it's always fun to take a look and see what you can use for parts if you're into that kind of thing.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was required to leave the store without items I paid for because I did not have time to wait for them to contact their help line. Not once did the employee or manager apologize for the mistake that they made or demonstrate concern for their customer.

Always great deals at dollar tree. This one is kept pretty clean and usually pretty well stocked. It isn't the biggest dollar tree, but it usually has what you're going for.

Unhelpful layout! Half the gift bags up in store left front corner behind registers, other half in in back right corner (extreme opposite corner) along with wrap and tissue paper! Not good for us older and less well folks! Staff nice though.

Worst visit ever! Because I had opened $1 item the cashier stated it could not be returned. Well these were swim googles that could not be adjusted and of course could not be found out until they'd been opened.
