Loved it!! Very surprised at the big selection of food - burgers to banana splits, salads to chicken nuggets, they even had fish sandwiches and a freezer full of whole cakes! Spotless restroom, orders filled very rapidly, friendly staff. Always busy, long drive thru lines that move quickly.

So this new DQ still has some growing pains. We've been a couple of times now bc who doesn't love DQ soft serve?The first go round was right after they opened and the mobile app wasn't working and we went through the drive through. And it was a mess. Every part of the order was wrong.This time we thought we'd check out the inside. You can place you order easy enough, but any customization make it difficult for them to close the order. And some time they were finally able to figure out how to close the ticket so I could pay. We both ordered the same chicken box with sundae. Only one sundae was plain. And we got the ice cream to make later. The site is still pretty clean since it's a new build. Some of the tables have outlets for you to plug your devices to charge, even USB ports. Basic condiments and napkins are on the tables. Your drink station is self serve after you get your cup. However, I found the selection to be extremely limited in that regard. You had a few choices of soda, like coke, and orange soda. But over half of your choices were greyed out (not able to select). There were no diet selections. There was one sparkling water selection. I feel for that they would have been better to have your basic drink dispenser with your 5 choices than a giant machine and still only 5 choices. But that's me.Our timing was right after they opened for the day, and somehow or fries and chicken were old. They do bring it to your table if you eat in the store. They give you a number to put on your table. When we finished our main course, I went up to have the ice cream made. Here's the thing... The problem from getting the ticket to close, you have to have one of the toppings put on the sundae then it marked plain. Guess what we got. Not ice cream in a cup, but a chocolate sundae. At this point they were getting busy and it was not worth it to get another one. So, even though it does seem like some things might be getting better and I'm sure that many others are having much better experiences for us I will probably pass on this DQ and stay with the one on Warwick. Edit: Still has amazing service and food, and they keep it clean. The drive-through is build well enough that there is never a long line, and they move quickly. The cheese curds are still the best thing on the menu.Old review: This location is fairly new, so things run smoothly, and the food and ice cream are all delicious

Went there twice. First time, Wonderful! Excellent! Thrilled to finally get a hot, fresh burger at a drive thru!. Went a second time. Given my milkshake at drive thru, on my way--all good. At home, removed milkshake from the napkin, what is clinging to the bottom of cup and on napkin? Black, curly, what appeared to be pubic hairs, obviously placed there by one of the juveniles who work there, and Wife and I have not been back since.

There's one girl in particular that works the headset that likes to loudly make fun of customers while they're at the window thinking that they can't hear her but I can hear her perfectly clearly. It seems Dairy Queen doesn't appreciate people spending money at their business, and would rather insult its regulars. I won't be coming back anymore.

Facility was clean and brightly lit. Outdoor seating area tables were large and inviting. The manager seemed diligent, keeping track of staff, but also cleaning the outdoor patio, himself. Cashiers were polite, food came quickly. Food tasted, felt, and looked as good as fast food ought. Good experience.

Great service, we did the drive thru for ice cream. employees were very friendly and professional. If you go make sure you round up for charity. The new Churro dip for the ice cream is amazing.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids.

I would give this place 5 stars, they just opened and there’s a lot of pluses! Friendly staff, convenient location, delicious treats! Our only issue has nothing to do with the food or people, it’s the parking lot. We parked, walked in to get ice cream, and tried to leave but got trapped in by the long line. Careful where you park! People will just keep adding to the line. I can see this being a bigger issue during the summer which is why I chose to bring it up now. Worth fixing before then! Also please add an Orange Julius if it’s possible!

My son and I have been here a few times since it opened. Based on the lines, it was a good choice for the space. The line did move quickly, the staff is friendly and no issues with our order. The only complaint I have is with the location of the drive thru speaker system. Highway 17 is mere feet from the drive-thru. It is almost impossible to hear that tiny speaker and there is no screen so you can verify your order. I am a bit surprised this was not discovered during the planning stage.

AWFUL. Didn't mind the long line and expect glitches early on BUTOrder was wrong. It was read back to us correctly. To start with NO Orange Julius which was disappointing but ok. We ordered 2 chili dogs with mustard ketchup and onions and chili dogs are 2 for 5.00. We ordered 1 chili dog with cheese. We ordered 2 drinks. What we GOT: Neither drink had a single cube of ice. We got only two chili dogs which had cheese and ketchup. So they were not right and only two. They gave us the two drinks for free not the two chili dogs for $5. We were charged $5 each. The third one did not appear on the receipt despite the order taker including it when she read back the order. The worst thing...no way to fix it. The line was still out to 17. The phone number on the receipt was for corporate which was closed. The phone number on the website was disabled. Finally, we were told at checkout to go to the site at the bottom of the receipt to fill out a survey for a free small blizzard The link only opens the main site with no other link to any survey. It will be a good while before we come back.

Never again! Diarrhea, stomach cramps and vomit! First off I don’t like Dairy Queen because the ice cream don’t taste like it did years ago so I decided to try the food. I ordered a hotdog with chili and fries because the majority of fast food places in Yorktown, the food is cold, take forever to get your food, get the wrong order or Machines are down. I thought Williamsburg fast food was bad! Yorktown got them beat!
