Where is that tall guy? Sadly, I forgot his name. He has great customer service skills. Always provide a smile. I went in today. The lady to my left has great customer service. The lady to my right. She lacks so much of it. I refrained myself from laughing in her face.

***Who would go to 7-11 for a skinny hot dog?***Ehh, I used to go to this 7-11 all the time when I lived in Grafton about 5 years ago. Since that time it has seemingly gone down hill a bit.Just always appears cramped, and a bit unkept.But specifically I went here with my daughter on the night of August 9th, 2022. It was about 8:30, and the only hot dogs they had were the really skinny kind. Who would go to 7-11 for a skinny hot dog?

I live right across the street from this store. And I come in all the time. Everyone is FANTASTIC.... but I just went in there today after work (aug 11th. @ 3:50pm) and the girl behind the register was RUDE. And I don’t like that at all. I come in there spend my money, and act very polite and she acting like she hates her job and her life.

I have worked in customer service a while ago and I don’t care for the workers that gave me the poorest customer service this morning. I came in asking for something from the hot grill and instead of saying good morning how can I help you or what would you like, I got a really nasty attitude voice from a heavy set white lady, rudely asking me what do you want? What do I want? I want you to get a better attitude that’s what I want Is what I should’ve said. But I got my food and got out. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location will not return.

Literally The Best 7-Eleven in Virginia!!! I’m AD Air Force and they have given me so much love. Their always clean and friendly to everyone. All 7-Elevens should take notes on how this one is ran! And it’s my favorite spot for coffee. Thank You!!!! -#NautiFish

Id write negative 0 if I could the so called illiterate flamboyant for lack of a lesser word manager James Macain was beyond rude..Wouldn't help his worker and instead of helpin kept saying next guest next...After multiple times of ignoring her and I I said something and then he gets ghetto and loud when asked can you you not type in a number for account...Gets louder about the barcode and I state it has numbers so enter them he then tells me I'm dumb and I'm a idiot I explain he is dumb for moving to the next guest vs ringing up a free coffee with the number ..I start recording him and leave the product and it spills so he goes on a drama rampage on the camera and I state you name and how rude you are are to.Don't be made you work here vs getting a education that allows you to enter a barcode by hand..Calls me all types of names and he'll get my plates and so on and we can go all day.. I state I don't argue with ghetto nor ignorant people and the bad word for it and said have a blessed day..He then goes enjoy your coffe then starts to follow me.. Like a creepy old pervert..
