I stopped here to get a license plate light after the Loves in West Virginia would not sell me one over the counter in their garage. They wanted to charge me a half hour labor to put it on. Nicole the girl that was working was extremely helpful and got me right what I needed. TA made a good choice when they hired her as she went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The guy in the garage even loaned me some wire strippers and electric tape and wire. One of the most helpful group of people I've met in a long time.

Screen on gas pumps are out, well at least one of them. The lady manager here that was on duty is very rude, bathrooms were dirty, may be cheap on gas, but definitely bankrupt when it comes to customer service. They don’t have a clue, would advise avoiding at all cost.

Nice place friendly staff. Showers are in very good shape. The laundry room is very small and inconvenient for folding clothes.

This gas station was selected because there was a 6c rebate on fuel thanks to the Upside program. Otherwise, I probably would have continued onwards.Since they also service trucks, it was easy to get in and get lined up to a fuel pump. The gas flowed quickly, the receipt printer worked well and a few days later, I received the expected rebate. I did not have a need to go inside today.They share the building with Taco Bell, Popeye's and Subway so if you're looking for food at the same stop, there you go.

Great snacks and average restrooms. We got gas and got quick things. It was a bit busy with a lot of trucks but not bad at all. The gas was the average price for the area too.

Overall pretty nice truck stop. Sells beer. The inside is well laid out with a lot of different products. Clean store Hard to get to from I81N, and the parking lot is jacked. Coming from the fuel island most of the pay-to-park spots are blind side back. Nothing like paying for a pain in the a** spot at the end of a long day. The only free spots are in the back lot, and they fill up fast. Parking area/grass was surprisingly clean.

DO NOT BUY A T BONE STEAK!! I guarantee they paid 2$ for it and charge you 25$ Worst steak I have ever put in my mouth. Thin and rubbery. I should have read the reviews. The staff was nice, though.

Did a 10 here 🚛The lower parking lot is a nightmare!The top part of the parking lot isn’t so bad.They have security that will come around to make sure people that are parked in reserved spots have paid.They have beer 🍺There is a subway, Taco Bell and Popeyes for food. Unfortunately, the subway was closed during my visit.They also had several things in the hotbox for dinner and for breakfast. 🍔There are 2 sets of bathrooms. 🚽There is a postal box by the 4 wheeler entrance to send out mail. ✉️Many spots to walk dog 🐶

These people are lazy at this location here for a p.m. no one in the door, sat here for one hour then they told me to come to the door. All the workers are walking past me, smoking cigarettes and laughing with each other as if I don’t exist going on our three lady at the dust what’s going on she said, the tech will tell me when to come in, so why call me tell me to come to the door just to sit here and wait for another two hours ?

Busy truck stop. Restaurant is closed but the other three fast food are open. Seating area was very dirty. The fast food, especially taco bell is extremely high priced, just for the convenience of it being close to the interstate and gas (ridiculously inconvenient prices if you ask me, $3 plus for a soft taco).

Looking for a place to rest. RV towing a Jeep with 4 wheels down, I need pull thru parking. The few they have were full and have to pay for it. At the exit south of here the Lowe's has bars across the entrance at 12' so nothing large can get in. Also the Walmart has no over night parking signs everywhere. Place was clean.

T/A needs to update/remodel most of their locations. They also need to do a better job of reviewing their employees as some have a careless attitude that sometimes comes with union employment. This is why lots of the coming generations of truckdrivers prefer Pilot/Flying J and Love's truckstops over T/A. Maybe the BP buyout of T/A will improve them over time .

Used to sell nice little turkey dinners for drivers on Thanksgiving. I was looking forward to one all day on the road. Was told “we don’t do those anymore”. Thanks, TA. It’s hard enough working on a holiday and being away from family. Now you take away the only bright spot of the day.

The Taco Bell prices are absurd!!!!! The TA Taco Bell located in Wytheville, VA has the Fiesta Veggie Burrito priced at $3.79. At participating Taco Bell locations it is $2.00 and non-participating Taco Bell locations it is $2.29. The photos show the listed price at the Wytheville TA Taco Bell on 4/7/23 and the other photos with the lower prices were at a Taco Bell inside the Pilot truck stop in Haubstadt, IN on 4/8/23. The TA Taco Bell in Wytheville (owned and operated by TA Operating LLC) should be ashamed of themselves!

Just now , I have bought a tea on my own bottle and the agent charged me $2 for that ! I thought it is free as I was refilling on my own bottle ! Pilot and Loves , they have never sold a tea if you are using your own bottle

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They have multiple typed of coffee and lots of coffee creamer. My son had fun looking through their snacks and toys and got a claw hand (we are on a long road trip).I saw that there is a Popeyes/Taco Bell/IHOP right next door so that's pretty awesome. We only stopped for coffee and the restrooms (which were clean).

Take care all drivers and owners operator yesterday I got scammed from TA inside , when I parked I scratch the back cover of the mirror , so I stopped and try to found the driver for handled that but he not inside the truck so I forwarded and parked on the pumper for not blocking the way and returned back for check to him, Suddenly two men's working in TA come and said we saw you hit and run and we wetness about that and asked abandon the testimony, in other words, they don't talk about it again , so I said I am here not hit and run and you can calling the police and can doing a report.After that the police come and he was fair and siad you (TA) said when you calling the driver he hit and run but he is here front off me so he didn't make a report because this scratch and I handled with the driver and everything is well .So this two men's in TA stay outside to monitoring the drivers when parked for if touching other truck , coming to you and making this drama to get something from you so take care about that and I didn't understand how TA still keeping like this people because the drivers was told me this not first time they doing that .Finally I writing that to alert of the drivers of the fraud of these two people working inside .I attached the scratch for all drivers understand what a boutique drama they want maked to me but the other driver and I behaved in a relaxed way away from these scammersThanks

Good truck stop, i give it 3 stars just because i like privacy while sitting down taking a cr.. the stools have about 2 inch gap, the urinals are so close to each other with no divider. And the fast food need to pick garvage more often, when i got there i notice the garbage containers were full. I spent an hour, making a line, ordering sitting i left and the containers couldnt hold anynore garbage in them i mean really?

Always stop here on trips north on 77. Cheap gas, friendly clerks who give updates about road and tunnel closures, clean restrooms, large convenience store with souvenirs, large parking let, and multiple restaurants.

I love this very convenient stop! They have some of the best restaurants. But today I realized just how wonderful this place is. I go in to get lunch and there is a gentleman who is washing the chairs. I mean from top to bottom. That is such an awesome gesture towards cleanliness!

Most stupid truck parking design I've ever seen. More than half parking spots are blind side parking and super tight.I've been there 4 times, and each time, I've seen that one truck hit another, and there's either highway trooper or sheriff.

Always stop here on my trips between Georgia and WV as it's a nice halfway point to gas up and get some food/snacks and a really quick on/off stop from I-77. Usually very clean with a good stock of goodies and drinks. Service can be a bit slow especially if they are busy. Last couple of times I've stopped they've had one cashier with a pretty long line plus truckers trying to get their fuel outside the normal customers, which can make it a bit of a longer stop than need be if you are trying to make good time on your trip. Overall though it's a great little spot to take a breather and refuel, several fast food stops inside as well if you want something like Taco Bell or Popeyes.

Was very disappointed they replaced the Country Pride Restaurant with ihop. My Big steak omelette was very good, but my wife’s blueberry pancakes were over saturated with blue berries that the middle of the pancake did not cook. Service was horrible, our waitress had to be reminded by a supervisor we were out of drinks. Everything seemed unorganized. As we stepped up to the register to pay, our waitress was standing there cashing out one of her customers, we stepped up to pay and she walked away. The hostess informs that our waitress has to cash us out, I say to the hostess she just walked away. 🤦🏻‍♂️The truckstop men’s room is not maintained, it was horrible.
