FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN TO THIS STORE IN MY HOME TOWN ! MY SON GOT HIM SOME COLORED T SHIRTS WE HAVE FOUND...THE ONE WHERE I LIVE AT IT'S DIRTY & YOU CAN'T USE THE BATHROOM IN THE STORE.. THIS ONE IS A LOT BETTER WITH WHERE I LIVE AT..WILL BE BACK THE NEXT TIME I'M AROUND WYTHEILLE.

I absolutely love Roses Department Store in Wytheville, Virginia but I live about an hour away from Wytheville and the only day I can shop there is on Sundays. I get mislead each and every Sunday when u google hours. I don't get to go very often so I forget the Sunday hours. But I call the store, recording said closes 8pm. I google hours , Google says 8pm closing. I drive 45 minutes and think u have a good hour to shop but yet it's closed at 7pm again!!!!! I mean for just kind manners on someone like me wasting valuable time and gas for absolutely nothing?!?! I had returns to .make and several items to purchase that I can o ly find at this store and thus trip...I'm OUT RSGED!! WHY DOES EVERY COMMUNION EFFORT SAY THE WRONG TIME AND IM THE ONLY ONE IT SEEMS TO INCONVENIENCE???

Wow. I stopped in after they had just opened and wasn't overly impressed. We went in to just look around and bought several items and plan to go back. Rugs, clocks, shirts...a few items that were great deals.

Affordable prices , quick checkout , friendly & courteous staff.However every time I have visited the restroom it was horrible experience.It looks & smells disgusting.

Need to put prices on all the merchandise half of it don't have prices and then it's a guessing game there at the end when you have to go up there and pay for the items people like to know the prices before they arrive at the cash register not for it to be a surprise on them how the price is

Wasn't like any Roses I've ever been in, it was so different, like they moved into a warehouse and didn't have enough stock to fill it.The employees are wonderful and very helpful.Will be going there again.

This is 1 of my favorite stores. They have a great selection of items and amazing prices on everything. The staff is friendly and helpful and are like extended family.

Shopped at newly-opened Rose's in Wytheville. Extremely pleased with clerk who truly helped us over several departments. Prices were *very* competitive! I'm disabled, so the available electric scooter was much appreciated.

Store is still well organized with resonable prices and quality merchandise. The store was pretty busy with only one cashier in a Sunday afternoon, so wait ti checkout was a bit long. Otherwise plesant experience.

Stopped by here at 5:45pm and the Google/Rose's Wytheville Va website said they close at 8:00pm. Got out of my vehicle and the woman smoking out front said that they were closing in 15 minutes. Hell of a way to run a business. Will contact the corporate office and will not return back.

Big ups for an interesting experience at this particular Rose's. I was getting my items checked out when I witnessed a grotesquely overweight man barge into the store in a rage screaming at the top of his lungs. Something about someone named Liquid Richard?? The employees didn't flinch so l assumed this was normal behavior. He then started harassing the customers trying to sell us vacuum cleaner parts, when an employee tried to calm him down all he said was "look here dude, I hope your family dies in an automobile wreck". I hope this encounter was an isolated incident in this fine establishment. Btw Shout out to Lummox and Stigz, Gustavo, Webby, and Carlitos. Real talk

Was in Rose's yesterday there was an older gentleman that was a cashier he went and got a bottle of cough syrup off the shelf himself I think if he was sick he shouldn't be handing people money and purchases
