This is the best Pilot station. We stop here frequently when traveling north from South Carolina. The staff is always super friendly, the bathrooms are clean, the Dunkin coffee station has many great choices for flavoring your coffee and always clean and fresh.

Showers are very well clean, and you can tell immediately when you walk in. Water pressure is powerful as well. Hats off to this facility for caring about our drivers. Also has plenty of parking outside.

Pilot Travel Center in Wytheville, VA is a nice place to make a pit stop if your travels take you through this part of Virginia. The snack and food selection is plentiful. The restrooms are moderately clean. And don't forget to take in the view from the back of the parking lot. This is a very pretty area.

One of the best pilots on the interstates! Clean, friendly and well kept atmosphere here. Truck parking is decent for a pilot. Showers weee amazing with pressure and temperatures that maintained their performance! Will definitely be back as I’m through there occasionally

i have never left a review on any store before, especially a Pilot, but this store was redeeming enough to where I feel compelled to give this place a moment. When i say that not only me, but the rest of these reviews saying this pilot is the best, they’re damn right y’all. Everybody was awesome and The Dunkin Donuts coffee was very good, they brewed it fresh upon request with no problem at all and were very nice. There weren’t any donuts on Sunday but I wasn’t too worried, they was very friendly. I got the Spicy Wings and some Mashed Potatoes and it was great!! Pilot’s food differs here and there but this was prepared with love y’all. Amber, Jasmine, Steven, and CJ were hard at it and I was glad to have picked the pilot over the other four stops on the exit. My only complaint was the donuts but that wasnt that badg. I’ve been to tons of Pilots in my years but my time off the road has never been as great as this store. Cheap cigs, good food, friendly folk, definitely in my top 10 fill up stops. 6/5 stars, will definitely be returning!! 👍👍

I've traveled up and down east and west as a pilot rewards member I may have visited over 150 locations all over the states. My experience today was very welcoming environment was very clean all staff greeted with a smile. On duty tonight was a manager by the name of James a real team leader, CG aka the Pizza man, along with Amber. Great trio team keeping Pilot customers happy.

Good place, but I was there Sunday 2/4/24 morning around d 1:40 AM, and the cashier was high on something. She was acting really strange. There's no reason why someone should come to work high and be working with the public.

Great spot. Gas at reasonable prices, Arby’s, Dairy Queen, Dunkin Donuts and more. Quick and easy on off freeway access, and friendly polite staff. Felt very clean inside and was a pleasant experience even during rush hour lunch on a Saturday. Great spot.

Walked in on manager dusting dunkin donuts cases on the inside w/ a feather duster and donuts everywhere in the case. First of all, thats DISGUSTING! Then, Cashier didn't know how to ring anything up with NFC after coughing all over us talking about she can't wait to get out of here. Then after I pumped gas she didn't know how to PRINT A RECEIPT! She was dirty, nasty and incompetent no name tag so I couldn't tell you. Long matted dirty blonde / gray hair.Receipt says clerk 944 on pos 5. Won't stop here EVER again and we go across country regularly. Manager had horrible attitude over us needing our receipt. Train your employees and they won't have to call you for every transaction. 💡💭🤯

My husband and I were here getting gas and grabbing something to eat. When we were leaving one of the working came out and asked if I needed him. We were in a rush and my hubby said hurry. I truly appreciate what he did! I'm sure he sees alot and having him watch out for women or anyone is absolutely amazing!

They have a sign up saying no parking or you will have to move, but when I went in to tell them I was blocked in, I was informed that they had no one to come outside to get people out of the way. Seems kinda pointless to even bother with a sign of they aren't gonna have enough staff to enforce it

Great place for gas, snacks, drinks, shower and rest!I enjoy their Memphis fire hot wings. Rate personally best I've had in quite some time compared to all of the other places I've gone. Not ever dry, just the right hot and spice.Their bacon by the bunch in the morning is kikass too! .I travel for work and fun, continually. Constantly.Restrooms are cleaner than most others in comparison.

This is a pretty good Pilot. Like most locations, highly competitive prices on fuel. Pretty decent, well stocked store. The PJ Fresh hot bar has some good selections.Also on site Arbys and Dairy Queen gives this place a bonus many other locations lack.Overall appeared clean and well maintained.

Whenever we head back to WV it is pretty much a mandatory stop here. The prepared food there is great and the people are very friendly. We have gotten a bunch of the Baja hoodies and blankets while we were there since they are a at a great price.The main men’s restroom was closed for cleaning the last time I was there so they had the shower area open to use. I was impressed with how nice and clean they were. If I had to take a shower while on the road I wouldn’t hesitate to take one here.Beautiful view from the parking lot.

Great place. Hot showers with awesome water pressure and low water softener. Store service was fast and friendly but!!! Women at dairy queen needs to quit she is miserable. I asked for a sundae and got attitude. Gave me crushed Reese's over ice cream. Never waited for me to ask about adding toppings just gave me attitude and turned her back to me. Six days on the road and I just wanted a treat not attitude. Want to set her off, make the honest mistake of asking for a Reese's peices sundae and watch her lose it.

GREAT FOR TRAILERS and oversized vehicles. Great place to go for those with trailers. They have a certified scale for anyone to use not just truckers. They have multiple food options. It wasn't too tight for gas. My overall length is 58 feet. As long as a semi. I could go in get gas and leave the gas station part to park with the semis without any problems.

I'm giving it 2 stars because 3 employees were standing by the door smoking this morning. If you want to smoke, go stand away from people. I shouldn't have to walk through smoke to go inside. Secondly, the older lady with straight brown hair was loud, discussing how bad the president is and how horrible Democtats are! It's so incredibly unprofessional!! Keep your opinions to yourself, especially in a public place where you are working with paying customers. Not everyone supports your hateful rhetoric!
