I took my puppy there for training. Rebekkah is amazing! She is so good with the dogs and although it is group lessons she still makes it personalized for each puppy. She really gets to know their personalities. My pup learned so much the first week and by week 6, had the basic commands down. I am looking forward to the next 6 weeks of fundamentals.I’ve also taken him there for his first groom. Courtney made the grooming process very personalized and he smelled so good when I picked him up.Overall, I always get the feeling the employees there care about the pets and try to find solutions for whatever your need may be.

I took my dog here today and it cost me $77.00 to have her bathed and groomed. Everything seemed fine at pick up but when I got her home I noticed that she wasn’t groomed from the collar line and up. She also was very timid and exhausted the rest of the day. My dog has been groomed before and I have never seen her this nervous after. The girl who checked me in was decent as well as the girl who called me to tell me my dog was done and very sweet. Sadly, I don’t know why my dog is so shaken up from this grooming appointment and I’m not sure why she isn’t fully bathed and groomed. $77.00 for a small breed dog seems very pricey for a job not completely done and a very nervous dog the rest of the day. Her tail is between her legs and her ears have been back since I brought her home, again I’ve never experienced this with her.

Before and after photos of our aquarium. Sierra was amazing and knowledgeable about caring for our tank. She took so much time helping us understand what we needed to do for a beautiful tank. She also helped us get the best price. We’ll definitely be shopping Petco from now on for all our pet care needs.

Called the store to verify merchandise before driving almost an hour. Staff was extremely helpful and even recommended additional products help my dog after an emergency surgery. They have a great selection of products and were comparable in pricing to Chewy, but I was able to get the things I needed immediately. They also offer Grooming services and host adoption events. The store is also conveniently located in a shopping center with various other businesses and restaurants.

Amazing selection of tropical fish, plants and invertebrates. Saltwater selection as well. Great selection of reptiles, arachnids and other pets. This store does a fantastic job at selecting different varieties of fish.

The online shopping experience was easy and fast. Not only did the associates at the store have all of my items ready when I got there for pickup but they were also very pleasant to deal with. I will be a returning customer due to the overall great experience I had.

We've now returned 4 bags of dry cat food, all different brands, because there were bugs crawling around inside. I don't know what this place is doing to the food, but if you look around the store it's filthy. So it's no wonder funky stuff is growing in the sealed food. Idk how that even happens. Maybe the food has been there for years? I don't get it. Never again. I'll drive to Bristol to get what I need from PetSmart.

I have been taking my dogs to Petco for grooming for years. I took my first dog, Roscoe, to another groomer initially but I started having difficulty with scheduling appointments. So I decided to try Petco. I have been very satisfied with the work of Mindy Maxwell, specifically. She always asks what I want and also makes suggestions that could be helpful. This past visit, she suggested a de-shedding package. I agreed and I am impressed with the results. Willow's coat is thinner now, and more comfortable for the warm weather. Yes, I have been and continue to be a satisfied Petco customer!

When booking the appt for my dog, I hooked a bath & haircut ($88) w/ the flea cleanse ($24) they charge $5.99 for materials. The description of the flea cleanse states it INCLUDES teeth brushing. However AFTER we paid the whole amount of $118, we were told that teeth brushing costed EXTRA???? There were a couple other things that were supposed to be part of the service that we were charged for but weren't done either. If those things cost extra, why are they included in descriptions of services? I doubt I'll ever use the grooming services here in the future.

The lady that takes care of the fish should not be working with animals. First off she was being a very rude to everyone, then I told her I was a first time fish buyer and was asking questions about the fish and she said the ones I was getting wasn't gonna be a problem together. She lied to me and then on top of it I asked what gender I was getting so they wouldn't fight and she told me the wrong gender. When I got a chance to look it up they where all males, and when I went there all the tanks looked like they were not getting taken care of properly with dead fish everywhere, almost every tank had a dead fish in it.And one of my fish has already died because all the fighting, and it's been like 3-4 days

I took my Dads dog over to be groomed and Amanda was wonderful with her. This was her first hair cut and she was so easy with her. We will definitely be back and have her groom her again. She looked so pretty when she was finished with her.

In a small town loke mine its a very good place to go. You can bring your pet babies and let them shop with you. They enjoy it! Not only is it pet friendly the staff are too. They go out of their way to make you and your pet welcome.

Bought fish from petco yesterday I have done research about good tank mates and everything I was going to buy two different kind of tetras and I told the lady what I wanted and she said that they couldn’t be together yet everything I had seen said they can well I asked again and very rudely she said like I said they can’t go together she was incredibly rude the whole experience I have had trouble with her in the past and every time she has been incredibly rude and I have heard plenty of other people that have had trouble with her.

I enjoyed Petco because they have a variety of things for different kinds of pets . The girls working that evening were very informative on the questions I asked, they were cheerful, and very pleasant. I will say that some prices were a little steep. I was hoping they would of had a bigger selection in what I went there for but found that lacking. I was looking for filters and things for my pond. I have 1 koi fish. I didn't see any pumps or filters for my pond. I thought the pricing on koi fish was steep also. I guess I should of asked if they could order what I needed. I'll do that next trip. I did get some treats for my cats while there and they loved them
