The customer service staff is amazing but if you plan on buying a grill be prepared to wait me and my girlfriend bought a grill on Saturday and was told it would be assembled on Tuesday and would be able to pick it up so I stop just to check the status of it and to when I would be able to get it and was told that it wouldn't be ready until Friday as to the person who assembles all the grill was a no show for work today and does this very often how can a company keep someone who does this employed this is not how you keep your customers happy and or return to buy items from you store

I am absolutely livid. My 82 year old father n law who is a VET. Was there to get peg boards for his building which is a decent size. A man who doesn't ask for anything was there this past Tuesday with my mother n law. Because he has been having breathing problems they stop at the customer service desk to see wear they would be located. He said there were about 15 employees standing around on there phone gossiping. They didn't even acknowledge they were there. They walked away saying well yall lost a sell.

Employees avoid customers at all costs like most big retail stores. No registers open on a Sunday afternoon, forced to use self-checkout. If no employees are helping me, giving me advice, or ringing me up, WHAT ARE THEY DOING? Great selection, fair prices, poor staff and management. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for and where it is, don't bother.

Tonight I went into Lowe’s for 4 very specific items and a couple of which I was completely clueless on how to relay to an associate because…well, hardware! I was so blessed that the person I asked for help from was Steve in the Hardware dept. not only was he able to understand what I needed - he did so with the most customer focused attitude and kindness that I have experienced in a very long time. Steve was knowledgeable on each and every item I had on my list and exceeded his job with care. Steve is the type of associate any business owner would be lucky to have in their company. I hope he is as appreciated by his management as he is by me, 5 stars all across the board!

Lawn sprayer display was priced wrong literally has the sticker on it. priced at $170. Actual price was $350. Said it was 3rd party vendors fault not there fault. Would not honor it. I bought one off Amazon.

I bought a dryer and they delivered it and hauled away the old one which was nice. I wish they had checked to make sure my youngest boy, Scooter, wasn't in there first. I haven't seen him since they were here. But other than that clean and well stocked.

We went to purchase stepping stones and flower soil & PVC Pipe. We pick out the stepping stones and then ED helped us pick the correct soil. Then we went into the store to get PVC pipe. The 2 cashier's in the Garden Shop were no were to be found. We go to Customer Service and they said that we would have to bring everything to them to ring it up. I said I don't think so since I couldn't even push the 24 stepping stones. When I walked back there was Sam. He said he would help Us. Let me just say SAM was Our God Sent. He help us get everything paid for and he even got help to get everything out to the truck. While waiting on them to load everything I was going over the receipt. Of course it wasn't right. We had bought 2 bags of soil and it should have been half off. So I called Sam in Plumbing. He came out to the truck looked at the receipt and said he would be right back. Sam came back and let me know they were going to credit back the overcharge.Randy Anderson, Sam in Plumbing is an Employee that Every Business needs. He went well out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. He needs to be recognize for his Awesome Customer Service. Sam in Plumbing We would like to say Thank You!!

Some of the employees at customer service are rude. We tried to bring something back one said one thing and the other said another and cause conflict. The one manager didn't even try to help.it was a 12 dollar rachet. They acted like it was going to break them up to give us our refund when we paid for cash and stated that 3 times and then gave us a gift card.. My experience in management is customer is always right, if you can't at least meet a customer half way about a situation and are rude on top of it they don't need to be a manager

Its a clean store, the employees are nice, it's a Lowes. Wish they had some competition so maybe pricing would come down some, but we can all dream right.

Don't buy appliances from this location. We recently bought a washer and paid for removal of our old machine along with delivery. The delivery person was supposed to call 30 min out. He did not. We were not here and he left the new machine not hooked up nor in place. The old machine was left sitting in the middle of my back porch. Have called numerous times and talked to both the store manager and delivery supervisor. The latter just kept repeating that my problem was with "XBO"; well, bud, I paid you. That delivery charge is on my Lowe's card. XBO is your subcontractor. Machine is still sitting here. If it's not gone by today, it'll be sitting in their parking lot on Saturday with a sign on it warning customers off buying from this location.

Returned some plumbing fittings to customer service with a receipt and specified that I wanted a merchant's card because I had to get a few things .I got a smart mouth answer we can't do that anymore I will be glad when Home depot builds a store close by
