I have had quite a few projects completed by Glass Doctor in Wytheville. Jason was exceptional. He installed a shower enclosure for us and it's beautiful. They also swapped the glass out in 6 of our windows and made them look brand new without needing new windows at a much lower cost than all new windows. 2 had holes in the glass from a lawn mower throwing a rock and the rest got foggy in between the glass. So it was time to be replaced. They also rebuilt all of our screens for our windows. Highly recommend.

Jason replaced glass panes in 6 large windows in my art room and did a fabulous job. He also replaced glass panes in our community clubhouse windows and sliding door because of broken seals. Jason does fabulous work, very meticulous and cleans everything up afterwards! I HIGHLY recommend them for any glass work!!!!

Glass Doctor of Wytheville fixed a windshield that had been botched by another company. My home window cracked on the 24th of December. Called and had a quick response,estimate and two weeks later the nicest people came and repaired my window. (They were also really nice to my dog which gets them extra points). 100 percent would recommend and use again

Kate was very informative and very nice . The whole place office and in shop was something to be desired. Needs to updated and deep cleaned. . I used the restroom she said was in construction. Needs to be gutted . Year to date profits was 358kIt was on some board for everyone to see . So I think they can afford it . I myself wouldn’t work in that environment. . The looks of shop . Looks like a chopped shop . No professional at all looking .I took my car through car wash 6 days it did fine . My husband and I keep finding the glue strips black in color all over from floor boards . . Need to do better about cleaning up afterwards.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys were great to me. Had to replace the windshield on my 2011 Outback, and they ordered and had the glass there in two days, they worked with me so I could drop my car off a half hour before they opened, and when my wife went to pick up my vehicle (only a couple hours later) they let her know that they had found rust on the frame from where the old windshield leaked, and that they had sanded and re-primed my frame. Thank you guys so much! If anyone's wondering who to use for glass replacement, bring it here and you'll be in great hands! Can't recommend enough! Updated Review:I would like to change my review! The first time we used Glass Doctor they did a great job! They gave us free goodie bags and asked we write a Google review for them. Well after the first time their services went completely down hill. Can they the first time after we used them they had issues finding the correct glass. We brought the van to them per their request so they could order the correct piece of glass. They still managed to order the incorrect piece of glass. We cover looked this and went to use them again. This time they told us the repair would be complete by 1:00pm. I called and no one answered so I left a message. My employees get there to pickup the van and it is not complete. They chose to put a chip repair that had just come in infront of us. They then asked my two employees if they could help put in the piece of glass!! This is absurd! Not only are they not employed by them, but what if they were to get hurt?! When I asked the receptionist about this she said "we were only joking" and said "Jason is by himself so I will have to help him". In all my life I have never dealt with such an ignorant and unprofessional company! We have used them multiple times, but I would put a plastic bag over our windshields before I use The Glass Doctor again. Do yourself a favor and just skip over this glass company! Go find a professional one that doesn't need your help installing!!Previous Review:I manager a contractor who works for FedEx Ground. We go through A LOT of windshields! I’ve tried others in the past Becky’s glass which always tends to leak down the road and Safelite who is so busy they cancelled on me 3 times! My mechanic recommended The Glass Doctor and all I can say is this was by far a life saver! This business replaced my van windshield that had been down a month in 2 days! Not only they they called and kept me up to date with the process and in the end they even gave me a nice thank you card! All I can say is if more businesses treated customers like this they would do much better! The windshield also seems very secure and they did a great job! Up pops glass doctor here ! Great service, good conversation, fast indeed, clean too not a thing I needed to do except roll out. What a exceptional job folks it’s always good doing business with 0 headaches and these days quality service is rare. Repaired rear window in Polaris Ranger! The rear window had be knocked out! Randy Miller was the technician ! This was a difficult job but in less than an hour Randy had the window in and the job was priced fairly!
