Was looking for a new vehicle so I went to Dutch Miller Nissan. I was told that I couldn’t get what I wanted and was put in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 129,000 miles on it with dents, deer hair in the lights, and a big gash in the fog light and the hatch wouldn’t close. Bent rims and the transmission going out and was told nothing was done until I showed them in pictures and in person. Had to pay for new rims cause the others were bent. The whole vehicle was not inspected properly by the service department. They did fix one part of the gash that had a big hole in the light. But the hook latch automatically comes open when going down the road and tries to fly open. Took the jeep to a collision Center they advised me that it would cost over 10,000.00 to be fixed and was advised to file a suit over Dutch Miller Auto. When I called them they couldn’t fix nothing and couldn’t fix the transmission when the finance company and warranty company told me that they have to fix all problems correct. Was told by finance company it would be a big lemon law case. Still having issues.

Terrible service department, reasons being the technicians just use a scanner tool for diagnosing and never use trouble shooting to find problems. This service department held my car for over half a month trying to find a problems just for the guy to tell me he thinks it’s the ecu connector. I used to think technicians from dealerships were well trained but seems all they can do now is change oil and replace air filters.

Worst dealership ever. Went in with. 2020 Subaru Outback with 14,000 miles on it. They offered $18,000 for the car which is almost $10,000 under book by their own sales rep. They are lying deceitful and atrocious. Never will I return nor will I recommend them ever.Update. Went to Shelor and got book value and they were stunned to hear the previous offer. Dutch Miller are liars and thieves.

Our family of 7 has bought quite a few vehicles, needing to upgrade to more seating when we ran out of room with each new baby. Brandon Desmond and Brandy Harris made this the easiest process we’ve ever had while purchasing a vehicle. They were able to accommodate the needs of our family with the application process by starting it over the phone, and when we came in to complete the deal, we were driving away with our beautiful new car with enough seats for our large family within an hour. They delivered my truck with tape glue on all the windows plastic still around column did put the front license plate bracket together parts on the cab floor for the whole thing delivered my truck without license plates and tried to take the dealer tags off my truck leaving me with no tags then made me go to the dealership a hour away to get my temporary tags the bed had dirt and sand all over it in thick lines as if someone hauled something in it had to pay their delivery guy a 100 dollars to take it to my hotel instead of my job because they said they had no way to get ahold of him to change the location which would have been closer lol yet they called him to go back for their plates and other sales /loan related problems extremely dissatisfied to the point of this is my last nissan vehicle nissan manufacturer doesn't seem to care how the consumer is treated

Buying a car is stressful. But I must say, at Dutch Miller Nissan, they took a lot of stress out of it. Our sales consultant, Colin Ward, was fantastic! We put him through a few DAYS of trying out cars. And he stuck with us until we were happy with the right car. He was dedicated to our happiness and satisfaction in what we wanted in a vehicle. He was not pushy, never got irritated with our specific requests and was a pleasure to work with. Their service advisor, Sheilia Jones, made sure we felt well tooken care of and had a wonderful personality, just as Colin did. And after our final decision on a car that fit our needs, their buisness manager, Brandy Meredith, was wonderful! She made sure we understood all of our paperwork and was very pleasant. The sales manager, Seth, is doing a great job with his dealership to ensure the employees are doing everything they can to satisfy anyone who steps on their lot. I can honestly say this dealership is more about your satisfaction than their own. 5 stars is not enough to express how much they have helped us in such a big decision in our life. We will return for any future purchases of another vehicle. Thank you for such fantastic service!

My Mom took her car in for an oil change and a tail light out well she came out with 2 pages of things it needed it’s only two years old also sd her tail light was not out but if it was at a later date it would be 800 $ to replace! The list they have her was absolutely ridiculous!!! No worries we will be taking it elsewhere from now on for any service!! Also second opinion was most of the list was unnecessary at this time!! What an absolute rip off of a dealership!!!
