As customers were lined up 7 deep at the ONLY register that was open, there was an employee who walked right by the line and stepped outside, and began adjusting the silk flower display on the sidewalk. I watched her do that for 10 minutes. And when she turned towards me and I saw that her name tag said assistant manager, yes, I got agitated. I had been waiting in my car for over 30 minutes already while my girlfriend stepped inside for a Coke and a bag of snacks.So I stepped out of the car, took two steps forward, opened the door to let my girlfriend come outside, I said to her, a little bit loudly, that it seemed like they would be opening another register instead of fooling around with those stupid silk flowers. I looked up, and several people that had been in line behind my girlfriend were vigorously nodding their heads yes. And the smart aleck, incompetent, lazy assistant manager that had been outside looked at me and said sarcastically, "Have a nice day sir."My girlfriend heard her say that, I didn't. And that's probably a good thing.

II went to the Wytheville store. I went to get just a birthday present but, I spent over $80. They have a great assortment of holiday items. The store was well stocked.

Totally incompetent employees. I called to see if a product was available before driving a good distance to this store. I described the product in grave details to make sure their was no confusion. I got to the store to find no product. I asked a clerk and she found the lady who took my call. All the clerks agreed after describing the product again that she knew all along they didn't have it in stock. Total lack of incompetency and should care a little more about their job and their customers.

Employees are not stocking products on shelves because " corporate didn't allot hours to do so" ... seriously?? Most shelves were mostly empty and this was the excuse given to customers. Seems fishy to me. Wouldn't employees normally be restocking items as they sell anyway , not just doing cashier or managing ?

Nice customer service. Only one employee in store. Don't know how she does it but she helped me find what I was looking for and was ringing up customers. 😊😊😊

I always like checking out new books. Floors need vacuuming. First thing in morning when doors open. You need a clean Environment But Workers are very Pleasant At all times.

It was ok, the upsetting point came when the cashier could not run my Mastercard as credit , and insisted I run it as debit. Running a card as debit cost the store less in processing fees and gets the customer no cash back from the card issuer.
