I like Cracker Barrel. I haven't been in one in Ohio. Very neat place. Great selection of Christmas items and other goodies. The food was not as delicious as the Cracker Barrel in Arizona that I'm used to attending. So, I was a little bit disappointed. I'm not sure if the waitress was new in the job, but she needs to be trained better. Brought regular bread and muffin, but I had to wait to see her again to ask for butter and jelly. I had a question about joining their rewards program, but she didn't know anything about it. Neither did she make the effort to find out the answer to my question. Sigh

The Classics Sampler is hard to beat! It's a lot of good food! I had the $16.99 Meatloaf, Home style chicken and Chicken and Dumplings with a side of Mashed Potatoes and Mac and Cheese. This dinner was also served with two Corn Muffins and I ordered Lemonade. It was a feast! There was no way I could finish the whole. No room for desert sadly. Service was good and the meal came out hot and fast! Not fine dining and not meant to be. Home style and delicious!

We were a group of 13. Large group, yes but could have been larger. We were greeted by eye rolls from some of the wait staff,escorted to 2 tables with only room for 12 and when 2 of our party decides to sit at a separate table a woman I assume was the manager wouldn't allow it. She kept repeating 13 chairs, 13 people. Once the food came out it was obvious how ridiculous this seating was. All those plates squeezed into cramped quarters. That table remained empty during our visit.Our server Nikki was amazing. Friendly, attentive, and easy going. She and the food are the only reason I gave 3 stars.I wouldn't have given it even 1 star based on customer service.

We used to go to Cracker Barrel all the time. It was our "go to" stop when we traveled. So when we decided to stop, I was a little bit excited. But the food did not live up to my memories. It could be that my memories are just biased. But we were there at lunch and it was busy, so I would not have expected things to be stale or drier than expected. I got the meat loaf, whole corn and mashed potatoes.We will stop again to give it another try, but I was kind of disappointed about this stop.

The food was cold. The baked potato was old and tasted reheated. It was also cold. The butter didn’t melt. My moms sweet potato was so cold the marshmallow didn’t melt. She sent her chicken and pinto beans back to be reheated. The cornbread was the only hot food served. Plus they charged an up charge fee on our potatoes. Up charge was for loaded. I just ordered plain with butter. Didn’t realize it Until we left. Very dis appointed.Parking: Plenty Parking . Handicap was at the doors.

Staying at a hotel near, not a whole lot of restaurant choices. It's been a while since I ate at a Cracker Barrel, but I remembered the Roast Beef was pretty good.Well, it's not as I remembered. No gravy on the meat and very little on the potatoes as well.C'mon Cracker Barrell, gravy is not in shortage anywhere.

The Roast is to die for here. it is so good.We (my husband and I) always leave something on our plate. But not this time we even took our biscuits and cleaned our plates.Our waiter gave us watermelon lemonade. We didn't care for it but drunk it anyway, when she came back to refill our drinks she changed them to something else.

A friend and I enjoyed lunch at the Cracker Barrel in Wytheville, VA on March 20th. We were seated promptly, served by a nice lady named Madison. She took excellent care of us and the food was cooked perfectly. We shopped a bit in the store and made a purchase . The cashier was very busy as she was the only one there at the time, but she was very prompt and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Stopped in for breakfast with the family on 9/4/21, first time our kids have ever been here. Great service from Leigh Ann, who was so friendly and helpful. Food was delicious!! Enjoyed the experience.

First time ever getting a bad meal at Cracker Barrel and boy was it a doozie! Both meals were horrible! Only thing decent was the extra side order of Cole slaw we ordered and the dumplings. The manager did comp one of the meals but in all honesty $31 (after the one meal was comped) was still too much to pay for food we couldn't even eat half of. Even the biscuits were bad and usually those are pretty good.

Menu looks great, but when the undersized portion comes out and you realize there is no love, no spices, and most things come from a can, the nostalgia begins to where off. The store is great...the food is sub par at best. If you can honestly say that this food is amazing with a straight face, I salute you. Most of our table battled through cold food just to pay a premium at the end. Sorry everyone, someone has to say it.

Our server was great, but has wayyyy to many tables so we had to wait for items because we could start eating and we noticed other tables did, to. NOT her fault...she was the ONLY server in the whol middle section that everyone was seated in and despite it being terribly busy and we had to wait, she remembered everything we asked for. Great server, WAY understaffed.

Restaurant was unusually busy when we arrived. 10 min wait. Staff was friendly and attentive. We hoped to park our RV overnight but spaces were too small for a class A and toad.Parking: Not a great spot for larger RV parking.
