Last minute Christmas shopping but rude Indian worker followed me around the store then became vocally loud and even more rude when she announced at 30 minutes till closing that we needed to bring our purchases up or she wouldn't be able to ring us up any later. I think if we went back to the good Ole days of smacking people in the mouth when they run them carelessly, people might think before they speak.

I’m not going to buy clothes there ever again. Every time I buy a blouse or something it gets those beads after I wear it twice. That is not quality. I don’t why we can’t have decent stores in Wytheville, VA. But I do not recommend this cheap place.

Pretty much get what you pay for on certain things. They do have some pretty neat stuff in the store,as well as clothes. As far as customer service goes,however,the girl up front was rude/hateful when I didn't do the survey. She said it goes against her manager record...Why is she telling customers this?? That makes me NOT want to shop there!

Place had a good selection of clothing for the entire family. There were a few items for each for Fall, Halloween, & Christmas but not much. Store clean, organized, & good parking. Easy in & out & cashier wiped down counter after each customer.

When I went they had a large selection of accessories and clothes on sale. They have plenty of plus-sixe clothes in stock, as well as really nice shoes! I found plenty of great deals on purses too, so be sure to look around!

Great place to shop for the whole family! You do have to dig through the racks because of the large selection but I don't mind! When things are on clearance there they are basically giving it away. On top of the already low prices they offer extra percentage off with the rewards card and also reward dollars! Always find more than I need and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Burke's is one of my favorite places to shop. Everything in the store is very reasonably priced and the quality is great as well! Burke's carries tons of expensive brand name items marked down to an affordable price. My favorite thing about Burke's is their incredible clearance sections! You won't be disappointed with this store! 😃💰💳

Had a lot of stuff here, mostly women's clothes. The men's was limited and not very interesting to me. They also had home items which looked interesting but I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here.

Well let me say i used to love burkes outlet. They are reasonably priced & nice variety. But when there are very few customers in store & employee starts talking loudly it can be heard throughout the whole store. The one behind register seemed sweet & courteous to everyone, but the one pushing the dustmop over store was told a man had applied for a job. The loudmouth with broom said "no man going to come work there" 2nd day they would try to take over"!!!! I have been a manager of many stores & gave everybody a fair chance to grow. Does burkes not teach their employees to watch what they say, especially publicly. I think someone had better come & straighten some employees out & reeducate some. In this politically correct world certain things are not done. This is a prime example of how to lose your customer base. Its rude & uncalled for. Ever since i moved back here 9 yrs ago, i cringe hearing this because its cost me a lot. I made a lot better living in shenandoah valley& you gave people chances. Yes, i was in management there & only a cashier here, but it took me 6 yrs to get a full time job!! This company needs to wake up & smell money leaving this store.
