Pharmacy is rarely on time with prescription and today, the computer froze up while I was making my purchase so they had to go to a different register. Transaction went through. When I go out to check my balance on my fsa card. I see that it has been ran twice. I proceeded to go back into the store to ask, how do we go about Getting the money back on the card. All they seem to be worried about was why the amount was for two different prices for the transactions. I don’t know ask the card. The shift supervisor was starting to get snooty with me because I asked if I could come back at nine after she counted the drawer and she could put the money back on the card. I would’ve sat outside.🙄 no one wanted to be in the stupid store I just want my money I feel like anyone would want to know where their money is and how can they get it? There was no need for the attitude She was trying to give. people in Woodstock seem to have no compassion or care for others. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I would think you would look at it like if this were my money I’d be asking the same things she’s asking so why give me attitude. And just for the end of our conversation, she tells me she voided the transaction. Well had you started with that, I would’ve been left and waited a day to see! I am expecting the money to be back on the card by tomorrow. If not, definitely not looking forward to having to go back up there but hey🤷🏾‍♀️ I have Covid might just touch n cough on everything

drove 45 mins to an appt here to be covid tested with a sick baby. waited in drive thru for about 15 mins finally comes to the window and says they aren’t testing due to machine being down?? could no one have told me that beforehand??

Fiancée had oral surgery at 9 am and a prescription for pain pills, an antibiotic, and a mouthwash called in at 915. Showed up at 12 to pick them up and was told they weren't ready and to give them another half an hour or so. Absolutely ridiculous that something called in 3 hours earlier wasn't filled.

The pharmacy is a joke, they wait on you when they feel like it, the customer is treated like an annoyance, but the rest of the store is nice but over priced

I've had nothing but good luck with the employees here. I mostly deal with the pharmacy staff but there is a lady at the front counter who has been there for some time who is just very friendly. Walgreens of course has high prices but this is not the fault of its employees.
