The best. Open at 7am is very convenient, since I am up early and have to be at work at 10am. The layout is open enough and it isn't hard to find what you're looking for. Plus, they've got a slew of excellent employees. Ranging from people that have been there for many years, to the kids just now starting out. Good job

I usually shop at Food Lion and am happy but have been sick, housebound, this week and thought I would use the shopping and pick-up. What a disappointment! After 45 mins, I had 3 items in the cart (2 of them were the same item). This will not work, will just have to hang in here until I have the strength to push a cart around the store. I'm sure this is great for some but the site is NOT user friendly.

Service has been top notch here as of late. Aisles are often crowded with stocking shelves but the employees try to make room. Some of the vendors need to improve some. But this is an old store so narrow aisles. Cashiers are very friendly.

I think this store is very clean and has a great selection of products. Cashiers could be a little friendlier but most are just frazzled because they are busy and management doesn't open more registers. Fix that and this would be the perfect grocery store. Location is much easier to get to than Walmart.

The upgrades and remodeling are REALLY nice! Looks like a completely different store. Apple Pay capabilities make it very quick and convenient at checkout.

Management there are power hungry!!!! Caused a single parent to lose their job over something that goes on everyday in food lions. You guys are over paid cashiers! From the other reviews you can't even bag groceries, later shot callers ...smh

Visited my local Food Lion in Woodstock, Va yesterday and was so disappointed. This is my local store. I really like the people that work there but I am disturbed. There is a small sign asking people to wear masks and most of the employees were wearing masks but less than 1/2 of the patrons were. What disturbs me is the fact that no one is asking them to. They are ignoring the policy and that is ok with Food Lion. Wearing masks is the most effective and easy thing we can do to beat the virus. I need Food Lion to step up and help.

The Assistant Manager, Mr. Wills, is surly. He bags the groceries WAY too heavy, too. If there's a long line for a check out, don't let him call you over to his register. Wait for a decent clerk.

I've been coming to this store my whole life. As a child with my mother and now by myself as an adult. The covid ridiculousness at Walmart has reminded me how much I love Foodlion and will no longer ever step foot back into another Walmart.

Their shipment only had 1 case of a sale item, which sold out in minutes. This is Friday. The sale is for 3 days... Not the first time they've run out early on sale items.

i guess they into to much my parsonal life every time i go there inditectly they talk about my personal home life which is nonsense very duffel i think its harresment which everytime i go there im faceing they specialy my wic card they get made at me using if they have have personal problam with social service office they directly go and ask them not us ..we just a customer not there personal property they treat me bad always i don't having argument coz o dont have time for nonsense but they need to Chang there behaviors is been very long please grow up cheer up stop harres customers

Prices aren't hateful if you're looking for an alternative grocery store to walmart. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wide selection and their deli is awesome.
