The worst pharmacy ever ! I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. This last time an emergency prescription was sent to them before noon. I was waiting to get the text saying order was ready . I called them at 630pm and asked if it was ready , they said oh we dont have it , we will have to order it !! Why didnt someone call me ??!!

A one star is the lowest allowed, but if it could be 0, I'd gladly submit that. I have been receiving my prescription here for a few years now, and am so relieved I received the opportunity to go elsewhere. Not only are the employees at the pharmacy EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, when you receive notifications on the app that your Rx's are ready, they usually aren't, and you still have to wait, or either come back. I had the wonderful opportunity to deal with a pharmacy employee over the phone, to whom I was treated as if I was an inconvenience for calling about MY prescription, was immediately put on hold, came back after 3 minutes, was hung up on, had to call them back, was greeted by the same "pleasant" woman on the phone, and was told they don't have that and would have to special order it, would take a few days, and be out of pocket, so they kicked it back to my doctor, who thoroughly explained all of that TO them in the notes, when the pleasant CVS employee decided to actually check them, prolonging not only the phone call that was apparently so inconvenient, but my Rx from being received. Now, I'm not one to deal with mistreatment long, nor attitude or poor customer service, and I made that known, to which I was hung up on. I will say, thanks to her, I moved ALL of my stuff to another pharmacy that has been quick, professional, reliable and KIND as soon I needed them. And, my Rx is up to $5 cheaper!I hope this goes noticed and that the employees at CVS understand that the people that are calling, are calling about something they need for their health, and treating them with kindness, is necessary. You are a reflection of the company, no one chose that job but you, and let's hope that mindset and compassion is reflected from now on.

Unfortunately I had to move my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS because Anthem didn't allow Walgreens. The employees are rude, unorganized and unprofessional. Only been there twice, bad experience both times. Going to look for another store

I was appalled to see that racism still exists in this cute little backwards town (coming out here from Washington DC only a decade later to visit). None of the employees wanted to even look at me or speak to me let alone want to assist me with anything. In an awkward situation like this I am thankful for self checkout. They had a great variety of touristy souvenirs that I probably would have bought the whole shelf but my spirit was not into spending at this CVS location. So I bought the few essentials needed (contact lens solution and dried fruit) and kept it moving.

I have a couple of people in my family with medical challenges. I am in this CVS about twice a week. I have seen amazing, hardworking people at every visit. Even though all pharmacies are overwhelmed due to COVID these days, this CVS seems to do everything to accomplish their goal - helping the customer!

The store is pretty well organized and clean due to the employees who run it. The issue is when it comes to buying/redeeming lottery tickets.The associates are not train when it comes to this aspect. They either turn away customers or look frighten when they attempt to redeem scratch tickets. I had to assist numerous associates because the Store Manager refuse to learn the system/ train her associates. The employees continue to say they don't redeem print and play;however, we know they do because they have the lotto machine.Solution: Ensuring the associates are trained and comfortable on the lottery machine to continue business growth otherwise don't have it at your location.

This CVS IN WOODST OCK VA. 22664. When you call about a prescription being done or price they are rude in the answers including the Parmicst.Whenever you go thru drive through its take about 1/2 hr. To get your prescription. The tellers are never very friendly. I understand they are so busy. But it would be nice to be greeted with someone nice. Have had these issues for about 3 years that we have been living in Woodstock.I think these issues should be address.Because your business will be effected. I have talked to other customers, and they have the same issues. Thank you for your time.

This pharmacy is by far the best CVS I have ever experienced. My mother spent a year with me and we had to get her prescriptions from her doctors at home and we had some Medicare issues and everyone was kind and patient and went out of their way to help in ways big and small. That team is just plain wonderful. I never give 5-star reviews, but this group really deserves it.

Ok I've been to this location twice in roughly a month because this is where I got my COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna to be exact). The first time on March 7th was great and everyone in the store and on the shots team was great. When I showed up April 5th for the follow up shot I arrived early and asked if I could check in early and receive the vaccine. The woman at the check-in desk said that I would need to have the pharmacy check me in on the computer and once that happened I went back to her with confirmation and my vaccine card to be finished filling out. I then got in line and waited. When I reached the front of the line they were going by appointment only and calling people by last name which seems to negate the need for a line or to be able to check in early. The lady who finally did administer the vaccine was nice but the other just complained about everything the entire time I was in line and receiving the vaccine. I hope morale improves for the grumpy one administering vaccines.

I managed to lose my medications while on a trip to Woodstock. I stopped in at the pharmacy there and explained my dilemma to the pharmacist. She very kindly looked up my info on the computer and was able to give me a dose of my medications to tide me over till I returned home. She also gave me a printout of them that I could keep in my car in case of any future emergency. I am very grateful and impressed.

I recently had to get tested for COVID 19!! They only do appointments online.. Very simple after a few questions to set up the appointment!! I arrived the next day for my appointment, you must go through the drive thru for the test. Keep in mind other customers are picking up prescriptions among other things so it was maybe a 5 to 10 min wait.. Once you get to the window it was quick & easy after 3 mins.. Gave them my name & confrontation number & they talk you through the self test, then bag it up & drop it in the box.. A day or so later they email you your results..

This Has To Be The Worst Store CVS has as far as the pharmacy goes !!!! They Have No Damn Idea What They Have N Havent Done N Tried To Tell Me I Dont Know Where I Picked Up My Meds Last . Um , Yea I Do N Cant Wai To Switch My Medical Insurance In January To A Different Company So I No Longer Have To Deal With Their Butt

Only been on the phone with them a couple of times; and drive-through one other, but so far, they're curt, rude, truculent, and argumentative. You *can* get your prescriptions here, but I'm not sure it's worth the abuse long-term. I'm going to switch pharmacies.

I was told that my prescription would be ready on October 22nd. I went on October 23 and was told it would take 20 minutes to fill. I waited and then went back and was told to wait another 20 minutes. On the third trip I was told they were out of the medicine and to come back on Monday. Why didn't they know on the first request??

Terrible customer service. If they "accidentally" answer the phone, they'll be angry and tell you your phone is breaking up and just hang up. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
