Friendly and helpful staff willing to accommodate with your needs and schedule. Schedule your appointment on online for prompt service. Comfortable and spacious waiting room. Had issues with the free provided Wi-Fi however I'm not sure the issue was specifically with the dealership.

I am traveling from my hometown in North Carolina to Columbus Ohio, where I live, while it was absolutely pouring rain. My windshield wipers suddenly stopped working while going up a mountain! I couldn’t risk traveling another 5 hours with no windshield wipers. I made it to an Advance Auto who recommended this Chevy Dealership since I have an Equinox. They squeezed me in, and had it fixed in about an hour, which is way faster than I expected. They were so nice and understanding. I had my not-so-people-friendly dog with me, but I was able to sit outside with him while we waited. Hopefully he didn’t scare off too many customers! Thanks for quite literally saving my life today!! It is so very appreciated.

We broke down on a Thursday night & we got to a motel & there I talked to a road crew that recommended there garage to me , so I showed up there at 7:30 am on a Friday explained the problem with my truck & that I was headed back to Canada & really needed to be back for Monday as my dog was booked in for surgery that he really needs done so they said to leave it with & they would have to figure out what was going on really thought I was going to be stuck there till Monday or possibly Tuesday but thankfully they found the problem & got the parts, repaired my truck & had me on the road before check out time at the motel.Told them that they rocked totally great service we need a lot more of that in this world,great staff totally impressed & I can’t say enough thank youThanks Chris from Canada
