We stopped by yesterday and Alyson was very nice and greeted us with a smile, whole crew looked to be working hard and I love to see it! Place was spotless! Keep this crew around they know how to run things! We usually go to the McDonald’s but we opted for DQ instead as we wanted a change and we weren’t disappointed! Food was delicious and our blizzards were amazing! Will be coming back! Definitely worth the price!

Went by to pick up dinner it was about an hour before closing. I could tell the cashier wasn't very happy about a big order that late and I made a comment about how I was sure they disliked someone like me coming that late She just couldn't give me a weird look and walked away and didn't say anything else when she got my blizzard she didn't even open the window She just looked at me and turned the cuff upside down like they're supposed to but I guess she did it a few times because I didn't know she was at the window because she didn't open it and then a little while later she brought me my food and didn't even wish me a good night or thank you or anything. Normally the individuals that wait on me there are friendly and nice I guess this one was having a bad night The food was okay The burgers were a bit dried out I actually couldn't finish because the edges were so dried out and hard two pieces of the chicken from the six piece chicken basket were so hard I couldn't eat them they hurt my teeth The fries were cold The bread the toasted bread that comes with the chicken basket was old dried out hard the fries were limp I didn't even eat them after I took one look at them I guess my son's flamethrowers were okay he didn't complain too much but I don't think we'll be going back there for a while

They were really busy inside and drive-through the only thing I had a problem with was that the pretzels were smushed like a pancake. 3 times I ordered the pretzels and twice there was a problem. Well the fries box was halfway filled. Not worth the price! Great for Ice cream only my opinion.

Service was good, but the food was SO DRY. We got a burger and fries and all of them were SO DRY. I think I'll try one more time to give it a try for the ice cream and maybe chicken basket... but we will see 🙈Kid-friendliness: I mean...it's dairy queen lol

We stopped by on our way back home from getting our car inspected. It was 93° and our car's ac stopped working. I placed an order on the app for 2 kid's cones and a medium caramel sundae. Items were ready at the time stated. I didn't realize kid cones were still so big, I think I was used to the tiny kid cones McDonald's gave out in the early 00s lol. My 2 and 4 year old had their own little dance party eating their ice cream and were super excited that Dairy Queen had the "good" ice. The front line employee was very nice. Only taking stars away because it was before lunch rush around 11:30 and there were 4-5 employees in there but booths were pretty dirty with crumbs and straw papers and it was apparent they had been dirty for a good bit. We were only the 2nd people in the store at the time

Whenever I'm traveling back from Northern Virginia I stop at Dairy Queen for the $7 meal deal and it never disappoints. There is usually a limited wait time and then I'm back on the highway enjoying my food. The service is consistently friendly and the food is fresh.

Bread was old and hard, soda was flat, fries were cold and soggy, chicken was hot and fresh tasting so that was the saving grace. Was passing through heading out of town and was hungry. Thought DQ would be a great idea. I was wrong.

There was a woman cleaning the windows as we were entering who held the door open for us and welcomed us in. The cashier, Anne G., was knowledgeable on the product she was selling and that which this store didn’t carry. She was patient and very kind. Best fast food experience I’ve ever had! Went though the drive thru, ordered three cheese burger meals . We got the food after 7 minute wait fries were cold and hard and burgers were luke warm and dry. Husband parked went in to exchange the fries because this point didn’t realize the burgers were Luke warm . Lady at register had an attitude. Will never go back and if you are smart you would stay away !!!

We arrived at the DQ grill and chill around lunch time, went inside and sat down in the wonderfully cold air conditioning. We used the app to pick our food. Everything was going fine until I tried to change my drink from a soda to a chocolate malt. There was absolutely no way to do this. If I chose malt it errored that I had to pick a size. If I picked a small chocolate shake there was no option to make it a malt. I gave up and trashed the whole combo picking instead a kid size churro dipped cone and a small cheese curds. My partner got the combo for $7 consisting of a small cheeseburger, small fries, small soft drink and a caramel sundae. We shared the whole thing and between us it was a perfect amount of food. They tried to charge extra for the ranch though which is bs because shouldn't you be able to dip your curds into something other than ketchup? Like chicken nuggets, they should come with a dipping sauce. The kid behind the counter was nice and respectful. He brought our food to us at the table.As far as cones go, it was preeeetttyyyyy small. Yes I'm aware I said kids size but that's because that size was already nearly $3...however, it was just one sad ball with a swirl. Delicious though. Don't get it twisted lolThe cheese curds were LOVELY even though I didn't get my ranch. Perfectly done.The fries were the same. Perfectly done and seasoned.The burger was just a little bit little and we weren't sure if it was prepared by chef mike or not.The soft drink I chose was Dr. Pepper. Perfectly mixed. Ice was little and satisfying.The caramel sundae came out with warm caramel and was a good size for being part of a combo.

Fries with hot burgers was not, even after I went back around through drive-thru and got a replacement, I told them I wanted it fresh and hot I did not mind waiting still was not hot.I would not visit this location again. Lettuce on my first Burger was Brown like it had been sitting for a while. I was very disappointed as this was my first time trying this place.

Renovations have been conducted since my last visit and the layout in the lobby is a little busier than before. Service was prompt during the dinner rush. My burger was not as fresh or warm this time and was pretty dry but my blizzard made up for it!It was 3 minutes before closing time but my burger and fries were still made fresh and quickly.
