Stopped by Unleashed to buy what I thought was a gag-gift for my sister's bull dog, but what turned out to be his favorite toy ever. The funny thing is, I bought 25 of these Unleashed Tennis balls - so now all 25 are his favs. The employees were super helpful for my rather copious purchase of tennis balls too. Thanks guys! I'm Ray the Bull Dog's favorite Aunt now!

The best place to train your dog! Ziggy our 4 month old Shorkie has learned so much from Craig! We love him, his wisdom and expertise is Excellent. He is our local 'Dog Whisper'. Please keep our secret.

I love this store! We have a 5 month old puppy, and when we bring him somewhere he gets too overexcited and this store is smaller with less people which is good for him. Don’t be fooled by the size though, because it has what we need and I love it!!!! Definitely recommend this place for a quick, convenient, and and easy store to get what you need!

I placed an online order the night before. The item was in stock at the time. They waited midday the next day to fulfill the order and by then the item had been sold out and they had to refund me. If the employees weren’t so lazy orders would be fulfilled before items sold out.

The shop online, pick-up same day service really helped me out in a bind. Though service at the store was terrible.The door entry bell rang to signify customer had entered, but there wasn't an employee to be seen. After about two minutes, I heard some movement, but found no one after looking around. When I finally came upon an employee, I didn't even know she worked there because she was having a chat with another girl her age. She didn't acknowledge me until their conversation was over, and walked with me to the service desk. There was a second employee standing now where I had been waiting, casually adjusting the biscuit display.Had this employee simply not cared to acknowledge or help me?? So confused by the whole experience. Will likely not be using this location again.

I started coming here because PETCO itself is pretty far out of my way, and Unleashed is very convenient. But I was surprised! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful every time. Once I brought my nervous dog into the store the the cashier on duty had her eating out of her hand! I've never been disappointed. Sometimes they have good clearance prices too!

This place always has something I "need".This last visit, it was a raincoat for my pupper.I love the layout of the store and I love their people.The staff is ALWAYS friendly, super helpful, and feel genuinely happy to be there.We stop in every weekend, and every weekend we find something we just Love!

This is a smaller store but very nice. Staff are great. The vet shot van also comes to the store so check for dates. Go in register your pet tell them what shots or vacinnes you need and wait your turn. This is a great option to the store.

The staff is very friendly and upbeat, and while the store is small, they have a great selection of pet supplies. They also do vaccination clinics, which is great when your pet is healthy and you don't need to spend the money for a complete check-up.

Nice selection of things for the pets. I have a fast growing pup and she will be growing put of her 2nd collar soon. I loved the selection they had so I will be coming here when I am ready to get the next collar.

I went to get some food for my pit, and the young lady that helped me was so amazing. She shared some cool tricks to help with my dogs allergies, and checked the food with me. Best experience I've had at unleashed. Thank you!

My wife and I frequent here, but they always have what we generally need. They have a nice variety of pet supplements and a wide selection of pet foods (free of grains and what have you) to choose from and the employees always seem ready to help!

This is a great location that is ideally located and well stocked. Located on the corner across from Wegmans parking lot next to the cell phone store.

Long line at vetco van on Saturday. Plan to reach as early as 9 as the vetco clinic opens only for 1:30 hour and there is always long lines! Make sure once you get your serial, you wait near the van to be called out. They sometimes mess up with serial number so keep track who is in front of you in the line and don’t hesitate to notify them if somebody from the line after you is called before you by mistake. It happened with us and we let them know immediately. The stuffs were helpful. Vaccination packages were reasonable. Will come back again next year for my cat.

Not what you'd expect from Petco. It's a pint sized Petco 'boutique'So,If you're into boutiques, here's one for your pets. I'm not into boutiques much so I wasn't impressed.No pets there, no grooming station etc

Nice store, it's a little small and feels crammed into the spot that they are in. But overall there is a good selection of pet supplies and food.

It's just a small Petco that stocks more high-end toys, foods, and accessories than a normal store (or just less low-end stuff . . . seems like everything in an Unleased can be found in a petco . . .). And you'll pay a premium for it, for some reason. If your pet has a special diet or you're big on the raw foods thing, then maybe it makes more sense and the price difference may be worth the convenience.

Store doesn't really have much and the Petco brand is quite ignorant in terms of dog training, I will not be shopping at Petco stores anymore

I arrived at 9am when the store was supposed to be open, I waited 30 minutes in my car with my dog before calling it quits and driving 30 minutes to a different store to wash my dog.Absolutely horrible and I will not be coming back for anything at this store.
