Never again! This is the second time in 2 years that I take my dog there and ask for a puppy cut and this is what we get. This is horrendous! Every time I bring him home I have to fix the disastrous haircut he's getting there. Make sure you ask for someone that knows how to trim a Yorkie.

The first time I took my teacup Yorkie he got a great report card the groomer loved him The second time it was a different groomer and I can only assume she didn't care to cut little dogs because it was the same exact dog that the first groomer gave a great report card too now they just refuse to cut him at all after making the ppointment and arriving on time what's the point in having a grooming service if you can't groom dogs

I have a rescue dog who gets anxious when people touch his nails or inner ears. This place labeled him as aggressive in their system, which I only found out when I tried to get him groomed at a location in another state while on vacation. That location wanted to charge me extra because of the notes this Woodbridge location put in the system. Now I groom him myself and take him to the vet for nails and ears.

Do not take your pet here!!!! They are not qualified to be around animals. I brought my puppy here to get her nails trimmed. They took a look at her and thought she was the stereotypical vicious Pitbull, which she is not at all. They ended up cutting her nails the opposite direction then they should have been. She/he or whatever twisted her paw in a way it was not supposed to go and ended up hurting her. She yelped so she/he called another person to kneel on her to hold her down. So I stepped in to see what was going on and they told me to just take your dog we can't do anything because She's being violent. So I took her to Petco right down the street and they treated her like a princess. Petco actually cares for your pet and knows how to treat them.

Worst experienced ever. They told me the service. Was going to take around 2-3 hours. It took almost 4 hours and also they didn’t do full grooming. Because my dog is no trained my dog is only a poodle miniature. I’ve cut her hair myself and she’s such a patient dog. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Very good for bathing your pet. Good availability of bath products and towels.The dryer is also very strong and good.
