Not a bad store sure you’ll find what you need. Well knowledgeable staff. I mean well knowledgeable. My new spot when in the Woodbridge area. Prices no difference from any other store. But if you love your dog and want good food for your furbaby I’d give them a try.

Have always had a great experience at this store. They carry all of the hard-to-find products that I'd otherwise have to get online and pay extra and wait to ship. And if they run out of something, they're happy to order it for me. Great, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of items.

This is a great store that carries high quality products. The owners are very knowledgeable and all of the staff extremely helpful. We have a dog that has had some stomach issues and they have helped us to find a food that she likes and does not upset her stomach. They have also been willing to refund our money for products that did not work.

The staff (especially tall male caucasian employee) is never at the front of the store, never even says hi, makes me feel like I am bothering him just by making a purchase. He never asks if I have a rewards number nor if I want a receipt. He rushes me out so he can get back to his phone and to the back of the store. I need to find another pet nutrition store.

These folks are great to deal with. I've been a customer since the store opened and prefer it to other, bigger stores. They carry good pet foods which are healthier for pets along with safe snacks which my dog loves. He also loves to shop there with me. We are very happy customers.

Rating is for customer service - staff is never helpful or can answer any questions and they close before the posted hours.They carry a wide variety of dog food but you are on your own for research or figuring out what works for you.

Absolutely love this store. They are the only store that carries the dog food I buy and they are always helpful and kind. They have a good system with coupons where each purchase gives you bonus bucks that never expire and you can use them at your next visit.They also do birthday cakes for your pets.

I have been going to Pet Nutrition Center for years. My first dog had severe food allergies and they had a protein source he could tolerate. Now I have two more dogs and they carry food that is good for them for a much lower cost than I can get it for any place else. They even have food for renal support that my cat with kidney failure needs.The staff is always so awesome. I have two favorites, Vinny and Markayla. They are always so helpful, knowledgeable, and super pleasant. Great place to get all your pet needs.

I've been living in the Lake Ridge area since 1999, and the Pet Nutrition Center is the only place I go to purchase my dog's food. If PNC stocks it you know it's a high quality product. It's also the only place that has enzymatic toothpaste in the poultry flavor my dog loves (my dog absolutely loves having his teeth brushed). The staff has always been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. You'll be amazed at the amount of knowledge the staff has about pet food and pet nutrition. Not even the many veterinarians I've been to are as knowledgeable as the staff at PNC.

I love PNC! It may not be as "fancy" as the big box stores, but the quality of their product & the excellence of the staff is second to none. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and engaged. It's a bit out of my way, but WELL worth it.

Great, Great place to go for any type of furr baby food. They generally have the speciality food we need since our furr babies have food allergies. While other Pet chain stores are low on supplies or don't even carry the brand of "sole source" protein food they normally will have several choices available. Good service & friendly folks work the store. Moved away & will miss this location.

Love these guys. Their food helps keep our dogs healthy and happy. We even have one that has health problems and they went out of their to order, and keep stocked, food he can eats. Really glad that they are here.
