I recently moved to woodbridge in the lake ridge area & was desperately looking for a place to cut my fur baby’s nails. I always skeptical about taking my pup because of her anxiety & wonder if anyone can be able to take care & handle her. I was extremely happy to find this grooming place because every time we go, there has been no problems whatsoever & they take such good care of my luna. I recommend this place to everyone who has a fur baby!

I’ve been bringing my King Charles Cavalier there since he was a puppy. He’s 5 yrs old now and is always happy to go to the groomers. They are very knowledgeable about how to groom many breeds of dogs. Cannoli always looks great

Old Bridge Groomers is THE BEST!! I have two pittie mixes, one is timid and the other is stubborn. Patty was amazing handling both my babies. The setup is great too, open concept even in their drying area so no worries of my dogs being forgotten about or over heating. My only complaint is that I didn't find them sooner.

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy for three years and the service is great! They get Efes done quickly and he always comes out looking great! The groomers are well informed and super nice! And send him off in cute little bandannas every time! Such a joy to see the new one when I come to pick him up! Highly recommend!

Is all about making money, so disappointed .Please be aware of ask what kind of shot your dog getting I took my dog for rabies shots after a week they called me my dog needs a rabies shot. I said she already did they said no last time it was a different one, even do I believe it was a rabies shot. They gave her a different one, so they can hold on the rabies shot. I have no choice to go back to get the rabies shot but that will be my last time in this vet .so be careful what kind of shot they give to your dogs

I’ve been bringing my Sebastian here for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. Ara is always so welcoming and inviting and he goes into the shop with her with his tail wagging. Sometimes they’re booked out a bit but it’s because they’re excellent! Thank you for the awesome service!!

I have a 7 month old yellow lab who is now 70 lbs and needed a nail trim and dremel. The two ladies in the shop were extraordinarily nice and loved meeting Grizzly! He is more stable on the table so they both lifted him up there all 70 lbs of him. They gave him an awesome holiday treat bag at the end. His nails were perfect.The two more incredible things:1. Cost was only $10. Which is a steal since I was expecting to pay more for his size2. They take debit cards and have ApplePay. Most shops only take cash only for nail trims and i used to always have to stop by the bank and take out cash for just a nail trim. I remember being scolded at another’s place for using my debit card one time. God bless you guys for keeping up in a now almost cashless world and making things easy for your customers. You guys rock!

We have been going here for decades. They groomed our big dogs and our little ones. Our present dog can be difficult to handle; but, Jen and Mara have developed a very positive relationship with her. She really likes going to her appointments. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

This place loves the animals they take care of. We recently got a new puppy and his first visit with his older brother he was 16 weeks old. We wanted to get him bathed and nails cut. When we picked him up they groomer told us that she could tell that he was a puppy because he peed everytime she picked him up. The groomers are always pleasant...even though we have a specific groomer for our boys because they are a bit more energetic than most. Definite recommend and will continue to bring my dogs there.

Old Bridge Grooming Shop is literally the best groomer in Woodbridge! I have been taking my dogs there for almost 3 years now. They have always been kind, professional and helped me with appointments on short notice. I really appreciate the work they do and my dog Sadie loves going there. My other dog Artie is a bit of a chicken and is very tough to deal with when getting his nails clipped. They manage to get it done every time. Thank you for the work you do, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs.

Started using this groomer at the recommendation of a friend and they did great the first few times but when we found a good groomer for our dog and tried to make a appointment, no one would call back. When I would call they would ask who would I like to make the appointment with and when we choose our preferred groomer, other one was not as good, they would always say we need to call you back. After calling a third time to see if a appointment could be booked, they got upset that I was calling for that groomer saying “don’t know why they are hooked” on that groomer. I had asked that if that groomer is no longer available I’llm happy book elsewhere but they were just rude in the exchange. I’m definitely disappointed as my dog really enjoyed going there.

This place is fantastic! My Pyrenees pup looked amazing, and they had to put up with a lot to get her groomed! She's quite stubborn, and hates being groomed, but they were so patient and did such a great job. I highly recommend them.

Originally Always gave 2 thumbs up and 4 stars. But after my last visit, it's barely a star...One of my two doggies must've been groomed by someone very new or she just didn't care for my 2nd dog. He came out shaggy and still long haired. It can happen which I have no problem. They did good work and fixed if I wasn't all satisfied before. that's why I've been going there faithfully for a while and I kept on telling everyone who asked about this grooming place.After my request getting him trimmed a bit more, a groomer definitely showed that she was annoyed even though her lips was saying 'no problem' as I was apologizing (for what? I'm paying!).My dogs normally looked pretty good for almost over 2 months but this time it only took 2 weeks to look to show uneven cut everywhere. Family and friends were all surprised and saying 'didn't he just get groomed?' Yup.VERY DISAPPOINTED and regretting I advertised so much for them.I only hope my friends who go there will receive good care.

I have been to this shop a couple of times and really liked it. But the last time I went I was really disappointed, I dropped off my dog and after a couple of hours I was told they were trying to reach me to let me know, my dog had bit the groomer and she didn't feel comfortable cutting his hair. One will think that is a job hazard and they should expect this. My dog is a 7 lb yorkie that is missing half his teeth, I can't imagine how bad the bite was.

I have taken multiple dogs here for nail trims, and always appreciated their pricing, behavior and efficiency.Recently, I had taken my 125lb pyrenees mix in for a cut down/full groom.He could not have looked, felt and smelled better. He also seemed to have a great time.They squeezed him into their busy schedule and he ran around and played.The staff here has a great disposition and seem so knowledgeable and attentive.I will sincerely miss this grooming location, as it is one of the best I've found in my travels.

They returned my call at 4pm, and when I told them my beagle was having severe itching issues they told me to bring him in at 5:30. They were super friendly and obviously adore dogs. I heard them sweet talking Boregaard while they washed him and trimmed his claws. The only time Boregaard whined was because he thought the shampoo was a little cold. All of his future grooming needs will be here.

I made an appointment by at this groomer on Sunday, Feb 27 and the lady who answered the phone scheduled me for Tuesday (today) at 8am. I took my dog in this morning, and they had no record of my appointment and they tried to tell me I must have mad an appointment somewhere else. After she kept going back and forth into the building several times, she finally found an appointment with name for March 23. I did not agree to such an appointment. Either they scribbled the appointment in right quick because I am a brown person or the person I made my appointment with screwed up. There was NO apology or corrections made. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I've been going to Old Bridge Grooming Shop for years and am always so impressed. I have a gentle but fearful retriever/chow mix and they take such good care of her. Sometimes, they let her lay in the corner (if it's not too busy) instead of being in the kennel, because they know she's more comfortable in the open. They treat her like one of their own. Rachel always does such a nice job with her - she looks great when she comes out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
