I have taken both my dogs here and have had such an amazing experience. My first time we were in need of urgent service because petco left my dog half shaved and said they couldn't do it because of his mats. Mr Woof fit us in and was so caring. I brought my second dog in who was also matted but he still did a great job making him look even better. We are so in love with his new look. Thank you for your great service and always being so kind. I highly recommend them and so glad we found them.

We took our 16 year old to Mr. Woof Dog Care today. The normal groomer no longer wanted to groom her, due to her age. They did a great job, plus she didn't have any anxiety when we picked her up. We will definately take our dogs back for their next grooming visit.

We love Mr. Woof! We have a chow mix who has beautiful hair, but we've had some "disaster cuts" with other groomers before. I've been satisfied with Mr. Wood's cuts/trims every time! He knows exactly how to make our girl look her best. (Pic 1 is her summer cut and Pic 2 is her winter trims look). And affordable (under $100 for cut, bath, nail trim for medium size long hair dog). Call in advance because he's usually booked weeks in advance.

Mr Woof’s is great! I have a 70-pound lab/terrier who is always super excited to go and see her dog friends and all of the humans at Mr. Woof’s!They provide all of the usual services upon request and they have great hours! It is in the northern tip of Woodbridge right off Route 1 so it’s very convenient for people in Alexandria where I live!

I've been a loyal customer at Mr. Woof Dog Care since before COVID, even though I've moved farther away. The drive is worth it. Despite raising rates due to inflation, they’ve kept my original price, showcasing their customer commitment. Their flexibility in scheduling makes planning visits easy. Their rates are competitive in the region, and the care my golden retriever receives is exceptional. Highly recommend Mr. Woof Dog Care for their value and quality service.

Our Westie was hacked...the groomer explained what kind of cut she needed and was spot-on with the description (she's 13 years old so she's been getting professionally cut since she was a puppy), but when we got her back, she looked like a shaved rat. She even had a large tuft of 'missed hair' he quickly cut off. His reason for shaving her like that was that she needs to be brushed. This was a lame excuse for not knowing how to cut her or not caring how she was cut. Even my young grandson recognized that her face shaping was all wrong. We're never going back.

UPDATED: He gave my dog Cherry eye. When I asked why his eye was red he acted like he didn’t hear me. I made an appointment at the vet as soon as I left because I felt that if I kept asking about it he would just ignore it. The vet told me he had Cherry eye. My biggest regret is not going back in right after I picked my dog up to complain that he had given my dog Cherry eye. Because he should’ve paid for the $450 surgery. Luckily, I was able to fix my dog’s eye without having to do surgery and used a medicated cream. Cream helps with the cherry eye but didn't make go away completely. I have to massage it every now and then to make it go away. My dog went to this groomer in 2018, I should have never gone to him. He claims he never met me but I do remember this groomer very well, he told me that he sang a song to my dog to soothe him and make him fall asleep but that didn't work and he snapped at him every time he tried to cut hair. Never going to any groomer ever again. I groom my own dog now. Can't believe he said it is a conspiracy story, I remember the pair of shoes he was wearing that day, he was wearing bright yellow shoes.

Can't begin to say how happy I am with the service we received at Mr. Woof! I am a very overprotective "mom" hesitant to leave my "baby" with just anybody. But Chui and everyone at Mr. Woof made Sonny feel right at home. They were very tending and loving towards my pup and he had a blast playing with other pups and getting the human attention he craves. Plus he looked like a million bucks when we picked him up and he smelled amazing! Thank you Mr. Woof! This has definitely become Sonny's home away from home.

They butchered my dog. I just left my vet at Crosspointe Animal Hospital. The doctors exact words were "Something traumatic happened to your dog". Not only did this groomer injure my dog's eye, but he cut too close behind the ears and also his chest. Initially the groomer called me about the eye and claimed no responsibility. I know my dog's eyes and I would have noticed if he had an eye injury because my dog makes direct eye contact with people and holds it. An injury to his eye would have been very easy to see even with his long hair. I gave the groomer the benefit of the doubt and took his word for it after he told me that he didn't cause this injury to my dog's eye. He offered to give me the haircut for free which I refused and I said I would not leave him a bad review about his business. That was until after the emergency examination I made to get my dog's eye checked out immediately after his grooming. The doctor pointed out that not only was my dog's eye injured, but that he had been cut way to close behind BOTH his ears and on his chest. The groomer never mentioned that to me. I've never had an issue with my normal groomers who are closed now due to Covid and decided to use Mr Woof. Worst decision I've made regarding the safety of my dog and I feel extremely guilty for putting him through such a terrible experience. I hope the groomer will take more care in the future with other peoples dogs. I will never bring my dog back again to this place.

So far, we are very pleased with their service. We have 2 dogs, both are rescued, one is very afraid of new environments, and Mr Woof is very patient with him. The other one is a guard dog and can be a bit protective over his territory, but Mr Woof found his soft spot, and my dog really likes him.

My little Oskar is traumatized by anything that vibrates and no one could ever get him to calm down enough to get a proper hair cut. Chui took his time and with patience made my baby beautiful! He had no issues. It was extremely affordable and Chui goes above and beyond. Oskar will forever be coming back to Mr. Woof Dog Care for everything. 😍

Fantastic care and the best grooming ever. My Eevie is a senior Chihuahua and she never looked this good. I was in Europe for over a week and she received great care during her stay at Mr. Woof, they sent regular updates and the best surprise was the bill when I got back, which was very reasonable. The people are also super friendly. I was concerned she wouldn't want to come home. 😊

This was the first time our puppies have been boarded, professionally groomed, and wow!! They looked like they’re about to do a photo shoot! Their coat was so shiny, looked so happy, and were tired from having an active weekend while we were out of town. I would definitely use Mr. Woof’s again, they did a wonderful job taking care of our dogs and they look fancy. The bandana around their necks was also a nice touch.

I LOVEEEE MR WOOF! I have a husky lab mix and a border collie blue heeler mix- they don’t have the greatest training orrr get the social life as much as I like but taking them to Mr. Woof helps A LOT! The best pricing around the area and also the best grooming. I love getting videos and pics of my babies while we’re away. They always look & smell good when they come home :)

First time coming to MR Wolf and definitely not the last!!!! Love, love, love the results from taking my Siberian Husky to be groomed by him and his staff! Been to 4 different groomers prior to, and MR.Wolf is by far the absolute best! Very caring, patient and can definitely see the passion and love he has for all fur babies. My Athena is pure white again! Squeaky clean ears! Nicely clipped nails and not to mention she smells Beautiful! Highly recommend because in my opinion can’t be topped! We had a great first experience with Mr. Woof. The atmosphere was very dog friendly and every member of their staff showed incredible care. Mr. Woof sent daily videos and pictures to ensure our comfort during her stay. We would highly recommend this business for a short term or long term service. Oh and contrary to most veterinarian kennels, she came home with a complimentary bath, smelling like roses. Thanks again Mr. Woof!

I wish there were 10 stars for Mr. Woof!!! First of all, he was SO understanding and courteous when I contacted him in a panic because I had to travel out of town and my regular boarder had to cancel due to an emergency. When I dropped my Remi girl off the next morning, I was give a tour of the clean, well organized and spacious facility, and I felt at ease that my pup would be safe and have fun during her weekend visit. Fast forward to the scheduled pick up day, and I had to let Mr. Woof know that our flights had been delayed due to weather and he reassured me that she was happy and well -cared for, which I could see in the pictures he sent of her having fun with other pups her size. Long story short, her stay was extended for several more days due to more airline delays, and Mr. Woof was completely understanding and communicated with me regularly that she was fine and having fun. When we FINALLY got back to pick her up, her coat was shiny and beautiful, and she smelled like heaven! I can't thank you all enough for your help...it shows that you love and enjoy the dogs entrusted to your care. Please put Remi's name on your roster....I think she found a great new place to play, stay, and be groomed!!

I can not express how great Mr. Woof’s dog care site is. I will start by the professionalism. Not only are they professional, they are polite and very friendly. I have taking my Faith to them a few times now and I no longer have to tell him how to groom her. She comes out smelling clean and looking beautiful! I recently also tried their boarding for my Faith and they also were amazing. I was a bit nervous to leave her because I simply do not like everybody dealing with my baby but they did great! I received pictures and videos of her daily; which I must say helped take my worrying away. They are also clean and keep the areas for all dogs and customers clean!!! If you are in the Woodbridge or even NOVA area, this is a must try place for your fur babies!!!! To bad I can’t give them more than 5 stars!

They have been my go to over night boarding for almost a year now. I don't like the idea of my dog being isolated in a cage all day and with them I don't have to worry about that. They got nice litte areas where dog friendly dogs can interact and play.

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Extremely happy with the results of my puppy who unfortunately was very matted, when I dropped her off I knew I was going to get her completely shaved and I was probably was going to be sad to see my baby so "naked" to my surprised she looked gorgeous!!! Not sure why I did not find this place before, the care and love dogs get while there its amazing! This was my puppy's second time being groomed and after a horrible experience at Petco I waited so long to get her groomed again until I found Mr. Woof! I love this place already and will be returning for routine care.

My dog has been groomed here twice since I was told about Mr. Woof's good services. I've been very satisfied with the fast treatment of my dog because of his short hair and intense dislike of water. Carlo seems to calm him and my dog is happy to be clean again.
