Depends on what you're getting.I've been going here for over a year for rodents for my ball python. The older gentleman who works there is very knowledgeable with reptiles, and always answer any questions I may have.I personally don't know much about their puppies, or their mammals there, but like I said, my experience with the reptiles has been very very good. Their dog food is also well priced, and items to go inside of terrariums (bedding, grape vines, rocks ect.) are always well stocked/priced within reason. It's the only pet store I shop at for my ball python.(I will admit, the two owners were intimidating the first couple times I went in, but as a regular customer, they're very friendly, and I enjoy talking with them when I go)

Stopped by because I was around the area. The store was clean. The fish tanks were clean but the glass of the tanks were a little dirty which is honestly understandable because they have a lot and it builds of fast. The reptiles were clean and healthy looking along with the other animals. The puppies were all sleeping, but seemed to be in good shape. Obviously with almost ALL pet stores that sells puppies they most likely get them from "puppy mill" like place. Should they sell purebred puppies like that no but people should know not to buy them from a freaken petstore! The staff was friendly except one women who seemed tired and a bit cranky. Had a sign asking for newspaper donations so if im going to be in the area I will bring some to help out.

I did read some of the negative comments about the store. I called and went their myself and they were friendly and helpful. The old man was nice and his customer was great. I bought me a 40 long fish tank and 4 fishes. I think sometimes people don't get what they want or inpatient than they have some negative comment about the store.

Per ASPCA article all the puppies here come from puppy mills and NO ONE should ever support puppy mills. Tell the store how you feel and don't shop there unless they stop.

BROUGHT A 75 GALLON fish tank here got it home and there were roaches in it, WTF? Almost went back to the place until i had this flashback of roaches. i would not recommend this place.
