This store never opens when it is suppose to. I sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting. Still nothing, I knew someone was there because I saw them unloading a truck, but they sure as hell was not worried about the customers. I saw people come and check the doors and they were not open so they left.

I have always been able to run by the Family Dollar in Wise,VA around 8 am to get the kids a snack for school. Today is the first day in a very long time that I am here at Family Dollar and they’re closed! I’m not sure what’s going on yet, but their hours of operation haven’t changed. I have been here on site since 8:00 am. The struggle is real!!!

U can find just about anything u need at decent price especially when your looking for house appliances and they also have food and drinks that have an okay price on some and other stuff may not be the best price but most the stuff there does have reasonable prices plus they have clothing and shoes that are okay looking and I actually bought a red pair of Tena shoes that are actually quit comfortable and was actually a good price to so I definitely got a great deal on the shoes plus they are extremely comfortable amd the fabric is thin so your feet don't get too hot. I love them but anyway I definitely recommend this store to all people looking for a cheap affordable price which mostly is affordable except for maybe a couple things that u might be like WOW THAT MUCH FOR THAT lol but it's got other stuff at wonderful price ranges.

Two stars because the lights were on. One manager with all the tats and his pants to his knees is pretty much rude and lazy and that’s being nice. The store is a disaster, over inventory under inventory no inventory. They need pay these people more so they’ll have incentive to do a good job. Can’t believe a chain store does not have pride enough to run a clean( dusty musty rusty) efficient business. If they’re out of something you may ask and he really don’t care. Guess I don’t blame him It’s corporates fault for paying low wages and not giving a darn about their store or employees.

Friendly staff and great prices but store is a disaster. Products piled wherever they can, items dusty, aisles look like a kid has just gone through and thrown stuff up. I hate to say it but most yard sales are better organized than this Family Dollar.

This store might not have the same merchandise as Walmart but I would prefer coming here than making the dreaded trip to wallyworld! Friendly staff and good deals almost all of the time.

They open at 8 a.m. and I pull in at 8:14 the doors are still locked. Every customer in the parking lot was frustrated
